Everyone there really makes you feel right at home, whether you're a strapping young lad like me or collecting Social Security for at least 15 years. Everyone's a professional there, even Ashley when she thinks she can recreate Michael Jackson's Thriller group dance by herself. Bless her heart, she tried. Seriously though, even the student therapists know what they're doing, and it's clear they've been well-taught. Jen especially knows what she's doing and I'd be a fool not to credit her for charting for me a path to the healing I've so desperately craved all year long. I look forward to coming to therapy every few days. It just feels right. I feel cared for, looked after, and listened-to. The only judgment I have is that Justin still hasn't caught up with the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and that's honestly a crime. Dude, it's October 2021. Get with the program. There must be fines for this malfeasance. That aside, Jen's set a standard. A real high standard. She knows what she's doing, and works with me to find out how to unlock me. My experience with Dr. Gelb was extremely disappointing. At my first surgical consultation, Dr…read more Gelb clearly stated that I needed knee surgery for a complex medial meniscus tear shown on my MRI. However, because of a burn injury on my knee, he advised that I complete physical therapy first and return once the skin had healed. When I returned for follow-up -- just a few weeks later and still in significant pain -- he abruptly told me that my knee was "fine" and completely dismissed my symptoms. The new note omitted all mention of the meniscus tear and the prior surgical plan, even though the second MRI (done within six weeks) showed the same tear and bone edema. Since that visit, I have seen multiple orthopedic surgeons, all of whom confirmed that surgery is needed. I left Dr. Gelb's office feeling dismissed, unheard, and deeply frustrated by the lack of honesty and continuity in my care. Patients deserve to have their pain and imaging findings acknowledged and documented accurately. Unfortunately, that did not happen in my experience with this provider.

I was a self pay besides no discussions of fee breakdown they charged for a shot for one, Dr James Provo itemized a breakdown of $1,642.00 for his visit, two charges for one that they charged, one for $452.00 and one for $450.00 for his shot, radiologic exam which never happened for $260.00, this is really a joke...US guidance needle placement that never happened for $447.00 and $120.00 for the triamicnolone acetonide (the solution) for $120.00. Then he charges another $668.00 for an evaluation, a two charges without dates of service for group physical therapy sessions, one for $717.00 and another charge without dates of service for $956.00 plus charging a computerized general print out of exercises that could help for a few sessions at $267.00. I have already called my lawyer about this fraudulent billing coming out of their Coral Springs Office at 6280 W. Sample Road, Coral Springs, FL 33017-3173.
