Communication is absolutely terrible, Marcus no showed / no called on multiple appointments. When he did show, he was several hours late of the window they had established. They did send Jamie on a weekend but all she managed to do was make our machine completely broken as opposed to just quirky. So now we're stuck with a washer that worked a bit before and now doesn't work at all and they won't respond to calls on what the plan is moving forward. They've broken their express commitment to fix the problem and don't have the courtesy (or bravery?) to simply tell us they're not coming back. It's ridiculous to us that they won't even respond to come and get their brand new part out of the washer before we get rid of it to replace with a new one. We're just absolutely flabbergasted at how much this company doesn't respect their clients time , with all the no call/no shows, late arrivals and capping it off with their ghosting. I called them because my washing machine wouldn't drain. they came and said it was my water pump …read more I said ok to replacing the pump. less than 2 weeks later it's doing the same thing. I called them and he said" roads are to dangerous to drive". mind yiu-we had gotten an inch of snow in Colorado. I knew something was up. I called another company . they came and said it was the water pump. told him I just had it replaced. he proceeded to replace it, what he found was that Hispano maintenance had not replaced the lump but had taken off a motor off of another pump and jury rigged it to my existing housing. big wires to little wire with wing nuts. wasent the correct motor for my washing machine. I called and demanded he give me my money back as he did not replace the lump for which he had charged me for. he said he would mail me 170, keeping 40$ for what I don't know. I haven't seen a penny from him.
