Game room area. Our daughter was excited about the number tickets she had won.

Green Acres staff were very helpful and courteous. Michelle, a staff member, was able to answer all our questions and guide us in the right direction. She explained how the establishment worked and we had a safe and awesome time.

This place is truly great! I have so many great things to say. I found this place for my son's birthday celebration. It's a great place for birthdays or just to bring the family for a few hours to enjoy time together. When I reached out to book a birthday party, they didn't have any slots available for the day/time I wanted. Regardless, we still brought my son and had a birthday party and just used our own tables and ended up having a wonderful time together (you just cannot bring your own birthday cake if you do not book a party formally through Green Acres). The food is affordable and the pizza is actually extremely tasty, plus you can buy pitchers of drinks or get pitchers of water for $0!! For the attractions, you can buy packages if you are interested in doing several activities. You are bound to find a good package which is a better more affordable price then buying everything individually. We did almost every attraction and my kids truly had the BEST time! I really did too plus it didn't break the bank. Lastly, the people working in Green Acres are all so friendly. Literally every staff member we happened upon was friendly and respectful to my kiddos and myself. They truly care about making sure everyone has a good experience and they keep it extremely clean here as well. We look forward to eventually returning in the future!

My son rode on some bumper boats at a park in Texas City and has been dying to do it again ever since. I looked it up online and Green Acres was the only place that had them. It was about 40 minutes from our home (that's how badly he wanted to ride them). But we went on a Wednesday afternoon last week and he definitely enjoyed himself! My husband went on the boats with him, they hit balls in the batting cage, and he jumped on their trampoline thing, all for $22! Incredibly reasonable prices. Saw other kids enjoying the mini golf, paintball, go karts and the arcade too! If you're interested in at least 2 or three things there then it's definitely worth the drive!

Awesome place! Went with my brother and his kids... we had an amazing time! I'd totally recommend the Do-it-all pack, as you can switch the trampoline tickets for arcade tokens! The staff was very accommodating and pointed my brother to a gas station so he could go and buy bug spray when the mosquitoes began to attack. I'd also totally do the go-karts at night again! I really loved the thrill.

Love the go-carts. We had the best time here. My kids loved this place when they were younger as well as now as young adults. Took my grandson there several times now and he had the best time. Great fun and all the staff is great and friendly.

The major, and I mean major things was it was not crowded! Which was a huge relief for spring break and the crowds we dealt with every where else we went. The second MAJOR plus! The food was actually really good! You don't hear that much about amusement parks! If the family says they would eat it served anywhere else, then it's good! I recommend the family pack with food! Ok so value wise, you can look at it in two ways. The perks could outweigh the seeming thought of overpaying. It's waaaaaay cheaper than seaworld, or six flags. I can see it being worth more value if the water park section was opened. For right now, the fact the kiddos and even the misses could ride all day, and no long lines, make this a win for us. There are no token to buy, just all day wristbands. Yes the video games for the most part are dated. It's also not a huge park. There are four major rides outside. My family said the rollercoaster was a lot more violent and faster than they thought it would be. They were split whether they liked it or not. They also all loved the go kart attraction. We almost missed a small section in the inside towards the back. They had a bungee trampoline, a small rock wall, and a flight simulator! The family all enjoyed the flight simulator! It made for lots of laughs. They did have a playground and ball area for the smaller kids which we did not explore. Again, this is not a major theme park, but more like a light version with less crowds! We are coming back! The only negatives for us, the distance from where we live, the dated video game rides, and the water park being closed. It's not crazy cheap, but not crazy expensive. Hope that makes sense. It's almost like it was worth it to us because we were already driving back into town. That's pretty much it...

So I was excited to see what New Braunfels has to offer. I prepaid online for the tickets and reserved for 11:00 AM on a Saturday. When I arrived, the parking situation was terribly confusing. Once you drive in, there's a huge parking lot then there's a sign that says, "Camp Fimfo", I drove through the entrance of the sign. Towards my left, I saw a water park and drove to the back of the amusement park where I spotted everyone on golf carts. I turned around and drove to where the coaster was a tiny sign pointing in the direction of it. I got lost and via Google reviews a lot of people do. So to find the coaster, keep your eyes peeled for tiny signs that they "alpine coaster" is on the left side after the water park. There's plenty of parking in front of the coaster and a country store on site. I parked on some dusty rocks as the parking lot wasn't paved. There was hardly anyone else around for the 11:00 AM slot which was great! No long lines. My friend and I located the restroom on the side of the store. Restrooms were clean. Back at the coaster, we both signed waivers and the coaster staff helped us into separate seats with seatbelts. I had so much fun!! I couldn't stop laughing because the speed was fast around the curves and I didn't pull up the brakes. I pushed down the lever to make the cart go. I loved this Alpine coaster!! They have lockers where you can store your personal belongings. Bring your own lock. I would go around this coaster over and over again if I lived closer!!

