Long story short: Couldn't have been nicer, quicker, more efficient. I don't know them from Adam, never went there before and, frankly, this was the only thing I had them do. Then I was referred to Matt at Great Neck Collision for a 2nd estimate. His estimate was half the price of my guys and said he could do it in 1 to 2 days rather than the 6 that my guys said. I was very wary but was assured that with photos, parts, and phone calls I would be involved in every step. And he mentioned that his father owned the same business for 22 years and both their reputations stand behind their work. Reluctantly I agreed to let him do the repair. WOW! What a great find. He told me, "I'll get you an alignment and your car will be fine." Honestly, I have no experience. I believed him and charged $99 for the alignment. When I got home, I noticed my car was pulling to the left. They didn't fix it. He took me into custody. This is the last time I'll go to him. I don't recommend him. He's a rip-off, unfortunately. In short, he took my money, wasted my time, and the car kept having the same problem: pulling to the left. His work and behavior are very, very bad.
