Came in about 8:30pm and ordered the #14....worst ever! I was super disappointed since the reviews I read were all good. Everything was dry....chicken super dry & flavorless as well as the rice. No point in being open until 8:30 if the food you serve isn't good and looks as though it's sat around for 4 hrs. Maybe lunch hour is great, idk. Ended up going to Taco Time for something edible. read more

This humble eatery deserves 5/5 stars! Greek fries are like crack- perfectly cooked crinkle cut fries with all the right seasonings, creamy tzatziki and feta, and then optional spicy/sweet chili sauce on the side. The chicken Greek salad was equally phenomenal. A good Greek salad has to pass several simple tests: fresh ingredients (as in no wilted lettuce and stuff), all the traditional components (I've had "Greek" salads that skip the necessary stuff like say olives or red onion) and maybe most importantly- quality meat. The chicken was well trimmed, juicy, flavorful, and bountiful. Cooked to perfection. I was just all around really excited and the staff takes care of you which makes the food taste even better lol. I've only had the gyro meat so far but it's delicious. Could be sliced a little thinner though... The humus if great, too! Been here a couple of times recently... LOVE the classic gyro...soft warm pita with loads of tender beef & lamb, seasoned right, priced on par with a beef/lamb sandwich these days. My second visit i made the mistake of 'going along' with the suggestion of the Greek fries....portion was huge, and added $4.50(?) to the price...they were undercooked, underseasoned, and i think Feta cheese just does not belong on top of fries, it was a mess and i wound up feeding most of it to the ducks. My opinion, some other reviewers rave about them. Ill be going back for JUST the gyro :) Service was fast and very friendly, dining room was clean. read more

Greek fries are amazing here-literally the best I have ever eaten in town. Ate the fries around lunchtime and was looking forward to coming back for dinner to eat falafel sandwich. Sandwich was beautifully prepared and very tasty looking. However, I was shocked to find there were only 3 very small falafels in a 10" sandwich. This was disappointing to the extreme. Place was spotless clean. i really wish owner would have been straight with me about the obvious lack of falafel patties available so that i could have ordered something else. read more

I was a bit flabbergasted at all the amazing reviews, the food was ok, I think pretty standard overall. I would have given them a 4* review, but their health deparment sign in the window says "needs improvement". Ouch! They've come by a couple of times and it looks like the problems aren't important enough to the owner to fix. I'm concered and won't be going back, since health and proper care of food should be their top priority. I have to make it a habit in checking the signs first before going into a restaurant. read more

Came with coworkers on a launch time where it is a little busy. It was hard to find a place to sit. If you are planning to eat inside, you probably have to wait a bit. I ordered a chicken shawarma plat. Includes salad, and hummus. The chicken did not have any taste to it. You will have to add sources to it to make it taste a little better. Haven't eaten the food yet but it smells amazing and the portion is pretty large for $10. Everything was fresh and tasty. Pita bread was still hot after I got home. Not sure why this place is so highly rated. Place is fast and clean. I was craving Greek food for lunch and this was a total miss. I got the lamb plate. Pita was warm and tasty. Lamb was dry and poor quality. Rice had good flavor but was mushy. The yogurt dip it came with was awful. No where near what you want when craving a bright creamy tzatziki. Mediterranean food is the perfect food and these guys really know what they're doing. Everything was delicious and fresh and came out fast - from the Veg & Falafel wrap, the Super Vegan pita, Baba Ghanoush and extra falafel. Extra props to them for offering an entire separate menu section for all vegan items and extra points for those who eat in instead of taking out and throwing away all those polyethylene boxes. Must try, great food! My brother and I stopped by here today on our way to UW Bothell for class, it was empty. We took a quick glance at the menu and the nice gentleman behind the counter greeted us very nicely. I ordered the Chicken Gyro with Greek fries and a coke (meal for about $14) and my brother ordered the Classic Gyro (lamb and beef) with greek fries and a drink. The total was $28, but oh my gosh, the amount of food you get is crazy! Huge portion sizes! Hands down the BEST greek fries I have ever had! The chicken gyro was huge, the chicken was well seasoned and fresh, my brother loved his lamb and beef gyro as well. He was just as impressed with the greek fries as I was, its not your typical dry with some garlic seasoning greek fries, but they got some amazing sauce! Well worth it and would definitely eat here again when I am in the area, had enough to take home for left overs. read more

Not impressed with the sauce used on meat to heat it on the grill. My husband asked if it was tomatoe sauce and the guy said yes, it was spicy sauce. I have acid reflex and it made my sandwiche spicy. I had reflex and heartburn the rest of the day. Sad because the sandwiche had a nice taste. read more

The person taking my order was rude. He refused to help me with the menu or listen to my questions. When the wrong order came out, he forced me to pay for it with no changes. The other staff supported him in this. I thought I was pretty reasonable and we could have made things better, but they obviously have no training in customer service and no managerial oversight. Meh, I guess I've been forever spoiled by the Mediterranean Kitchen in Kirkland, because this is the latest of the typical gyro places I've been to since, and it just falls so far short. I got the chicken shawarma plate. I guess the chicken was marinated, but it still had no flavor. It was supposed to come with grilled veggies- which is the whole reason I ordered IT rather than the chicken plate- and it did not. The salad was a throwaway- watery romain with a sprinkle of feta, a tomato slice and too- thick onion slices. Maybe a little vinegar and oil as dressing?? Couldnt really tell. I love greek salad, so this was especially sad. The only things decent were the hummus, the rice, and the side of tsiziki I got. Please, to this, and all "fast greek" places: a little lemon and maybe some garlic or vinegar makes such a huge difference. And maybe some salt too. Thanks. When I saw the sign it threw me off because it looked generic and kind of chain food like, so i was skeptical about going to eat here at first. I went in anyway and I was I surprised.
