They came out and tried hard to find a substitute remote in order to save me some money. When that failed and I ordered a new opener, they scheduled me for the next morning, guy arrived on time, was courteous and respectful. Installed quickly and cleanly. Informed me how to use the features. Cleaned up everything. Nothing more I could ask for.

Garage Door Specialists in Neenah, WI is a true exception. They truly do "walk the talk". My garage door opener broke and needed to be replaced a few hours before my scheduled plane flight on an extended multi-month trip. I contacted three garage door/opener companies in the area and told them of my predicament. Not surprisingly, all of them were fully booked for the day. However, Garage Door Specialists in Neenah was the only one to go out of their way and re-schedule their crews to accommodate me and my situation. The company and their service man Mark were simply amazing. The work I needed done was completed well before my scheduled flight. If you need any garage door work done this is the company to call. I HIGHLY recommend them and you will get great service and products at a fair price.

The installers were very helpful and professional. I did have a problem with communication, they never once called me with updates or installation dates. I would wait weeks and finally called them. More than twice this happened. And when I did call the woman answering the phone never had any idea what was going on. And was very short with her responses, bordering on rude.

It is now June 27 and still not re-installed. I have made several phone calls and even talked to the owner. He's given me every excuse; too windy for his crew, has a new construction that has to be done, has even told me that he appreciates my patience and assured me he would be here. We not only want the old ones re-installed but wanted some additional Gutter Helmets. Well I'm running out of patience, we just want it finished. I will not recommend Nevilles because of their poor customer service. I don't appreciate being lied to that they would be here on a certain day and not show up or even given the courtesy of a phone call. At one point we were apparently scheduled for a Wednesday that we weren't aware of and the day before we got a phone call telling us we would be rescheduled for 2 weeks later. i could understand being pushed back one day , but 2 weeks! Regardless, they still aren't here! Never again

They offer Lutron, which is nice, though quite expensive (not their fault, that is just how much they are). Their marketing flyer did not mention that their discount from the flyer would not apply to smart shades. That was disappointing. Rob was awesome and quoted us for our entire house. We only went forward with our living room, but will keep them in mind for future projects. I drove to their sales floor / office to pay for them in person. They were nice to ask if we preferred if they wore masks (mid COVID) during their install and consultation. Nobody wore them at their sales floor / office however. Shades came a bit later than I believe I was told and expected. Not a big deal. They were professionally installed by Rob & John and I am very happy with them. One small hiccup was that the distance between our router and the shades exceeded the manufacturer recommended distance, so they could not all be paired accurately during the install. I ended up buying and installing the repeater on my own, which was not hard, but it would have been nice if this was offered during install and consultation. There was a slight miscommunication during the consultation in regards to where our internet was being transmitted from. I referred to our repeater, not the modem, but since the repeater does not have an ethernet port, it could not be used for the bridge. During our consultation, it was mentioned that there are low profile window ratchets to hide under the shades. I forgot to ask about them when they were installing and they didn't offer them then. It was not until after they left that it was remembered (by my wife). It would have been nice to have seen them in person when they were here. He offered to come back out so we can check them out. That was a nice gesture, but one that could have been avoided. Not a big deal again, but just a couple of very minor things. Not that I would not recommend them. Very happy with the finished product! Overall experience was 4/5, finished product 5/5.

We removed the old floor ourself to save money. He padded the bill and charged us $2630, more than his original quote and we took out the old floor. He came and layef the floor and after the fact raised the price per square foot. Here is what he did: He charged us for 274 square feet, he layec 195 12x12 tiles. I only bought 240 and there were 45 left so I have no idea where he came up with 274. He changed the amount from $5 a square foot to $7 a square foot after the work was done. He said there was a pattern, there was no pattern. The tiles had different shades but not a pattern. Even another installer said this. He padded the bill in every area. He did a terrible job with the grout causing sharp edges in many areas and making it impossible to walk on it barefoot. He charged us more for supplies than the receipts showed. He did not put an underlayment down under the floor and after only three weeks the grout is cracking! He also has areas of the floor where the tiles are not spaced correctly. Overall he did a lousy job laying the floor and Overcharged us by over $1000. DO NOT HIRE HIM.
