I frequent Greco Fresh at least once a week because I work nearby. This is a small but cozy spot with plenty of tables and a relaxed vibe. The staff is always friendly and pleasant. I enjoy the grape leaves, falafel, gyros, bowls and the lemon chicken soup here. I am always satisfied with anything that I order. Pro tip: if you are a sauce person like me and always need extra tzatziki, get the appetizer. It's a huge helping and comes with fresh pita bread. We ordered the chicken platter and lamb platter for pick-up. Glad we did so because we missed the lunch rush. The ordering process is super easy online. I'd recommend the platters because it's sooooo much food for the price. I love their tzatziki sauce paired with the meats and their soft pita. Their olive oil vinaigrette adds the right amount of acidity to the salad. Their fries are well seasoned and I'd recommend getting the lemon oregano fries. The platter was basically a deconstructed gyro, which made it easier to eat as well. I was so full and could barely finish my whole entire box. And of course, I had to try their famous baklava and it did not let me down, it was delicious! It wasn't overpoweringly sweet and had the perfect amount of nuttiness paired with the flakiness of the pastry. Our order was ready by the promised time and when we ordered extra food, it came out promptly. Staff was very efficient and friendly! Personally, given the current circumstances with the pandemic, I wouldn't recommend dining in at this establishment just because it seems a bit small for proper social distancing to occur, but they did take the appropriate precaution measures. All staff wore masks. Plexi-glass was installed at the register and hand sanitizer was provided. They even have a container for used and sanitized pens! Had takeout and it was amazing. Picture below of the feast. All the food was perfect. Much better than other Greek places in the south Charlotte area. There's plenty of parking and the shopping center has a nice fountain and lots of benches/picnic tables nearby. The inside of the restaurant is decorated in an refreshing ocean blue color scheme that emanates traditional Mediterranean vibes. Food (4/5): We ordered a traditional gyro with lemon-oregano fries and a lamb burger with spicy fries. For both, the lamb meat was cooked really well: tender and juicy! My friend who's been here before said that the fries are usually crispy, but the ones we got today were a little soft and soggy. The lemon-oregano fries were seasoned well, but are definitely on the salty side. The spicy fries tasted alright, but aren't really spicy. We were trying to get the Baklava, but they had already ran out by the time we got there (1:30 pm ish)! I'm excited to try it next time we stop by and will be updating the review. Service (5/5): Quick service! Even if you choose to dine in, they'll pack everything up for you in takeout boxes. They'll bring it straight to you though. COVID-19 Accommodations (3/5): Greco Fresh is open regular hours for dine-in and takeout with limited indoor seating and patio seating. The inside layout isn't very social distancing friendly, especially if there's customers dining in. They don't have umbrellas set up out back yet, so outdoor seating is subject to weather conditions! They have hand sanitizers located at the receptionist area and by the drinks for you to use. They don't have any condiment bottles out :( (just ketchup packets). Food is really good however it is not consistent. For example the Greek salad sometimes has lots of feta and other times has almost no feta. The chicken is always dry. That is the one consistency. If you order an extra tzatziki, you should always check to make sure it's in your order. read more

We ordered to go gyros at 5:30pm on a Saturday night and sadly had a terrible experience. The gyro meat was extremely dry and the edges were overcooked and hard and crispy. The meat had obviously sat under a heat lamp for a long time. We also got the oregano fries which were dark brown, soggy and also tasted burned- not sure how they were able to mess them up that badly. We tried to salvage them in the air fryer but ended up throwing them away. We just moved to Charlotte 6 months ago and this was our first experience with this chain and are hoping it was just a unique bad experience. read more

Food is pretty good but the young woman (with the M necklace) does not have great customer service. Picked up my order and the side tiziki order wasn't in the bag so I walked back. Got home and proceeded to eat but the Greek salads had no dressing. I walked back (not far but now third trip) and when I asked for dressing was told it's on the salad already. I assured her it was not. Then I asked if I could have some dressing to go, she told me they are .50 each. At this point I was a little miffed and said I was not going to pay for dressing that I never received. She chuckled and said that she cannot give it away for free and she'd have to talk to the kitchen. The people on the kitchen immediately gave me dressing and all is good and delicious. Loved this place! I ordered the chicken kebabs and the lemon oregano fries. I would usually get a gyro but was trying to switch up my greek food palette. I dined in and sat outside on their patio area which was nice on a sunny day. My food was out within 10 minutes. When I say the word FLAVOR I mean it. The kebabs were seasoned so well and the lemon oregano fries just packed flavor all over them and the fries seemed to be fresh cut as well. The portion was more than enough I dont know If I even finished all of my fries. I will definitely be back here and excited to see they are opening one near me in the future in the steele creak area! Stopped in for a quick dinner and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food here. The inside doesn't look like much but don't let that stop you. I just had a simple order of a gyro with rice and hummus but it was super tasty. They have different flavors of hummus to choose from which was neat to see. The service was fast and the food was fresh and juicy. The inside of the restaurant is fairly small but if it is a nice day you can sit out back on their patio. This restaurant is located in the Blakeney area. We got a good parking space and came on a saturday for lunch. They weren't busy at all. Restaurant isn't large but a little narrow. Cashier answered all our questions and was very sweet. I got the shrimp pita sandwich and spicy fries. Shrimp was delicious and cooked perfectly. The only thing I would ask for is extra red onions. Tatziki sauce went well with it. Spicy fries were good but had a lot of seasoning on it. Some people might like that, but I rather have them lightly seasoned. They also had other flavors of fries. My husband got the chicken pita sandwich and a greek salad. Salad was very fresh. Chicken was good. Very filling. Came with a lot of meat.
