The staff was attentive and patient when we called in, repeated the order and gave us a price and time frame for pick up. 20 minutes on the dot I arrived to a fairly busy, but clean and neat small storefront. Sauces on a table for convenience, and a couple of cases of drinks as well. The kitchen appeared busy and transparent; you could see them cooking and packing everything fresh right in front, behind the counter (a reassuring thing!). Staff seemed friendly and honorable, reminding me to grab a free 2 L soda for my purchase. Waited 5 minutes and walked out with a piping hot and heavy bag, very well packed (bonus points for neat and no spillage). Also, definitely loved that we could order white meat, no MSG, and I guarantee you that no other Chinese food place comes close to being real like Sung Wo. We 100% could taste and tell the difference! Absolutely refreshing to eat actual white meat chicken and have it look and taste great.
