I've been here several times in the past. Today ordered BLT XTRA WELL BACON. Picked up our orders & left. Got home & saw bacon was raw & rubbery. Dumped the sandwich but decided to call so they would know. The manager said I needed to drive it back in & have another made as people were complaining to get free sandwiches. Other than Carnagie Deli in NY have I been to a better sandwich shop. The gals behind the counter are no holds bar have your order ready and don't ask when yours is ready. The one taking our order was super nice. The shop is decorated pretty basic but it works. Nothing outrageous. I ordered the Angel 12". The most popular sandwich. The place was packed after I placed my order. They have stacks of 24" sandwiches in the refer waiting for pickup. She called my name out and I picked up my order. Probably 8 people waiting for pick ups. The bread is super soft. The sandwich is a little flatter than other shops. The flavor was fantastic.
