I've had vehicles with less damage take over a month to repair, so when he confidently told me my car would be ready in about two weeks, I was pleasantly surprised. They ended up finishing just three days later than originally estimated, which was still incredibly impressive given the quality of the work. Because I'm active-duty military stationed out of state, I wasn't able to pick up my car as soon as it was ready. I communicated my availability, and Justin and his team were more than accommodating. When…read moreI picked up the car I did check it but when I returned home in the evening I found multiple problems of swirls and imperfections when the light was shining on it. I reached out the next day and Arthur accused me that I did the damage overnight and I'm bringing it back on him. I was shocked by his angry & unprofessional response, especially since he said he guarantees his work. He said he would try to buff it out, and well, that didn't help. I took it to another body shop to have it looked at. I was told they painted the entire quarter panel which extended beyond the damage to try blend it in. Which created more imperfections and blistering. For the amount he charged I expected quality work and didn't receive it. Learn from my mistake, don't pay cash and look at it under a bright light and so you can see the true quality of work.

Dave recently solved a nagging but known problem with my son's '15 Infiniti Q40. The car would take on water every time there was a steady rain. My son had taken his car to several mechanics but the problem was never resolved. Apparently the leak was a known problem with Infiniti's sunroof drain system. The outlet would easily get clogged by dirt and falling debris. Rather than simply blowing out the dirt and debris with a water or air hose like the other mechanics my son used, Dave was the only one who thought outside the box and re-ran the sunroof drain lines from both sides of the sun roof and connected the two hoses into one using a T valve and running the one single drainage hose out the car via the AC outlet. Happy to report that it's been 6 or 7 months now and the car which is parked uncovered in my driveway full-time, is now bone dry even after some very heaviest days of rain.

This year, they said I needed two new tires again in addition to a $500 brake fix. Everything would have cost approximately $1,000 so I just left. Today, I went to another repair shop where I paid $37 and passed my inspection. The other shop didn't notice any tire or brake problems. I drive about 4,000 miles a year locally. I never have any warning lights, engine check lights, or any other issues with my car. Beware if you go here and they tell you this and that needs to be replaced. Get a second opinion before you spend hundreds of dollars.
