This place is great. It is literally in the middle of farmland which is some nice scenery while driving there. The inside is large and welcoming. They also have an outdoor patio. Our server was wonderful. We were there at an off time and she was literally hostess, waitress and bartender. I had a strawberry lemonade that was delicious. My husband had the bourbon and cherry and is still talking about it. They had a lunch special - 10 inch pizza for &12 which is what I ordered. I got the hot honey sriracha jalapeño chicken pizza and asked them to go light on the sriracha . It was delicious and filling. I took half home for lunch the next day. We visited 450 North for the first time this morning. We came right at opening and the restaurant was calm. We enjoyed that. Service was polite and attentive without being too much. My girlfriend ordered a Bloody Mary for her drink and we got the Loaded Pulled Pork Fries for an appetizer. The fries were tasty, only complaint is they could've used more of the BBQ sauce due to the pork being a bit bland on its own. The fries were crunchy and seasoned well. The Bloody Mary was good, not the best she had ever had but it was good. She really enjoyed the "snacky snacks" on the top. We then ordered the Margherita pizza. It came out looking visually great. Upon tasting it was a tasty pizza. Would we order it again, I don't think so, but that is because it just isn't our normal go to. It was nice to try and a pleasant experience. Back in New York, many farms are turning to breweries as their new source of income. But they don't have wineries and distilleries attached to their brewery! I went with beer. And just the normal, run of the mill beer. None of that fruity, hazy stuff. The ones I got were good. Damn good. I wish I had a designated driver so I could have tasted their Whisky Flight. I did buy some of their Ready to Drink cocktails for the hotel. I always judge a place by the likelihood I would return. A party of ten had reservations for 6:30 on a Tuesday evening. They had been made two weeks before and a call to confirm the reservation was made the day of. But yet when we came at 6:30, the hostess apologized and she hadn't seen the reservation and their was nothing an available. She pointed to one of the long tables and said "I think they will finishing up in 15 - 20 minutes. She offered as an option that we could "stand in the bar" until a table became available. Just what ten seniors in their seventies want to do. All but one of the couples were out of town. When the host had said reservations had been made at 450 North, I did expect a problem would occur during the visit. My wife and I had pledged never to go to 450 North or Simmons Winery nearly 10 years ago. An experience at the winery during a wine tour still to this day marks the single most rude interaction with a service representative. The owners must be doing so well as a rare venue in Columbus that service is not been a priority for some time. read more

We had a group of cousins getting together to enjoy a dinner and visit. We had 10 people in our party so we made sure to make a reservation and even called back this week to verify it. When we got there the parking lot looked pretty full so it seemed like it would be busy and we found out our reservation had been lost or was unavailable so we had about a 15 minute wait. A lot of the seating is benches and tall stools but I was lucky to find a chair with a back on it. There were plenty of choices of beer, cider, slushes, wine, and cocktails on tap. I had a whisky chiller that was on tap and it was yummy. We got a dill pickle pizza for our meal. It was pretty large and tasted good but was a little oily and had lots of crust. Throughly impressed by this barn in the middle of nowhere! Honestly, it has something for everyone... brewery, winery, distillery, indoor area, outdoor area. I came with some coworkers who wanted to try out the beer & I went over to the distillery area to try some of the spirits they distilled right there, the wines (I didn't try) but looks to be on the fruity side, they also have these slushy sours (not like slushy ice) but a style of beer that I've never seen anywhere else and the flavors were really interesting (most of them being fruity)... also... the food was sooo damn good!! Our first visit to 450N brewery was wonderful. We went to celebrate my cousin's husband bday. Staff is very nice, service was very good. Beer and food were fantastic. Richelle had to get the farm house pretzel, nice pretzel with no too much salt. Richelle would not share the beer cheese, but I did get the mustard, far is far. For dinner I got the Cali Chicken Club, a little messy by it was very good, the fries are top notch. Richelle the bar house burger, she said it was delicious, she also thought the fries we great. Been here before with no issues. Not the case this time. My first two choices for drinks they were out of. The 3rd choice was called a slushy but it was warm and nothing slushy about it. I've known of 450 North Brewing for a while. I've had some of their fruit slushy 'beers' at some beer shares and seen some of their cans make their way out to CA on some shelves of specialty craft beer shops. The space is pretty beautiful! (More on that later) It's large and there's a winery attached (I