Overall the office and doctor visit is good but once in while the wait time takes forever. I hope they can figure that out because I personally don't think you should wait more than 15-20 minutes to see a provider. We have waited sometimes close to an hour to see a provider for our son. Dr. Beckerman brings so much warmth and energy to every visit. She's always smiling, so patient, and somehow manages to make even the tough conversations feel easier. We always leave her office feeling informed and supported. Dr. Diana is wonderful too so gentle and easy to talk to. She explains things in a way that makes sense, and you can see how much she connects with the kids. Dr. Bremen has also been great. She's professional, kind, and has such a calming presence. As a nurse practitioner myself, I would never just abandon a patient over this. During Covid, why would anyone want people waiting for an hour after being placed in room ??? If they ask the parent to return, You cringe at any need for another visit and same poor experience. You also wonder if these tests are simply to increase their compensation versus needed. We have been coming now for about 14+ years and we cannot recommend them to anyone we care about. They just cannot get it together and streamline the work all these years later. Soon kids will go to our general physician and we can say adios forever.
