The food was very good, very good and nice waitresses that will attend to your every need, the prices are very good for the amount of food you can eat at their all you can eat buffet. I really liked their sweet and sour chicken with their sauce. The chicken is very crunchy and with the sauce it's even better. Overall I would recommend to eat at this place! They are very nice and I will definitely be coming back again!

I give this place five stars purely based off of their mandarin chicken lunch special (#10). Every time I come to Blackfoot, I have to stop and get it. The flavor of the rice and the sweet and sour sauce isn't like anywhere else I've been able to find for casual Chinese, whether in Idaho, Utah, or California. The rice might not look super hearty, but I love it. It's made with more of a shredded pork (not the ham cubes you usually see), so the flavor is distinctive, and the texture is good. Their Mandarin chicken is pretty much sweet and sour chicken, but with a breaded chicken breast cut into slices instead of being presented in little breaded nuggets covered in sauce like sweet and sour chicken usually is. It comes in two pint boxes with a side of sauce if you get it to-go, which actually ends up being more than enough for me, especially for the price. It's $5.50 during lunch or $6.25 after 3 pm... hello, worth it. I also have no complaints about their buffet. It's small, but enough people come during lunch (can't remember what dinner crowds are like) that the food gets rotated relatively quickly. For the basics of cheap, casual, Chinese food, it's a satisfying option.

Fried rice? More like white rice with crap in it.

Not good food, ordered beef and broccoli and it had 6 pieces of beef in it way too many veggies. It was chewy and not good. I also ordered the chicken fried rice and the pic I posted is what I got. They're a Chinese food restaurant that doesn't know how to fry rice??? It was white rice they added stuff to! It was not good at all I ate it and 5 minutes later I threw up all of it. I do not recommend at all. Oh and to top it all off there was no damn chicken in the so called fried rice! It had little red pieces of what might be called meat.

The food did not taste fresh, and the flavors were unbalanced--too salty and overly sweet. Disappointed with the quality.

Bad service, pork and seeds came out after the meal. Warm water. Everything that could go bad did. Will not return.

We've been there a few times, and it was very good. There's a fairly good selection on the buffet. The food and the service were great.

Liked the place. It is reasonable priced Chinese restaurant. We had buffet dinner. Stuff was friendly, too.

Sweet and sour chicken is some of my favorite food item and it was so crispy and hot and fresh. The waitress we had was super kinda and patient while we were deciding what to get. The restaurant was very modern and clean. They take great care of this place.

Absolutely the worst Chinese food my boyfriend and I have ever eaten. We live in Teton Valley and…read morewere in Idaho Falls to go shopping. Knowing we would get home way too late to start cooking, I googled for Chinese restaurants, and this one came up on my phone with good reviews (note, on my computer the reviews were only 3.0, but on the phone, they were over 4). The menu was very small, and a little on the expensive side, but we already walked in, and wanted to get going home, so we decided to order rather than try and find another place to pick up food. BIGGEST MISTAKE! We both love spicy food, so I ordered the Spicy Hot Diced Chicken (Diced chicken, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, green peppers, celery and green pear). and my boyfriend ordered the Spicy Hot Pepper Beef (Choice sliced beef with green peppers, onions, mushrooms, bamboo shoots in spicy hot sauce). We each ordered the small fried rice, mine with no pork. Where do I start? Neither one of the descriptions say carrots, but both had them (mine diced, his julienned). Mine was supposed to have bamboo shoots and green pears, instead it had peas and almond slices. The pieces of chicken were not diced, but the veggies were (not a complaint, but definitely not as described on the menu!) They were both supposed to be spicy, but the only flavor, let alone spice, was the crushed red pepper. Now lets talk about the fried rice. To start, we ordered small fried rice, as that was described to us as what would normally come with a meal, rather than a larger fried rice, which usually is it's own meal. Small is an understatement. I wish we had measured it before putting it on the plate, because if it was a third of a cup, I would be surprised. There was absolutely NOTHING fried about this rice. It was white rice, with scallions and a little scrambled egg (and pork in my boyfriends as ordered). No soy sauce, no veggies, no flavor, whatsoever. Because the portion was so small (it did not come with any other white rice), we will need to make more to finish the amount of food that came with the dinner portion of the meal. Fortunately someone knew that there was no flavor in their food because they put enough Soy Sauce in the bag to drown out the taste of just about anything. I also ordered a side of Spring Rolls, which is 6 of the smallest fried dough with barely any veggies in it. I chose to snack on one in the car, and it was horrible. I thought maybe I would try a second dipped in the duck sauce- MISTAKE! My bad because the car moved, and I spilled some on my hand, but it was HOT, and I totally burned the palm of my hand. Who serves HOT DUCK SAUCE? YUCK! I truly feel bad (or envy?) all of the people that wrote reviews indicating this is amazing Chinese food, because they clearly have never tasted good Chinese food. The best part of the meal? The pre-packaged fortune cookie. Literally the only thing that tasted like Chinese food should.