think) and they serve food here. There was a pretty large selection of their slushy beers as well as more traditional styles on tap. I was there on a Friday late afternoon/ early evening, so it wasn't super busy yet. There was also a two person band doing live country music (and it sounded nice) I saw that they were kind of on the way from Louisville to Indianapolis with a bit of a detour (on the map), so I thought it would be great to stop by and check out the brewery. I was about a quarter mile out and was still driving past farms and cornfields thinking in my head - maybe I got the wrong address? It surely can't be in the middle of all this farmland right? Sure enough, it was. Not a negative, just used to driving up to breweries where they're typically located in industrial areas. But the brewery had a setting that was idyllic. Clear skies and just surrounded by beautiful fields. I sat at the bar since I was by myself and ordered one of their slushy 'beers' (when in Rome). I only had time to stop by for one drink especially since I was driving and I was still an hour outside of Indy and I had a ticket to the Indiana Fever game that evening. The slushy was solid. Wish I had more time, etc. to try some of the more traditional beers. When I was about to leave, I got a message from a beer buddy I met in Tampa Bay because he saw that I posted a pic of my beer on my stories. He said: "dude, I bet you're like the only Asian dude in like a 50 mile radius". LOL. Funnily enough, as I was leaving (I had to make the game anyway), I put a message in a thread with a group of craft beer friends - "Okay, heading to Indy for the game, I get the vibe that some folks in this room have only seen someone like me in an encyclopedia" LOL. It was a fine visit. Just thought it was funny. Another funny thing is that when I got the glass...dirty glass mafia! LOL. Not a biggie to me personably on this trip, but in the beer world, the DGM will attack you when you post pics of beers that have bubbles form against the glass most likely due to soup residue, etc. This place is good for groups and looks like a favorite place for local families. read more

I'm leaving 2 stars because the food we had was decent, but the service was non existent! I ordered a fish sandwich and fries. The menu states it comes with tartar sauce. What I received was a fish sandwich with a small piece of wilted lettuce. No tartar sauce, no salt and pepper, no ketchup, no question if I needed anything else. After I requested it, I finally got tartar sauce and ketchup. There was no follow up, no checking on drinks, no presentation of the bill. I had to go stand by the cash register to pay my bill. I've been here several times and Service does not appear to be their forte! Won't be back. read more

Then he got a what seemed like a manager person to try to help us and she never came back so we left ! There were plenty of tables open, but would not seat us. 450 North will forever be special to me since they were my host for the April 2024 solar eclipse. And even if the weather hadn't cooperated, I would have been delighted with how well they set us up -- free camping spots, special beers, food trucks, and extended hours at the restaurant. Apparently 450N is well-versed in this sort of promotion, since their corn maze draws thousands in the late summer. It rained overnight, but the skies parted at the right time. And 450 North kept us hydrated all the way. And boy howdy, they lean into the slushy beers. I will freely admit that I like a slushy brew every now and then, but it's also not necessarily by preferred style. Still, give them credit for churning out a wide enough variety that just about anyone would find something to enjoy on the menu. We indulged in two of their eclipse-themed beers, as well as a special wine release. And props to the staff for being on top of everything at every step. They offer a massive amount of taps with about half being their famous sours. There is also a kitchen. I didn't have much time so I was only visiting for one, unfortunately. The bartender was somewhat short with me. Some might say downright rude. I ordered a west coast IPA. A super hoppy, danky beer that I enjoyed very much so. I am bummed I didn't really have time for a second. Honestly speaking I may have been more inclined to make time for another had the service been better. I would recommend this place. Food was fine. Cider was good. Service was horrible. There were five of us. Four of us got our food and then proceeded to wait for the last entree to show up. Our server finally comes back about 30 minutes later and when we ask about the food she say she will check on it. We basically finished our meal before the fifth entree showed up. I had to go to the bar and ask about the drink I ordered. That finally showed up after half an hour after the bartender asked me what table we were at. When the bills arrived I asked the server about my friends bill, whose food showed up after the rest of us were finished. I was excited to have an early Saturday afternoon dinner here for my birthday weekend. Walked in and was happy to see that it was not busy at all. We sat at our favorite table in the bar. And we sat. And we sat. And we sat. For 15 minutes. The bartender and another server watched us come in and smiled at us when