The Mediterranean sampler of hummus, tahini and baba ganoush served with warm dipping bread, the Jerusalem combo - falafel, meat kibbeh, vegetarian kibbeh, Moroccan beef cigars with tahini dipping sauce and last but not least, the Phyllo Rolls. Everything was a surprise to your tastebuds! Although pretty sure the warm bread with the Baba ganoush was the fav! We got there early, around 5:00, and the dining room was just starting to fill up. The environment is always warm and welcoming. Although I don't think there is a dress code, semi-casual or business-casual is just fine. The food on the buffet was displayed well, fresh, and delicious. There are plenty of non-pork options as the staff bring around the meat, just be careful because some options are wrapped in bacon and the servers move quickly so be sure to ask if that's a concern.
