We stopped in here after a graduation ceremony at Ball State thinking we could get a quick lunch. The place was not crowded when we arrived so we thought we could eat quickly and get on the road to go home. Wrong!! The service was extremely slow as there was only one server for the whole place. It took forever to give our order for pizzas. And it took forever to get our food as well. The pizzas were good not great but, definitely not worth the almost 2 hour long wait. We stopped in for dinner tonight, daughter had a cheese and black olive pizza she was very happy with it, son had the Raphael's BBQ pizza and bragged about it. The food here is exactly like the Greeks in the Village. This is a nice space with lots of Muncie memorabilia on the walls--also some video games (though could use a better selection. There is lots of light and a tv. Would be a good alternative to b-dubs if you want good pizza. The red checkers everywhere gives a classic pizza joint ambience. I am a fan of the pizza--particularly the crust. Though I think that the sauce is a bit sweet. The spiciness of the sausage makes up for it though. read more

We are in this place at least once a week. I have a picky six year old but she loves and I mean loves their cheese pizza with white sauce. The employees are very friendly and are willing to go above and beyond. The owner or manager (not for sure)comes around and checks on you. We love it here! Great pizza and sticks! read more

EDIT: I received news several months ago that the restaurant had changed owners and management. And it is a COMPLETE 180 from what it used to be. The service is prompt and friendly, the food is delicious, and we've been here several times since. We just finished another great meal here, and we're very pleased. This review has been a long time coming. I've been to this Greek's several times, and the service keeps getting progressively worse. Here's the problem, they are chronically understaffed. So you're likely going to wait, a long time, for service. Today, we waited over 15 minutes before someone even came to our table. And then another 15 minutes before we decided to get up and leave before our drinks got to us. The last time we went, my wife ordered pasta, and they came out after 35 minutes, and told her they couldn't make the pasta because the microwave was broken! They don't even boil their own pasta, and are unable to figure out how to make it without a microwave. If you do manage to wait long enough to get your food, it's usually pretty good though. I will not be giving them another chance, and will be going to the one in the village in the future. read more

Great pizza!!! Born and raised in Muncie and have to say this place always hits the spot. Great quality ingredients and the price is great as well. Now it's not the Little... or Papa.... cheap but also it's 10x the pizza and have to say I think it's my new favorite pizza in town. I'll even go as far to say that the king isn't so anymore there way over priced pizza for poor quality ingredients is no where worth it or can even compare to Greeks!!! Great service and great pizza. Pizzas and bread sticks were okay, service is horrible! Our waitress was the owner, extremely slow and absolutely no personally whatsoever. Women's restroom was filthy and the men's restroom had the toilet seat laying on the floor. A college town has to have good pizza joints, preferably with college students working there. Ask someone under 30 in Muncie where to get pizza and they will say "Greeks". I had a small job in Muncie, and needed to buy the crew some lunch. I asked a local who had the best pizza and was directed to Greeks. Just to make sure, I asked another local and got the same answer. There's more than one, we found a location a few miles east of the University that was bigger than I expected. Huge round tables that seat 6 comfortably. I saw a couple with a large pepperoni pizza on their table that had so much pepperoni on it you couldn't see the pizza. Very impressed already. Our meals were chosen from the single page menu, pizza on one side, sandwiches on the other. They have an interesting option on their sandwich list - anything can be made into a calzone - I think they call it a pizza stuff. read more

Went there for my birthday celebration on a Friday night. The restaurant is located on the busiest road in the city. We sat down only to find out that they were closing at 9. We decided to stick it out. The waitress took our order and did not write anything down. When our food came out they brought the wrong sized pizza to one of our friends, completely forgot my wife's pizza and never once asked us for refills. I'm all about supporting local business but when we are treated as an after thought that is not right. Our bill was outrageously high. We were charged gratuity without being informed. Ordered a pizza with tomatoes on it. After waiting a long time the pizza finally came out. Pizza was inedible due to it being so watery. The waitress blamed it on me ordering tomatoes on the pizza! We left the pizza uneaten on the table and went to the Greeks on University Avenue as they always cook my tomato pizza perfectly. I would recommend driving a few minutes to the Greeks on University Avenue as they have the best location in my opinion. read more