we past by to our table. Another server took care of tables on the opposite side of the bar rail and was especially attentive to them. No one acknowledged us. Hubby had enough and got up to leave. I followed and told the girls that we sat for 15 minutes without even a glass of water. I was told that it wasn't their table but they'd be happy to help. It was so much fun to finally visit in person and try their beers on draft. It was really cold when we went, but we had our dog and didn't know until we got there that their patio was technically closed. We were so thankful that they accommodated us sitting outside with our pup! Their fruited sours are my favorite, so I was so excited when they had a ton of options on top that I had never tried before! Their food was also good. We ordered cheese curds and we shared a salad. The facility is nice and really large. They have a ton of outdoor seating, as well as indoor seating. Have been getting 450N cans for quite a while now on the west coast and jumped at the chance to visit the location when work took me nearby. It was a pretty relaxing drive out surrounded by corn fields wondering if I was going into the right direction and then arrived at the purée mecca. I thought the brewery and surrounding location were beautiful. Needing some food I went with the smash burger and was content. When we got our pizza, we all took a slice and realized how undercooked it was with the first bite. The manager came over and asked if we wanted them to cook it more or put it in a to go box. 450 North Brewing is famous for their Slushy beers. There are so many different kinds of flavors I've seen on Untapped and physically that it's enough to make your head spin. I am glad for trying the one that Steve and I split as it did a pretty good job of reminding me of my youth when we would get Slurpees at the 7-11. The flavor we had was the Flaming Flower. This particular Slushy flavor involved cherry and lime flavors. Probably because it involved cherry is why it reminds me so much of the 7-11 for their famous Cherry Slurpees. Normally I'm not a big fan of Slushy, Slurpee, Smoothie or Milkshake beers but occasionally there is one that I take a liking to and in the case of Flaming Flower I took an unexpected liking to it which is saying something! read more

Beautiful country setting. 8 of us arrived without reservations on a Friday night and were seated outside on the patio. Nice landscaping with cornhole games on the lawn. Now for the food report - First we shared the garlic knots with sauce dips, they were hot and fresh. I had the smash burger and it was delicious, with cheddar cheese and sauce served on a brioche bun. A couple of pizzas were shared, along with salads. Everything was fresh and tasty. Finally made the 2.5 hour trip to slushy beer central and while we weren't impressed by the 'ice cream series' being featured that week, there was enough non-ice cream based options still on tap that we definitely got to try many of flavors we'd previously only read about...and they did not disappoint. We would sure love to be there fruit supplier! What surprised us were the non-sweet/fruited beers and the food. The IPA and hazy were more than respectable and while the porter and wheats were just average, I'm really looking forward to the flavored stouts I also brought home. Both the burger and Turkey club were quite tasty and filling. The place is certainly in the rural middle of nowhere, but the complex itself includes the brewery/winery/taproom/restaurant, emerging distillery (original taproom), events building with the fancy garden out front, the RV lot as well as the family farm across the road. It's an ambitious operation to say the least and the folks we met that day seemed rightfully quite proud of it all. Don't forget the beer and wine frozen slushies on tap in the warmer months as well as the impressive patio off the restaurant. There's a nice gift shop in the front too, so t forget your 450 sticker! Brought a friend from out of town here because she loves sours and I thought it would be a home run. When we arrived at 3:15 on a Saturday, we were told we would have to wait 15 minutes for 4 of us and an infant- totally fine. As we waited, we watched a table of 7 arrive after us and get sat in a picnic table, and two women that also arrived after us got seated at a table of four. When we asked why we couldn't sit at the table of four we were told it was because we had an infant. Last I checked an infant doesn't take up a seat! Apparently our party was too big for the table of four, but too small for the picnic table. An easy solution would have been to just communicate and ask us if we could sit at either place, but the host did not seem like a very good problem solver. In actuality, we ended up waiting 30 minutes. (If we were told 30 minutes in the first place, we would be totally fine with that but here's a helpful piece of advice-always overshoot your wait time)! Food and beers were decent- we enjoyed the pretzel and the beer cheese was awesome. The smash burgers were okay but the menu said it was on a brioche bun-- that was not the case! It was the cheapest type of bun that you could find at Kroger and because of that it made eating very messy. Unfortunately, we won't be in a rush to come back anytime soon. read more
