So ..... The food here is the absolute best!! My go-to is the Loaded Bacon on white and it never fails me. The salad, breads and muffins and all do not disappoint. The only issue I have is the online ordering. I'll place a mobile order coming home from work. I do this for the convenience and to lessen my stopping time. But I still end up sitting in the restaurant . Today was no different. My online order was at 9:33 & it shows they got it at 9: 37. So why is it 9:52 before I'm walking out with my food ? Even the people standing in front of me who placed their order on site received their food before me. The menu has a smattering of sandwiches, baked goods, and beverages. We were there for the breakfast sandwiches. We ordered three different ones (see attached photo). Mine was the kickstart. Egg, pepper jack cheese, bacon, and tomato on sourdough bread. All bread is baked fresh daily and is ready at 9:00 am. Merchandise included: jams, salsa, breads, seasonings, mugs, tea towels, and even dog treats. The food was delivered to the table in about 10 minutes. We dove right in. Exclamations in unison all around. Fantastic!!! There was a sweetness to my bacon that made the sandwich. Egg not too runny, bread toasted perfectly. Lots of yummy things to bring home. Delicious variety of breads, sweets, salads, sandwiches, soups. We had the BLT and the Baja Chipotle Turkey sandwiches. So yummy!!! Worst customer service ever. Stood at the counter waiting and waiting. Tons of people working in the back, but no one speaks or offers to help you. The girl working the counter walked past my friend and I several times and just gawked at us. She had offered the people in front of us samples, but I guess we didn't rate. The Louisiana chicken salad was great, not overly mayonnaise-y, and the bread was finish-every-bite delicious. They offer a free slice of bread before you order, anything with the three cheese bread is also going to be amazing. Not a ton of tables inside and the drink area is a little cramped, but the patio is super cute and nice and shady. Easy parking in the back and a walkway between the building. Employees are quite rude. It took forever to get our food- salads- and they were not good. Server was clearly irritated when bringing our food- not on trays- just in her hands. She plopped my salad down so hard that lettuce bounced out onto the table. No knife, yet the salads were made up of huge hunks of lettuce and chicken. Dressing way too vinegary.
