I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, but 10 days after it came in, 12 days after it was ordered I call and they tell me it's in. I have ordered parts from AutoZone plenty of times in prior so when Jacob told me I should've received a text about delivery I was shocked, Especially since When I ordered the parts, I asked if I would be called and he said yes. Even if the circumstances are that parts that are ordered in will keep you posted on their status over text, I think a good store manager is smart enough to recognize when a part has been sitting on a shelf for almost 2 weeks. On top of that, I think a good store manager would be proactive about taking blame for Miscommunication or lacking communication from change. Another example of common sense, not being so common.

Went to the auto zone store to get 2 boat/marine batteries on short notice . Originally I had gone…read moreto Batteries Plus prior to auto zone, but they were not willing to help me try do problem solve or put the batteries in the boat with me . In frustration I proceed to call the Auto Zone, they were very enthused on the phone. When I went to the West Mesa street store and spoke with Jeff he was amazing help me locate the 2 new batteries to buy and help me install them . I was in-and-out in 45 minutes,and I had an amazing day using my boat for the remainder of the afternoon . Went in to get new wiper blades. They were missing a size on the shelf that I needed in the brand I…read moreoriginally wanted. The worker was nice enough to look in the back to see if they had it. When he came back to tell us he didn't, he suggested I get a different brand that he was confident about. I told him I bought that brand for my work van and wasn't impressed. He told me if I had any problems with them, they would happily take them back. When we were picking that brand out instead they also didn't have one in the size I needed. He then offered to go outside in the cold snow to see if my car would take a size bigger. To my luck, it could. When we went to check out, he offered to put my other 2 wipers on. (I have 3 because of a hatchback) he was so friendly and helpful. Even suggested a better brand of wiper fluid that wouldn't freeze over if I needed to wipe my windshield on the highway. I will Defintely be returning there in the future.
