Initially, the car needed work on all the dings on the front and back bumper along with something on the driver side's door. Not only did they fix up all the bumps and scratches, they also cleaned the interior of the car and smoothed up the leathers seats. They did a great job matching the color of the driver's door to the rest of the car. They did an excellent job fixing up everything! When we picked up the car at the dealership, it looked like a brand new car! There were no more scratches on the exterior and the interior was incredible! We definitely recommend this location!

The car have check engine light on , coolant light on . Rotors are bended , brakes are bad( but it's not main complain). THEY said documented mileage /recorded history, but you don't have any records. When you listed this car you didn't wrote you don't have a title or car is in Canada , or not located in USA . I can send list of parts that I bought , it's already $3000 including wheels( I can send you all receipts ). Please compensate reason amount for electrical problems and roof.

As a matter of fact I only go to the dealer for warranty work because that is work only the dealer will cover for zero costs . Bob and Sarah will give you an honest assessment of your cars mechanical needs and not try and upsell you any services. Both Sarah and Bob have extensive knowledge when it comes to figuring out what may be wrong with your auto. They do everything from simple oil changes to the most complex mechanical issues with your Honda or Acura . If you want people that you can trust to work on your vehicles then you must take it to HAAS. Bob and Sarah run a fantastic and honest business along with the front desk team of Maceeo and Ed!!!

That should have been my lesson but I tried them again because they are conveniently located. But recently I brought in my car for an oil change and because the engine cooling fan was blowing loud. First, the guy working the front desk said his WIFI / internet connection was not working and therefore he couldn't take me, which seemed odd, especially considering there was cell and internet service on my phone and he refused to use a "hot spot" on his phone. He offered no solution other than hoping the internet would return. Eventually after about 15 minutes he called the owner, switched to the other computer, and signed me in. What?! Second, he said he didn't think he could do more than an oil change because "we are very busy". I said I'd called and he said they could accommodate me. When I returned, he charged me for the oil change ($85) and said they couldn't find anything wrong. It seemed like they didn't inspect anything. The next day I brought it to a dealer and not only was the air filter dirty (they clearly didn't even check) but the coolant tank was EMPTY and cracked and needed to be replaced!! Auto XL had not checked anything, refused service on a clear issue, and sent me back on the road with an empty / cracked coolant tank. I will NEVER bring my car to Auto XL again, just the worst customer service and completely incompetent staff.
