Took my son here when we were visiting from out of state. He had a blast. I would be a regular if there was one near me.

I've arrived at the party at 1:05pm. my son /family and birthday boy were there already to setup the decoration. Some guests had arrived too. My daughter-in-law had stated she ordered/paid additional two pizzas and three pitches of soft drinks when she first arrived. However, there were no drinks at the party table still? The kids (guest) were asking for drinks. So I went up front desk where the two young teenagers or young adults standing talking to each other behind the food counter to inquire on the status of 3 pitches of soft drinks ordered. The male attended said he will bring it. 10 minutes passed....no drinks....it took a second visit to the counter to get 3 pitches of soda delivered. Keep in mind there was only 1 party (us) here and maybe three other families with maybe 4 additional kids playing in the facility so it wasn't busy. Our party guests had no drinks and since it was young kids/toddlers there were tantrums. I have booked birthday packages before for my grandkids at least 5 times a years at different venues. This is the first time we ran into customers service issues for little kids birthday party. We had it at planet party , maui Maui with great services, Airtopia and Rush park were customer services base. I would think, all children base venues know what is needed to ensue a party go smoothly and have return clients. Birthday party package these days runs about $400-$800 a pop...which is fine when the parents are stress free. Which it wasn't...in this case for this facility (Jumpy Land). We have alway had great birthday packages services attendants assisting to ensure the party flow smoothly and everything comes out correctly. This was the first time we tried Jumpy land (daughter-in-law booked since it was close by). It was very disappointing to have lock of customers services provided for a $400+ party package. I can say it wasn't wroth the money at all. Especially, after speaking with the young attendants on the matter and seeing the blank faces. Again...The pizzas were late coming out...half of the guest ate pizza and the other half had to wait. Pitches of soft drinks ordered/paid never came out until I inquired about it. And the last pizza came out 40 minutes before the party ended. Per the female attendant...there's only two ovens...so I'm not sure why they didn't start the pizza earlier? Through the whole 2.5 hours of party time. I had to go upfront to asks where are drinks/pizzas? Due to the lack of service...and pitches of drinks not at the table...We had to go and buy additional drinks/water bottles/sodas and juice for our guest at the counter...and of course the young attendants were still talking to each other behind the food counter and no pitches fill in sight for our party...but they can grab the drinks from the fridge and hand it to us since we were at the counter. It was too much for me so at 3:05pm I went to the front desk to pay the remaining balance on the party. At that moment...the young female attendant said...you can leave tip here too. That is when I had formed them of the lack of customer services we receive. Both the young attendants had a blank look in their face....the female attendant stated they only work the front desk/make pizza/cover food counter. They don't check on party. So why do the jumpy Land offer birthday packages if they are not able to deliver services? I would think... attendant would check....especially when drinks/pizzas are not being deliver to the table. So my question would be...what are the tips for? If attendants don't provide customer service for a birthday party. ....with that said, I did put 20%...which was way too generous per my family. But I feel it is not their fault if they are not trained properly for a birthday party event. This venue is catering to children birthday party which should be customer service orientated. It's a Service industry to make it easier for parent/making their kids happy on their birthday. That is the reason parents are willing to spend extra amount of dollar for a birthday party. However, this is not what we experience today. It was chasing down food/drinks, and the kids. The young attendants were clueless on what they did wrong or didn't do wrong....but was eager to informed me where I can input tips.....Which I gladly give more if services was provided...Again...lack of customer services training. If attendants are trained to only give minimal service that's what they provided. We clean up our tables....just incase it's not part of their job and left the facility. See pictures. We will not come back here and will definitely give input to all SA parents to be wary of this place.

They usually post their promos on instagram. Watch out because it's a lie. On Valentine's Day had a…read morepromo which they didn't respect. Saying that you have to tell them before they charge you. No after. When the promo was supposed to be automatically applied There was no such statements on their promo flyer saying that you have to let them Know as soon you get there. It's ridiculous, when they have their offer in public. Watch out for the scam. Because it's not the first time they do that. I was like whatever, but it's just about their fake promos. Few parents were not happy about it. They are people who don't have money to throw away.

Coach Justin called ahead to go over setup details and music, which really helped ease our minds since there was a party before ours. Even with only 30 minutes to set up, the room was perfectly decorated when we arrived -- all we had to do was add our balloons! Coach Makana, Coach Evan, Coach Miya, and Coach Brooke were an absolute dream team setting up the party. They made sure everything looked great and went smoothly. Our birthday girl even got a special moment to take a photo on her "birthday throne," which she loved! We received so many compliments from our guests and couldn't be happier with how it all turned out. Thank you, Little Gym Stone Oak, for making her 4th birthday unforgettable and always providing such wonderful service and special thank to Coach Makana and Coach Evan for the best birthday ever.
