We decided to get their 30-minute foot massages. We came in time for our appointment and they took us right away. The foot massage was very good. I liked that there wasn't any sitting with your feet in water first and that the massage concentrated on our feet. They cleaned our feet first with wet washcloths and then started on first one foot then the other. There was a little bit of leg massage, on each side, as well. It was relaxing laying down with our eyes covered and soft music playing. The half hour flew by! We were both very pleased with the gals that worked on us. We would definitely return.

After checking in, you enter a large, open treatment area. It's relatively dark and it's very quiet except for the soothing music. (Please allow me to digress for a minute just to mention that the time to ask questions, turn off your cell phone, and/or unwrap a piece of hard candy is before entering that area, just to be considerate to those whose sessions are underway. Thank you! :D) Ok, so they'll walk you to your seat. If you're with someone, you'll be next to them during the massage. First you soak your feet in warm lavender-scented water while reclined & covered with a blanket. The order & how you're seated has changed since Sunny feet first opened. They start with your arms & hands then do you feet first all while you're reclined. And as mentioned in some previous reviews the pressure can be pretty intense at times. I like it, but if it's too much for you the therapists are very accommodating & want you to be happy. Then they convert the recliner into a massage table to focus on your shoulders, neck & back. There are 2 options: the "Regular" which is $35 for an hour, this is mostly feet with about 15 minutes shoulders, neck & back. The "Combo" is $40 for an hour and is half feet, half shoulders, neck & back. *This is a legit full hour, not a "spa hour." My husband prefers the Regular & I like the Combo. Sunny feet is clean, the people are very nice & they do an outstanding job - highly recommend!
