The guy at the counter was nice...but it was close to closing and I could see the employees playing around in the food line. We ordered Mac and Cheese, A cup of tomato basil and a Pollo Loco Spud... I get it...it was close to closing time, but I ordered a chicken potato, got to the hotel to find there was NO CHICKEN on my potato. I ordered a potato that had CHICKEN in the name. Ugh. One of our favorite places to eat in Wichita. The manager James has always been so friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure we are well taken care of. He cares for his staff and the last time we were there, a big team came through for lunch and he got them all in, took all their orders and had a place for them to sit and back on their way all in the time the 2 of us were there for lunch. Stopped by for a quick bite while working today. Not overly busy but definitely slow. Took about ten minutes to get a single sandwich. Ordered the New Yorker & for $15 it's not worth the money at all. Gone are the Jason's chips. Now you get a bag of Ruffles. Literally one of the worst chips around that is only used to cover the taste of bologna that your mom made for your school lunch. They stopped giving the pickle spear. Maybe it's too expensive. The sandwich was meh. The meat was difficult to chew. It made for a disappointing lunch all around. I downloaded the app but this location hasn't updated the system yet so I had to write my name & number on the receipt. Will the app reflect this visit? Time will tell. I used to be a fan of Jason's. Now I loathe coming back. I'd suggest you spend your money at McAlister's or Panera. read more

During the lunch rush, customers were coming in the door and camping at scarce open tables before ordering. This poor behavior by guests isn't JD's doing, but I expect the restaurant to manage this behavior so that guests who waited their turn have a place to sit. read more

Jason's. Probably one of the last eating establishments that offers a salad bar. The salad items are always fresh, although somewhat lacking in variety in this economy. However, if you go away hungry, you only have yourself to blame. The service was on par with most restaurants where you order at the counter. The ambiance at this location is favorable with comfortable seating and table arrangement. A nice outside view too. Most certainly a go-to for a good salad and/or soup and sandwich. read more

I rarely give a 1 star but my husband just brought me a chicken Caesar salad and the chicken almost tasted frozen.. Even when I get a salad at SPANGLES the meat is hot..very sad and disappointed. Ive been sick and was looking forward to a good meal. Oh I guess since I'm on a roll, last time I was sick I got their tomato soup and it was horrible and my friend agreed. I think they've gone downhill a bit. I ate there today and got a "Lighter" New York Yankee. Lighter means about half the amount of pastrami instead of the massive 3/4 pound amount. Anyway, the pastrami wasn't the best and was tough to chew to the point that I had to spit some of it out because it was too fatty to chew. Cost me $14.60!!! Unreal. Had Jason's deli for the 1st time and was very disappointed. The sandwich bread was soft and soggy like it had been setting for to long causing the bread to soak up the juice from the meats and tomatoes. I literally had to scrape wet bread off the meat just to eat the meat. VERY DISAPPOINTED read more

We were disappointed in this Jason's Deli. The flatware was dirty. I had to look at 4 forks and 5 spoons to find ones that we could use to eat our food. Husband's Cesar was okay. My soup & half sandwich was okay. Guacamole was very soft and made the sandwich fall apart. Soup was served warm, not hot. read more

I ordered 10 sandwiches for a meeting. They did show up on time and the delivery person was great. However, when I opened the bags they gave me the wrong orderon 3 sandwiches. I immediately called them and was told, "well that what was on the order" to which I said, "well that is not what I ordered". I imagine confusion because I ordered one item that was some mexican style avocado thing, but also ordered 3 avocado turkey sandwiches. What I got was 3 avocado toasts but did get the mexican thing. Anyway, I have never had problems before with Jason's and honestly mistakes can be made, but to argue with me and not even apologize was the sign I will never go there again. All it took would have been a "I'm sorry" and life goes on. I guess customer service is a thing of the past. read more

Okay place for a quick bite. I purchased the half sandwich and salad bar deal which ended up totaling approximately $10-pretty fair. I got their Reuben sandwich- it's delicious! Their salad bar is pretty fresh, pretty standard, with a great variety of selection. I felt the place could have been cleaner. Bradly Fair has always been my preferred go to place for a variety of great places to choose from. It great and wonderful for an early morning summer stroll before the shops open, to a great place to go to eat at night. As you stroll through Bradly Faith they have the best options to choose from in town for casual dining. Best part is Jason's Deli is practically in the middle of it all and large enough to meet the needs of a large group or something simpler. They have great variety of healthy options along with one of the best salad bars. I typically order make my own salad from the salad bar or the turkey sandwich. If you love olives then order the muffolodo (sp?), it full of olive so don't order it to share with someone who doesn't like olives because you won't succeed at picking them out, trust me I have tried. The best time to hit up Bradly Fair is in the summer when they do their summer concerts. Eat at Jason's Deli and then walk on over and enjoy the music provided to whoever wants to join on Thursday's in June. And on the last night of the concerts they have some of the best fireworks in town which allow you to enjoy them close up! Before you leave Jason's deli don't forget to get your free desert ice cream cone!!! In the past they used to have better quality Ice Cream that was well frozen from the machine but the past two years it has been kinda runny so maybe you can skip the desert and go next door to Marble Slab. read more

I gave them 5 stars for the customer service the manager gave to my 15 year old daughter that has autism. She accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich and when they brought it she was scared to tell anyone. With a little pushing from me, for the first time she went up to the manager and told him she didn't like her sandwich and asked if she could have another one. He was so kind, and considerate of her and said of course you can. He made her so happy just by doing such a small act of kindness for her. Thank you Jason's deli! The food and the fast service are fantastic. I just wish they would text are call, when they deliver. I've ordered from them twice, and both times, my food was just left outside on my front porch. Maybe because I'm a sucker for the comforts of my childhood, my tastebuds receded into the depths of do-it-yourself-ice-cream smeared, potato-Jane memory when I visited Jason's unrefined, typical diner-meets-Deli chain this past Saturday. But then again, maybe not. It'd been years since my feet had trampled behind the counter at Jason's Deli. But this time, there was no waiting in a massive line that circled around the bend, and snaked out the door. This time, I walked straight up to the cashier's desk, ordered the salad bar, grabbed my plate, filled my soda, found a seat, and began loading my plate with "healthy" things. Amongst these "healthy" things, I found forrest-green spinach without one wilted leaf adulterating the bin, Mediterranean cheese crumbles not contaminated by their shredded yellow neighbors, snack-attack-able croutons with enough crunch to sustain any amount of honey mustard dressing, and, most importantly, mini-corn muffins, with a sticky sweet exterior, and a soft, moist, occasionally gritty interior. These pop-into-your-mouth concoctions are dangerous: they'll proudly flaunt their affection for you in the manifestation of day-after love-handles. Truth: fresh salads, some new organic things and unlimited soda not limited to any waiter's gait, what's not to love, or at least enjoy, about Jason's Deli? read more
