Then the arrogant Vanessa miraculously found the order and got it refunded telling me to wait business days to be compensated for that very order they allegedly never received. Only made fool of herself and disappointed 4 people. Not a biggie. She denied ever receiving the order 9 times in total during the 30 minutes I tried to pick up the "express" one and apologized 0 times, treated me like I was mentally retarded and not comprehending what was going in. I also plead my case with Martin who offered no help. Hope they get bankrupt and other franchisee buys them. For a quick bite pick McDonalds across the street, quality is always consistent, for Chinese if you got a minute just go to Mandarin House. P.S. Someone told me manager was promoted from within. That and a fact that I reported what happened to corporate few days ago and was not even dignified with a response tells me everything I need to know about their true values.
