This is as close to a healthy ish option as you're going to find in an airport food court. Overpriced dishes & lackluster quality, but it's fried

If you're navigating ATL and in need of a quick preflight bite, Nature's Table Bistro might be your best bet in a pinch. Tucked into the busy airport terminal, it's not trying to wow you with ambiance--but it knows its lane and sticks to it. First Impressions & Ambiance: Think classic airport food court vibes--functional, fast-moving, and no-frills. It's the kind of spot you eye while checking your gate info and watching the clock. Not cozy, but definitely convenient. Service & Staff: The staff was all business, which I appreciated. They were clearly focused on keeping the line moving, and for that, they delivered. No chit-chat, just hustle--and that works when you're racing against boarding time. Food & Drinks: I grabbed a croissant sandwich with turkey sausage, egg, and cheese--a solid preflight fuel-up. Not gourmet, but it hit the spot and held up better than expected for airport food. Great for grabbing something handheld that won't fall apart at the gate. Wait Time & Efficiency: Timing here really depends on what you order, but the line moves, especially if you stick to their grab-and-go or simple breakfast menu. It's not a place to linger or custom-order ten substitutions. Menu Variety & Dietary Options: You can swing by if you're watching calories--they have some healthier bowls, smoothies, and light options. That said, not a ton of dairy-free or gluten-free alternatives, so plan accordingly if you've got restrictions. Price & Value: Let's be real--it's airport pricing, and that croissant sandwich didn't exactly come cheap. But given the location, that's par for the course. You're paying for speed and convenience, not culinary artistry. Pros & Cons: * Location, location, location (steps from your gate) * Fast-moving staff and service - Prices are higher than average for what you're getting - Limited dietary variety for DF/GF folks Final Thoughts & Rating: 2.5 stars, but I'd return in a heartbeat if I found myself in the same preflight scramble. It's not winning any awards, but Nature's Table Bistro is exactly what it needs to be--a fast, accessible option with familiar food that gets the job done. The people are very nice and the food is mid. The E terminal doesn't have many good options. I gave it a try Chicken and Beer (Lisa's restaurant).

It was okay, lots of selection here. Lots of salad, sandwich, and soup options. Maybe a bit of a healthier choice than all of the fast food spots. Salad and sandwich were both okay but weren't made fresh. Not bad either, but I didn't expect anything great. Also a little pricy but it's in the airport so that's expected. Overall just okay. Thanks

Pretty great healthy and fresh selection of items in Concourse E with live jazz saxophone music. Impressed. I got a fruit smoothie and a veggie wrap and kale salad to go for my flight. They have combos for about $14.99 for salad and sandwiches and wraps or a warm entree which isn't too bad considering the quality of the food available. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and easily answered my few questions. Line moved quickly and the food was great! Might be a new fav while transiting through. Airport food is usually awful and all bread and carbs so this was a rare gem.

So I came by here Friday near close since this was the closest thing to my gate and my flight was at midnight. I got through security quickly and wanted to grab food before everything was closed. I didn't want fast food but there weren't many options. This place seemed to be a little fresher but it was really not great. Usually, I'd go back and try a place again but since this is a specific place located in one terminal of the airport, it'll be hard to go back haha. But if you're near gate E, I would honestly just recommend McDonald's. It's right next to this spot and much cheaper. We all know airport food is expensive but 15$ for a wrap seemed reasonable for a good one but this one didn't have any of the ingredients listed on the menu and it was wrapped so tightly in Saran Wrap it was hard to get it out of the plastic. It tasted a little old, they definitely aren't freshly made. It's not a subway - like ordering situation. The sandwiches and wraps are pre-made. Usually anything veggie is fine to me but this one had only very dry lettuce and a hard tomato in the center. There was no cheese or any type of sauce or dressing or anything. I couldn't finish it it was so dry. The lettuce wasn't even wet from water, it was really scratchy like eating grass lol I just would recommend maybe a different item on the menu or to just grab McDonald's and eat somewhere better at your destination haha On the other hand, the chicken noodle soup side was actually very good! If I were in this terminal I would come here for the soup alone. Still overall expensive, but it was actually good! Conclusion - I would rather spend less money on McDonald's next door even if I didn't want it. For an expensive place, I would prefer just that I liked it a little more but the soup was good. I just wouldn't recommend the wraps. Not a horrible place but not friendly staff and very over priced, that would just be the main issue. Worth a try maybe for a sandwich or just soup!

You can come in and place an order; however, I recommend going to their website and placing an order online. I found out the menu was clearly labeled, listed all the ingredients, and there were numerous healthy selections. The protein options are chicken, salmon, or shrimp. I like that you can make it into a bowl or a wrap. On this visit, which was my first, I had a salmon bowl. You can choose your sauce option. I chose jerk sauce. Today, they were having a special on their website: buy one bowl, get one free. So I was able to get a bowl for my sister as well, and she absolutely loved it. She said it was good and that she enjoyed each bite. The food was still warm when I arrived home. Presentation and packaging were 5/5. When I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome. I was asked what type of lemonade I wanted. There were two options provided, which were different than what was showing online, but that was fine and not a big issue. I went ahead and got the watermelon lemonade, which was really good and tasted exactly like watermelon. Although I've lived in the area for three years now, this was my first time here, and I will definitely return to try the wrap.

Her attention, her recommendations, and her personality were superior. I went with her suggestion and ordered the jumbo shrimp -- delicious. The cocktails were hitting, especially for happy hour. I didn't really taste the mango, but trust me... it was still giving happy hour vibes. The fried lobster tail was flavorful and didn't even need the sauces it came with. I sat on the patio, danced, and enjoyed the beautiful Atlanta weather. The playlist was upbeat, vibrant, and kept the vibe going. The only miss for me was the spinach dip -- way too oily, I couldn't get past it. But I'm definitely giving Party of 5 another chance. Jamari raved about the Caesar salad, and I want to try the salmon bites and lamb chops next time. I can see myself coming back to pregame before a Dream playoff game or even after -- and I'll definitely be back at Jamari's table for the drinks and her energy!

Waitress even told us that she'll take our order then bring our waters so that we could speed up the process, since she was the only server. When she came back with the waters, she also brought our check! We had our check for over half an hour before we even saw food. Matter of fact, the waitress said she would discount the tab because of our unusually long almost-an-hour-in-this-place wait, but she never did. We just paid for the the overpriced food & left because lunchtime was over & my husband had to go back to his conference in the hotel. I took the food back to the room to be eaten later. Now the burger was really good, I will say that. It was cooked nicely, was really thick, had flavor to it, came with all the fixings like red onion, tomato, leaf lettuce & condiments. Steak fries accompanied it, love that cut the best. The buffalo wings were super huge! We were like wtf, lol. But thatsa good thing of course. Now the cheese pizza we ordered for my daughter looked so sad. Looked like a supersized version of the little pizzas you make with a Lunchable. I was not impressed. $16 for that! Seating was plentiful, the restaurant was nice enough, just a fail in general outside of that though.
