I recently had a few body panels repaired, prepped and painted by Steve and his team at Norman. I had an excellent experience and I would consider myself a repeat customer if the needs arise for any future auto body work.This shop was highly recommended by a close friend of mine and after months of shopping around I decided to contact Steve and pay him and Richie a visit. Car: 1988 E30 M3 I had the front bumper, rear bumper and EVO III wing painted in factory Zinna red. Please keep in mind that red is extremely difficult to match correctly due to the fact that oxidation occurs and it starts to fade to pinkish-red. Steve, his paint and body man made sure that the parts were a close match even without having the complete car. I am a BMW enthusiast and the old bmw is my garage queen. Steve and Ann ( office associate) treated me with respect and courtesy which goes a long way in my opinion. I would recommend Norman's to anyone interested in quality work. Steve came off short, rude and doesn't like when you ask him too many questions or challenge what he says. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere; It's your vehicle don't even think of leaving it there overnight or you'll get sucked in. Place hasn't been the same since Richie left. I had 3 cars worked on multiple times with no issues. In 2020 I went there twice with my Lexus truck and both times the car came out unacceptable. The first time was right before covid so I didn't go back as I was respecting the restrictions at the time. I ended up getting stuck with this less than satisfactory job as the the 2 driver side doors are not properly blended and still are different colors. 0 Stars. Horrendous Service I recently got into a fender bender and decided to bring my 2017 BMW 5 series to this shop. The right mirror needed to be replaced as well as the front axle, and the front bumper needed to also be touched up. I dropped my car off at the shop and told Richie that the axle along with the mirror needed to be fixed as well as the bumper. I called the shop every single day for 2 months going back and forth with Dian, Richie, and the rest of the staff reminding them to fix the axle. Every time i would call them they would tell me "the car will be ready in 2 weeks." Long story short 2 months later I pick up the car everything was fixed BESIDES the axle that i called and reminded them about every single day! After 2 months of waiting they couldn't even complete the job! Very unsatisfied with Norman Collision Works. read more

Nobody loves dealing with auto body repair. It's marginally better than moving or a root canal but still not a fun experience. I have to say that these guys at Norman's Collision Works are the absolute best I have ever used. The process was explained thoroughly. The body shop has a car rental business next door to make it that much easier to drop off your vehicle and leave with a temporary car to go about and do your business. The work was flawless and on time. Richie was the gentleman that helped me and I strongly recommend if you are in the need for collision work. If you love your car please find another shop. Customer service is non existent. Once they have your car and you need to ask questions, they make you feel like you are bothering them. They are a high volume body shop that does repairs for dealerships, so they probably don't need your business. After I got my vehicle back, it looked great upon first inspection. Looking closer after a few days, I noticed overspray of the clearcoat on the hood, lower side trim loose, deep scratches on lower half of the car that wasn't there before (probably from buffing machine), and front license plate dented (how did that happen?!?). I babied my car and know every curve as I wash and detail my car regularly. Bottom line find another shop! read more

Really liked my experience with this shop. Had a simple job which was a dent and repaint of a passenger door. They did a very nice job and even washed the car thoroughly as a pleasant surprise. Was referred by our Audi dealer. Overall everyone is very courteous and they are open Saturday mornings for convenience. Prices are reasonable too. read more
