I recently discovered Greco Fresh Grille and genuinely enjoyed the salad I ordered. In fact, I liked it enough that I planned to become a repeat customer. I called because I noticed what appeared to be a significant pricing discrepancy. This was not a question about a small difference of a dollar or two. The price I paid through DoorDash reflected approximately a 47% markup compared to the price I later paid in person. As a customer, I think it is entirely reasonable to ask for clarification about that kind of difference. After being directed back and forth between DoorDash and the restaurant regarding who controlled the pricing, I spoke with an employee who identified himself as William. Rather than helping clarify the issue, he repeatedly told me that I was "wasting their time." I explained that I was a new customer who genuinely liked their food and simply wanted to understand the discrepancy. Instead, I was blamed for not realizing that the DoorDash order had apparently been placed through a different location. I was told that my business was not important to them, that he had already informed the manager, George, that I was wasting their time, and he hung up on me twice. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told the manager was unavailable. I was then challenged to "go ahead and leave a review" because he "didn't care." I am 53 years old, and I understand that misunderstandings happen. What I do not understand is why a customer asking a reasonable question about a 47% price difference would be treated with sarcasm, disrespect, and contempt. I am extremely offended by the way I was treated. This review is not about the DoorDash markup itself. It is about basic customer service and common courtesy. I hope local management addresses this situation appropriately. If it is not addressed, I intend to escalate my concerns to corporate because no customer should be spoken to in this manner. Update: Management contacted me through Facebook regarding my concerns. I was advised that if I did not agree with DoorDash pricing, I did not have to order through DoorDash. When I pointed out that my concerns regarding William's conduct still had not been addressed, I was told that they would "address these concerns as we see fit." I then informed management that I would update my public reviews accordingly, at which point the restaurant's Facebook account responded with a reaction. I had not been here in a while so I was quite and pleasantly surprised at their new additions to their menu. Now they also have bowls, which I ordered with an add-on protein, the Kefte patty. I also was able to order 3 bases instead of the just 2 bases for the bowl. I went to dine-in during my lunch break. The service at the counter was easy and friendly, the food was served fast with a steaming hot Kefte patty and the remembered to put my dressing in the side. TIP: If you do not wish to purchase a beverage, they do offer water cups. The restaurant has a cozy winter season feel with plenty of seating inside or outside the restaurant. Since this restaurant is within a shopping center, sometimes finding a parking spot might get difficult. read more

This place was absolutely incredible! I loved all the choices and loved even more that there were more than 1 vegetarian option. I love veggie pitas with a passion but there are not enough in uptown. OPAAAAAA!!!!!! Located in Sharon Corners plaza, this place usually has a nice amount of customers on the inside and outside. This was my first time here and the ambience and customer service was good. It was very neat and clean on the inside. Additionally, there is also outside seating as well. The menu has a nice variety and even offers desserts for your sweet tooth. I ordered the shrimp pita. Toppings included tomato, red onion, lettuce, and tzatziki sauce. I'm not a fan of tzatziki sauce, but it wasn't bad. The shrimp was made freshly grilled and seasoned well. As a whole, the best part of the wrap was the shrimp and pita wrap. The toppings lacked seasoning and the wrap was a little bland tasting overall. Maybe the tzatziki sauce was supposed to bring everything together, but it was just ok. I would give this place another chance to try other few items, but I would consider the other food options in the plaza first. read more

This afternoon I went to Greco to eat while my friends quickly went to Jersey Mike's and then came to meet me. While they were finding me, a worker followed them over and couldn't even form a sentence to say that outside food is not welcomed and instead hand gestured to us to leave the restaurant. I will say that the quality is on par with the other location. They really do a great job with the food and service.
