It reminds me of the Chinese food I grew up with, which is hard to find. We've tried a few other places over the years, but the flavors just weren't the same, and we always end up coming back here. My kids absolutely love the lo mein, it's their favorite! The staff is always friendly, and our orders are consistently prepared quickly. I also ordered through the Yelp app for the first time, and the whole process was fast, easy, and just as convenient as calling in the order. I'll definitely be using the app more often. If you're looking for reliable, delicious Chinese takeout with great service, this place is definitely worth trying.

I settled on "Happy King Kitchen" and I quickly regretted it. When I saw the pictures online, they looked great. I thought I was in for a treat, however, that couldn't have been further from the truth. I started with the crab ragoons. A must in my home. Another name for them is cheese wontons. Key word is cheese. These had no cheese and a really bad flavor. That with the water down red sauce and they didn't come close to my top ten list. Next was the chicken. I got a sesame seed chicken with pork fried rice. The chicken itself was flavorless and tough to eat. They seemed chewy and I couldn't finish it. I almost never throw food away, yet here I was doing just that. The only item on the list that was good was the rice. But I'm sure, no one messes up rice. I put my attention into eating that. I probably will never go back. I should have just stayed closer to home. I could have saved time and gas for okay food.

The chicken and string beans which i requested to be a little spicy was also okay in flavor. The general tso is where the meal fell short. the pandemic has been rough for a lot of places but kai li totally revamped their entrance and…read moreinterior. there's a huge protective screen and contactless ordering, credit card payments are done through a two way system now so employees and customers don't touch, and cash transactions are handled by putting the change in an envelope with the order. everyone is concerned with safety right now and a lot of people are still depending on restaurants to deliver while following the new protocol but kai li has really gone above and beyond. it's important to support restaurants owned by local residents, the best support we have is each other
