Even with just a few customers we waited 15 min for this tiny Cuban sandwich. $12. I was do excited to bring my husband and was disappointed. Its hard to hire employees who care.

Great harvest bread was a fantastic lunch stop. I met my aunt here and we had a nice lunch while catching up. I ordered a chai latte but they were out so I opted for the grain salad and tea. They had chai spiced tea so I made my own "latte." The grain salad was delicious. Super good. It came with bread and I chose the "focaccia." While the bread tasted of rosemary and garlic and flavored well, it wasn't a true focaccia; but a flavored bun cut in half. I looked over that aspect and enjoyed my salad. It had greens under several grains and was accompanied with a basalmic cream dressing - which was odd at first. It was hard to spread it throughout the salad but I managed. The flavors were unbelievable though. I could say it was the best salad I've ever had. If I am near a Great Harvest Bread restaurant again I'd consider coming back!

Luckily I dont come here too often haha mainly because their bread is so DENSEEEE. The service is super friendly and nice! They always have samples they cut fresh and give to you anywhere from their muffins, cookies, breads, and bars. There amazing. The cinnamon burst or cinnamon crunch bread is a must get or try when here you have to be crazzzie not to try it. Its awesome bread beyond moist and like dessert in bread form. Imagining french toast made out of this would be mind blowing. The "power bars" as well as their "zucchini apple muffins" are phenomenal. I just try not to think about the amount of butter going into all these items to make them this soft. Its a heavy duty sandwich they make here, that should fill you up #heftyheftyhefty Only complaint is that they could clean the area a bit more often like tables, trash, and sweep the floor, it can be a bit dirty.

Absolutely delicious cinnamon rolls! Pricey but worth the cost! First time going there. We'll go back for sure!

Our server was Lexi, and typically I judge the service by how long it takes the server to refill the water. My water cup never went empty, she was on top of it. Lexi also kept an excellent conversation, very knowledgeable of the history of the building, the starting of the restaurant and anything you needed to know on the menu. Absolute superstar! Time to order and food to table was minimal, food is delicious and the restaurant uses local suppliers where they can, so it supports local growers. The inside has a beautiful art deco vibe going and the lighting is dimmed so it sets the mood. The music isn't loud, so you have the subtle sounds of other people talking, and the hustle and bustle of the kitchen staff working. Overall one of my most enjoyable experiences for a first time here in Wichita. This is definitely a place I will be recommending to everyone, and be coming back to from now on.

Instead, they squash four people in one of those half booths with a tiny table. Service was subpar until a guy came by and noticed and started helping and taking over. The cheeseboard was not worth the money. I've had a lot better ones as Scotch and sirloin for same price or less. Told the waitress it was my daughter's birthday and she did not even say happy birthday. Lemonade refills should not be $1.50. Needs to have seasonal offerings or expand their menu. Gets boring after a while. Please make something that doesn't have garlic in it and also pay attention when your customer tells you that you do not want onions in your salad.

First, the positives. The lobby is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. The restaurant looks very nice... although after seeing the menu prices, my wallet politely declined the invitation. The rooms themselves are perfectly decent and clean. Now let's discuss the pillows. Whoever designed these fiberfill monstrosities clearly has a grudge against necks. They've been hugged into submission by thousands of guests before me and have evolved into random clumps of stuffing with absolutely no interest in supporting a human head. Sleeping on one is like cuddling a sack of marshmallows that lost the will to live. If you're booking a room, I'd recommend the North Tower if possible. The South Tower gets blasted by the afternoon sun, and those rooms definitely run warmer. The fitness center is... unique. It's surrounded by glass. If you've always dreamed of doing cardio while strangers judge your treadmill form like you're in a zoo exhibit, congratulations--this is your place. If you prefer exercising without an audience, maybe just go for a walk outside. The indoor pool exists. That's about the nicest thing I can say. It's tiny. More "oversized bathtub" than "resort oasis." Each room has a refrigerator, which is great. But if you brought leftovers or meal prep that needs heating, prepare for a pilgrimage. There is exactly ONE microwave for the entire hotel, conveniently located near the front desk. You'll march from whichever tower you're staying in, microwave your food, and then stand there while the security camera politely reminds you every few seconds with a cheerful DING! DING! DING! that yes, it absolutely knows you're standing there waiting for your Hot Pocket. Now... let's talk about the real MVP of this hotel. The shower. I honestly don't remember the North Tower having the same setup, but the South Tower had a removable handheld showerhead with multiple spray settings, enough hot water to melt glaciers, and water pressure strong enough to strip paint. For the first time in my life, I was convinced I had actually rinsed every molecule of shampoo and conditioner out of my hair. Ladies... one word of caution. After washing your more delicate regions, resist the temptation to switch that showerhead to "Power Wash." Trust me. Some things were never meant to experience that much hydraulic force. Unfortunately, the shower wasn't perfect. Even with the drain fully open, the tub steadily filled with water. By the end of my shower I was standing in what felt like a small freshwater lake creeping toward my knees. The bathroom also had an odd issue. I had to keep the bathroom door closed because there was a constant sound of running water coming from the vent above the toilet. Whether it was plumbing from another room or something else, it sounded like someone upstairs had been taking the world's longest shower. Overall, this DoubleTree has a nice lobby, decent rooms, friendly amenities, and one absolutely legendary shower. Fix the pillows, add a few microwaves, unclog the tub drains, and maybe give us gym-goers a little privacy, and this place would be an easy recommendation. I've decided I'm taking away stairs because the air-conditioning anymore because I'm laying down and sleeping and he wants to shut off and the TV did the same automatic deductions I only took away one star I should take away all the stars
