Bought items on 12/20, spoke to the cashier while in line, "whats your return policy, can I bring these back?" You said yes. At that time you had a chance to mention our returns are in-store credit. When I returned my items the next day you seemed cold and careless when I was surprised by the in-store credit only. Maybe a mindslip or maybe shady, only you know, but really poor service on your part. Fun fact we even chatted about how some stores were charging for returns. You had every chance to fully inform me of your policy verbally before I purchased. read more

Very good selection of merchandise in multiple departments (housewares, kitchen, men's, kids, women's, car accessories, wallets, scarves, etc.) but definitely overpriced. They do have some merchandise that is slightly less than the Packer Pro Shop in Green Bay, but several items are as much or more in this shop (hats, women's pajamas, stickers, wallets, and some kitchen/glassware). If you are looking for Packers gear, you will not find as much selection at these stores but the prices are much better: Farm and Fleet, Walmart, Hy-Vee stores, Marshalls, TJ Maxx, even some of the local hardware stores across Wisconsin (Nelson Hardware). read more

Please not that ALL SALES ARE FINAL with this place and only exchanges or store credit is done here. I should have left after reading the sign at the check out counter or at least proceeded to open up the items I was about to buy from the packaging. But no, I didn't think anything of it because I thought the items were new. That was my fault. September 11th at 5:12pm I purchased some items for the first time stopping in at this business. There were 2 items in particular that I bought that I was excited for. A 2011 super bowl silver coin and a silver key ring that had some weight to it. I took the items home and my wife noticed a brownish tan tint to the coin. So I opened it up and took it out of the packaging. It was in a hard plastic case with super bowl info on the display card. This case looked like something from a garage sale. It had scratches with some nice deep ones as well as along the surrounding of the coin having this brownish tan tint to it. As if something was wrong with the coating. I then opened up the key ring and similar issues. The back had some small scratches and the sides all worn down like someone was using this prior to it getting put in packaging. These items clearly were not new and looked more used than anything. The kicker is the no refund policy so nothing I can do at this point then post my review which I rarely do. Sure I can return it for store credit but who's not to say I'll continue having the same issues with anything else in this store. Next time I'll spend the few extra dollars and buy them online from the pro shop, at least there they care about customer service and would give a refund if you receive something as used as these items were. But your not going to receive anything in this bad of condition from the Packers pro shop. Go Pack Go! Just not to the Green & Gold Zone read more

They have a sign on their door that warns shop lifters to beware of the dog. I didn't realize I needed to worry about by 2.5 year old son. The owners dog growled at my son while I was trying to look at clothes. Yea... I'll just stick to buying my Packers apparel from the Green Bay Packers Pro Shop I decided to remove my Facebook review because it turned into an argument with the store owners and their friends getting defensive. I understand the dog is probably friendly with a lot of people, but how do I know that as a random potential customer? I don't know the dog. I've never met the dog. What I do know, is that I read a sign on the door warning people (specifically shoplifters) to beware of the dog. Although I'm not shoplifting I still have to assume this dog has been trained to be aggressive in someway (hence the warning the owners give on the door!). So... when it growls (not bark) and even if it's in the mildest of tones towards my son I have to take serious precautions. read more

Almost didn't go to this store due to the bad reviews on this site. However, ventured in as they were one of the few places that had what I was looking for. NEWSFLASH! They are under new ownership as of a few months ago. Wonderful customer service. Oh, and you can return anything for instore credit. The store itself is a Packers fan dream! Warning do not shop here. The older man behind the counter is rude and unprofessional. He was engaged in an argument with the mailman and could not be bothered to wait on us. I don't remember the name of the man who helped me last weekend but he was a friendly older gentleman who helped me pick out a Clay Matthews jersey. I was visiting from California and explained to him that it's very difficult to get packers merch out there. I told him I wanted a white women's 52 jersey and he quickly picked out two sizes he thought would fit and helped me to the fitting room. I browsed through everything packers themed possible- I started making a giant pile of pint glasses, shot glasses, scarves, bottle openers etc and he happily helped me find all of the things I was looking for to take home back to California. Someone referred me to this store when I inquired locals about the best place to shop for all my fan "needs" and I'm very grateful to have been lead there because it was a wonderful experience and everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable and excited to help me find what I was looking for. read more

Rude man on the phone. Must be the owner that everyone else is Yelping about! My mom wants a certain Packer sweatshirt: just a Packer green sweatshirt with ONLY a Packer "G" in the middle. He described one that might work. I kindly asked him if he could send a photo of it to my phone, as I live an hour away. His response: "Eh, that never works." WHAT does that mean? I asked him to try and he said he had customers in the store and he was the only one there and wouldn't do it. I said that I would have to try elsewhere. He just hung up on me! ICK!!!!!!!!! If it was possible to give less than 1 star, I would. As other reviews have indicated, the man working there (which I assume is the owner) is extremely rude!! And as also mentioned in previous reviews, the merchandise is pricey compared to other stores. I received a polo as a gift and attempted to exchange it for a smaller size 2 weeks after Christmas. He refused to exchange it, indicating that because it was a gift he had no proof that it came form his store - Even though it came up when he scanned it. I told him that I would have the gift giver get a copy of the receipt from their credit card company, as they claimed that they hadn't received a receipt or gift receipt. He then said that they didn't carry the shirt I wanted in the smaller size (a large, by the way) and refused to consider a credit towards something else. That leaves me completely stuck with a polo that cost over $70. When asked what he could do to work with me, he said nothing. Why shop at an overpriced store that doesn't stand behind their merchandise when there are so many other stores to choose from?! Follow up after owners comments on Yelp-I didn't become rude nor did you ask me to leave. Nothing in your response is even the slightest bit truthful. Based on your response it is evident that you don't recall the interaction at all, which based on most of the other Yelp reviews seems to be how you treat all of your customers. Rather than make stories up to try to justify your poor customer service, why not take the reviews here as an opportunity for a little self reflection and improve how you run your business?! Although based on your comments, which don't even address why you refused to allow an exchange or credit for an unwanted gift, it is even more obvious that you simply don't realize what an unpleasant person and poor business owner you are. read more
