My kids really thought the indoor go-karts were exciting. Admission came to roughly $24/per child after taxes and it included two adults free of entry, which I appreciated. You can purchase a Play Card separately to add tokens to the card for access to activities like the kiddie go-karts or the few game stations they have pepper inside the facility. One thing I really liked is that once you pay for your admission and come in, you can leave and re-enter as many times as needed. Just keep your receipt and show them at the front when you return and they will let you back in, which is super helpful if you need a break or have to step out for a bit. Even though it was busy, it didn't feel overly chaotic. It felt like all the kids were engulfed in fun. They also have a station to purchase beverages like juice boxes, apple sauce and soft drinks and small snacks for convenience. The environment felt safe and families were respectful and attentive to their kids. Overall it was a good experience and we would come back again.

Not enough room for seating...friend only got two small tables and it didn't fit everyone. Then we needed a few high chairs...they only had a few...for the entire place...ridiculous. The bathrooms were shut down for maintenance for like 30+ minutes. The toddler play area was small but I think my daughter enjoyed it and the bigger kids area looked really neat. Other than that I can't say much.

There's a smaller area restricted for kids 4 and under which is great for the younger ones. Birthday parties here are pretty rad too. You can bring you own cake and order pizza for the guests. May 30, 2026 review ---…read moreI've been there two times in month of May for my friend's kiddos birthday party and both of them were similar age. This place is huge, tons of play activity inside. Upon entering, they ask you for showing signed waiver, which is valid for an year. We showed it during first entry but we're needed to tell phone number the second time. They stamp on your hand, very light, more like just a formality and let you enter inside a small door. Pretty big play area with tons of slides and other games for all kids. There were rounds table as well in one zone where families or adults were hanging out. At the back, they have 4-5 rooms for birthday party. It's little bit small size but ok for birthday party. They have setup for kids size table and big table one side for other items like pizza (which is in House provided) and other stuff. I think they allow some outside food, not sure. At one of birthday, I saw chips and guac and salsa so thinking so. At the center of room, you can have big chair for your kid to sit/stand for cake cutting. They provide a cart as well for moving your stuff from room to car which I think is pretty helpful. Staff usually is there throughout the event and checking on food, serving cake and all. Bathroom are clean and spacious too. Location is good on 183 highway so I think that's why this place is always so busy. Consider this for your toddler fun day or an event.

We were immediately kicked out without consideration of the birthday boys special day! Bedside the horrible service from the location managers, the establishment was not well kept. The floors were dirty from previous stains. Walls had scratches and holes-yet they were upset bc a banner was taped onto the wall. Moonbounce looked dirty and unkept. Most video games were broken or shut down. Not sure what the price was to rent the establishment but we were better off elsewhere for the amenities given-also considering the awful service. (We were saved by another location at HC card house down the street who opened up their patio for us to complete the birthday cake, pizza, and presents. ) Highly do not recommend if you are not wanting surprise charges throughout your party to dampen up the mood

We arrived at 5:30pm waited till 5:58pm to send a message letting them know we were outside. Didn't receive a text back until 6:07pm stating "your party isn't until 7pm someone will be there at 6:30 to open the door" It's now 6:30pm the party for 7pm shows up and we inform them we are waiting for someone to show up to open the door. At this point neither one of us were receiving any type of response from SAFUNZONE in regards to when someone would be there to open the door. Basically the walk through I scheduled was never scheduled because when the son should up to open the door he stated "I'm sorry my mom didn't tell me about you scheduling a walk through" We worried about our party the next day & wondered if they would be late again. Thankfully a party was before ours & that didn't happen to us, the place itself was decent our party was a good turn out. Seating is weird, I paid for extra seating ($100) for the seating to be away from the party & blocked off. Wasn't worth paying the additional $100 for that. Our host mentioned our deposit would be returned within 24 hours after the party. We are now 4 days after our party & have yet to receive our deposit. When I text/ call SAFUNZONE I receive NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER! I've texted 5times in total, & called twice with no response & no way of leaving a VM.

They have a main play area and a separate area for toddlers. They also have some arcade games that you can purchase coins for. Service was good. Price was reasonable as well, compared to other places I have been to! Overall great experience and I recommend for all parents/family looking for an indoor place to take the kiddos out of the Texas summer heat !

The best part about it is that it's an indoor playground with ac. That's about it. The last few times we went over a span of this last year we have seen the foam mats warp (so kids trip over them), trash and crumbs (we go opening hours on Sundays so they aren't cleaning before opening or at closing the previous day. Wall paint in bathrooms are peeling away. Most of the games at the arcade are not functioning properly, are out of order or haven't been maintained. I'm not even going to mention the ticket distribution and prizes. The last time we went, I noticed the casing on the toddler swing toy was completely gone. I mentioned it to the staff and was met with, " there's nothing we can do about it now". While that can be true, you could convey some kind of acknowledgement, apology or genuine concern versus irritation. Eventually staff went and did their best to remedy that particular situation. There's also an area for foam balls to fly out of a machine for kids to play and they were filled with the plastic ball put ones so it wasn't really working. I brought it up to staff and they just shrugged it off and said kids take them and so they are probably all around the place in ball pits. (Again we came at opening). So that particular area doesnt really function as intended, because it has a drop down basket for the foam balls and cannons to shoot the balls from. Overall it is just looking more run down each time we have gone and by this point it seems like it wasn't accidental. It's a shame because I have fond memories going when my oldest was a baby and that's why I don't give it a lower rating.
