Finnegan was one of four companies I had come out to quote the project. Tim, one of the owners, came out to look at my job personally in an attempt to help get a lower over all cost. It was his explanation of the scope of work, and how they would ensure a quality finished product was the deciding factor in my choosing them, even though they were not the lowest price. I made a couple of changes between when I agreed to the deal and when they actually came to install. They were right there to help and get me exactly what I wanted. They were able to get our project done more than a week ahead of the promised time frame and the finished product looks amazing. I could not be happier and would highly recommend you check them out for any fencing project you might have.

I took the day off of work to ensure I was home and able to visually show him where we desired the fence to be placed. Tim arrived at 10:30am and after discussing the type of fence that best suited our needs, he assured me he would get back to us within a few days with an estimate and start date for some time in September (due to their schedule). Fast forward to today, August 31st, and we have not heard back from him or anyone at Finnegan Fence! Not one email, call, text message - NOTHING! We were completely left hanging. Essentially ghosted by a company that appeared to be reputable. Their actions have shown an utter disregard for the people who show interest in their services, as well as Tim's blatant disrespect for my time and effort in rearranging my work schedule. Their lack of Integrity, reliability, professionalism, and ability to communicate is substantial. Very disappointed

After 5 months of repeated calls and text and emails they now will not live up to and honor there words to fix the 7Kin damage to the HVAC Condenser units and now they have left me to pay for my repairs of they negligence and clear Disregard for the homeowners equipment or property Please investigate there review prior to hiring this paving contractor before agreeing to there work estimate and make sure to get a copy of there damage insurance prior to beginning your paving job

Central Fence and Deck installed the fence 3 years ago. Shortly after the install the fence fell…read moreapart. They came to look at it and put it back together, but once again fell apart because the fence is held together with metal screws going into the vinyl wood look pieces. This is because the lengths of the sections are not equal to what the metal cross bar is so, instead of fixing the problem the installers attached the metal crossbars into the vinyl fencing. We have requested several times for them to fix the problem. They are now blaming it on the product manufacturer and last winter said they are waiting to hear from them to 'work with the owner' We have not heard from the fence company nor the manufacturer of the fence. It is quite obvious we are stuck with this awful fence. Please don't hire this fence company for any type of fence. They are not willing to be accountable for their mistakes. It cost us over 4k for this fence that is an embarrassment.

The stairs were tricky due to existing structures (old house) but they figured out the best approach and executed it beautifully. PBS handled the permit, the check for gas/water lines, and multiple inspections. All I had to do was make a couple decisions when presented with options, and then sit back and relax. Work proceeded on time, in pretty much all weather--in fact they started the day after a February blizzard, which didn't seem to bother them at all! The team was courteous, helpful, and answered all my questions. When the project finished, clean-up was fast and thorough. Definitely recommend Professional Building Services, and will contact them first the next time I need work done!