We paid extra for the VIP / fast lane. Did not know we had to pay an extra $14 a person to attend the water park. All that money to not realize it was not included.. the fats pass lanes were pretty quick. Staff were friendly! Food is mediocre. Very pricey but it's expected with a theme park. The food areas in the waterpark areas were severely under staffed at one point only had two cashiers. For a day like 4th of July where both parks were at capacity by 3pm they should've planned more accordingly. We really enjoyed exploring and the size of the park. It seemed to be a lot more spread out than the one in California. Also seemed to have room to grow. We wish all ride lines had shade and were interactive like the Joker ride. Stayed to watch all 3 of the Star Spangled Nights, loved the shows especially the Grand Finale We will be back! We purchased our tickets online to attend the July 4th celebration, but nowhere on the website did it mention that viewing the fireworks required an additional $17 admission. It also failed to mention that the fireworks wouldn't begin until 11:00 p.m. When we tried to get answers, no one seemed to have accurate information. Employees directed us to Customer Service, while Customer Service referred us back to employees. Unfortunately, no one was able to provide clear details, leaving many guests confused and frustrated. The experience was made even more frustrating because supervisors blamed the marketing department instead of taking ownership or providing solutions. It was clear they had very little knowledge of the actual park experience, event details, or what guests had been promised. Rather than helping resolve concerns, they shifted responsibility, leaving customers feeling ignored and unsupported. Guests shouldn't have to navigate conflicting information or excuses when they simply want accurate answers and good customer service. What made the situation even more disappointing was seeing so many people turned away. In previous years, guests were able to walk in and enjoy the fireworks, but this year's additional charge caught many by surprise and resulted in a lot of unhappy customers. The one bright spot was the fireworks themselves. The 360-degree view from inside the park was absolutely spectacular and made for an incredible show. While the fireworks were well worth seeing, the lack of communication and poor customer service significantly took away from what should have been a memorable Fourth of July experience. #SixFlagsFiestaTexas #MySixFlags

So much fun! This…read moreis a great waterpark for parents of babies and toddlers. Often times, there are not many fun options for smaller children. My 5 year old had a wonderful time, exploring all the options she had. I was so excited seeing how much fun she had running from pool to pool. It was a rainy day, so there was plenty of parking and we walked up to the ticket check in. It was nice that there was a dedicated lined for strollers. We purchased the meal plan which made it worth it for 7+ hours with a party of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids). There were plenty of dining options and the food was pretty food considering it's a theme park. There were very specific rules stated by some of the attendants on the slides. My cousin was told once he reached the top of the slide that he was not permitted to because there was a zipper on his swim trunks. This was confusing because I did not see on the FAQ's that zippers were not allowed on swim trunks. Besides that, we had no snags in our day. It was raining on and off throughout the day, which was nice because there was an overcast, with was nice because it was not too hot. Overall it was a very fun day. If I lived in San Antonio, I would definitely purchase the season pass because it's very reasonably priced.

I was surprised to learn that parking is a whopping $40 for standard parking & Covered parking is $70! My littles and I walked over to the front gate where the security guards were checking the guests bags, which I appreciated. There was a security guard, whose name I will not post, but I will post his initials GV. He was rudely shouting at the guests to move forward or "get out of the way because you're blocking the line" and "move it lose it people".... In my opinion, Seaworld is very much for younger children (despite them offering a few roller coasters). This type of attitude toward guests should not be allowed, and it should certainly not be the first thing people hear when entering the gates... I was there with my two toddlers. I certainly don't want someone yelling at me to "hurry up or get out of the way." That not something you tell a mom who is trying her best, or any family that just paid $40 for parking + $79 per single daily pass, at MINIMUM . I think he should be talked to and reminded he's not a bouncer, but rather a security guard at a kid/family friendly establishment. We arrived early, so we didn't have to wait long to get in, nor did we have an issue finding a seat. Surprisingly, there were plenty of seats available from open till we left, about 2pm. I was appalled at the price of popcorn (+$11) and the taste was terrible. It was HIGHLY BUTTERED AND SALTED. They sold me on the bucket because it's $5 for refills, but that's still a very high cost for popcorn. Next time I will ask them to make fresh stuff with little to no additives. As it is, it's A terrible snack for kids who are out in the sun all day. The water and ice were free, but you have to find a designated stations for it, which can be difficult for any person, especially those with littles. I think it should be more readily available for guests. I appreciated that the park offered different sections to appeal to the population. There were not many tubes at the lazy river and we sometimes had to wait a while before getting one. I would love for their floats to have bottoms so the littles can sit and enjoy. I, also, appreciated that the lifeguards were available in abundance and seemingly took their job seriously, as I didn't see them playing around or talking and such. I loved the family restrooms and the cleanliness of the restrooms because I understand it can be a challenge in Waterparks. Overall, I would go again and recommend it, but I would caution against the excessive unnecessary costs (parking & snacks/drinks). Overall, my score is based on the security guard at the entrance, and the extremely high cost of everything... which I suppose is expected at a waterpark. I did not get photos because I wanted to respect the privacy of the attendees.