Wish they had better delivery hours we've tried ordering 3 different times and on different days this month and they are never doing delivery. We even attempted to order just before 8pm on a Friday and were told they stopped delivering at 8- which apparently means you cannot order at 7:55.... Maybe the cut off is 7:45? Sunday not at all? And I think the other reason was because they didn't have a driver... Who knows- it's really annoying tho. Maybe you should list your delivery criteria on your Facebook.... I can't seem to find it not even in the "about" section. The response I received:We stop delivery one hour prior to closing. We always have a delivery driver. I responded: I am certain we were told you were short staffed and didn't have a driver one day. You can stop one hour that is fine, but if someone calls prior to that hour I would assume they met the deadline- also it would be great if it were posted somewhere, as a customer, it's nice to know prior to picking out your order if it can be delivered or not. It would be great to know that there was a cut off time for placing a delivery order. Tonight my boyfriend called a few minuets before 8, whoever took the call said it couldn't be delivered because you stopped at 8, even though he called a few minutes prior. I am assuming it's because by the time the order was in and made it would have been maybe 8:15 or 8:20. Whatever the scenario or policy- I'm giving you constructive feedback to regarding things that I, as a customer, find frustrating. I work in customer service and rebutting with "we always have a driver" isn't going to make me want to continue business and I realize, one customer doesn't really matter but, you should have had an empathetic response- maybe "I'm sorry for your frustration, maybe we could update our delivery times to the Facebook page to better inform our customers. Kind of hit or miss. I've had poor, slow service on a day where there were literally only 2 or 3 other tables. I prefer the other location. After we waited for 15 minutes one of the waitresses asked if we had been helped yet. She did not write down the order. We ordered a pizza, Greek salad and two cheeses. The pizza came and the waitress forgot the salad. She went to make the salad ( yes the waitress had to make the salad on a Fri night). We had to then get up and request plates and silverware for the pizza. After we had pizza half ate the salad came. Waitress never came back until we waited another 15 minutes after finished eating. Called last night to have a pizza delivered to my home and encountered quite possibly the rudest young woman ever. She huffed and sighed all through the ordering process and wouldn't let me finish most of my sentences and cut me off when she asked directions to my house. She said there were 2 orders ahead of mine and she had no idea when mine would be delivered. I said that was fine which apparently wasn't the answer she was hoping for. She asked how I would be paying and after I said charge, she sighed and asked for the number. I picked up my card and dropped it and said "Oops, hold on a second" to which she replied "Oh for the love of God!" I said, "Pardon me?" And she stammered for a moment and said "I just asked for you card number." I told her that I heard what she said and asked what the problem was. She claimed again she was just asking for my card number all while sighing and huffing. I told her that I wasn't going to give her my card number and it was obvious that you didn't need my business. Nor will you ever have it again. I realize that Friday night is probably a busy time, but if your restaurant doesn't want to deliver, then don't offer it. After a car accident, I am unable to drive and was happy to see your business delivered. I am very disappointed in your establishment and the service your employee provided. We have always had slow service, but decided to give them another try. We told the waitress no butter on the crust, and really emphasized this request, and the pizza came loaded with garlic butter on the crust. We had already waited a long time, and then they rushed to remake the order, and brought out a pizza with the crust not done, but still white. Then we had to wait again for the third time while they tried to toast it some more. We were then rushed by the waitress and offered no discount or anything to make up for the incompetent staff and our long long wait. read more

First let me say I have never had a problem or issue with staff from this location and village but today was a terrible experience I ordered my food for delivery the girl I spoke with on the phone I think she was waitress sounded very rude and secondly there was a guy who got on phone who was ok he wasn't as rude the first lady so I paid for my food over the phone I placed three orders and then I decided to call back to get the girl and guys name I spoken with and the guy refused to give me her name and said he was owner which I think he lied because he just wanted to know my name because neither one of them asked my name when I placed my order and I told the guy she was very rude and he just automatically took her side they don't believe the customer is right at all and I told him I would never eat at this place again and when he delivered the food I address it again he was very short with me had an attitude with me this had to be the rudest people I ever dealt with I will never order from that location will stick with the one in village read more
