***** THE ISSUE AT HAND IS THE ALLEDGE NEGLIGENCE: While the car wash has posted a disclaimer, it doesn't automatically remove a business this does not always absolve them of liability, especially if the damage is due to their NEGLIGENCE or a malfunction of their equipment, and in my humble analysis of the situation, that limitations of liability are objectionable because Green Clean Auto Spa, Inc. is not allowed to dismiss my claim. Yes, they offered another solution, but it's different from the RIGHT THING TO DO!! After all, the law says that customers have a right to have their car washed without having to accept any damage to it.***** I was informed by the on-site manager that I would be getting a phone call within 48 hours from the Director of Operations as they filed a claim on my behalf. On April 27, 2024, I received a phone call from Mr. XXXX that they would not pay for the total repair amount of my vehicle. According to the manager, the damage is in the north of $2,700. One employee suggested that he had heard that it was $10,000 to fix the damage caused by their car wash. I also filed a Consumer Complaint today to the Office of Attorney General in Raleigh to assist me. I will file to the Small Claims Court with the assistance of a local attorney specializing in Property Damage. In North Carolina, property damage due to alledge negligence is defined as if an individual negligently causes damage to my property. I can seek a legal claim to obtain compensation for any damages incurred. I can prove by a preponderance of evidence in a small claims court. While the car wash has posted a disclaimer, it's important to note that this does not automatically absolve them of liability, especially if the damage is due to their negligence or a malfunction of their equipment. In my analysis of the situation, the limitations of liability are objectionable. Green Clean Auto Spa, Inc. is not allowed to dismiss my claim. I have taken the necessary steps to protect my rights, including filing a Consumer Complaint with the Office of the Attorney General in Raleigh and preparing to file a claim in Small Claims Court with a local attorney specializing in Property Damage. Leaving reviews aren't really my thing but on this one i had to! This place is the best car wash i have been to in my entire life. As soon as I pulled up I was met by Josh who amazed me with his level of product knowledge and after going through all my options i decided to go with the manger special to see everything this car wash had to offer. i was guided up and after getting in position i rolled my window down, i was greeted by Isaiah who was very friendly as he informed me what i need to do and asked if i would like my mirrors folded in. He told me to have a great day as i rolled my window up and then him and josh began to spray my car off also scrubbing my front end and windshield. The ride through was a experience all in it'self with all the lights and different color soaps it was great, i didn't want the wash to end. When i pull out and around to find a spot to vacuum, i was shocked at how clean the parking lot and vacuum areas were which is something that i just don't see at any other car washes. I got out of my car to begin cleaning it and within a minute Josh was asking me how my car turned out and letting me know that there were towels and cleaner for me to use so i could wipe down my car also if there was anything more he can do to help me just let him know. i have to say that this car wash is the best car wash i have ever been to, i was truly blown away at how amazing this place was along with the customer service Josh had and don't forget most importantly the showroom quality shine this wash gave my car. Green Clean is thee BEST auto wash there is in Jacksonville, NC! This place is the only place I ever take my car to clean since the first visit. The wash gets the job done, I love the included self serve vacuum, and the employees are a delight. EVERYONE that works there has always went beyond to make sure that I left satisfied. From giving me extra requested tire shine (Which they put on my tires for me), to making sure i stayed hydrated by giving me bottle(s) of water on hot days. The employees never have attitudes, and are willing to help out when needed. For instance, Josh helped me by scrubbing 'window chalk' off my windows that someone tagged my car for my b-day and he didn't make me do it. If you are someone who cleans your car (or would like to) 2+ times a month, I recommend getting their package deal for basically $30 a month. With this package, you could literally go everyday for a month and run your car through the wash, yet it only takes 2 times a month to make your money back. Now, I don't have this package, but only because I go every other month and it wouldn't benefit ME. But none the less, I am VERY satisfied everyyyy time I DO go. I just want to say how amazing this car wash is. The quality of the car wash it self is amazing the best of the best! I love how they are always stalked up on their towels and cleaning products and on top of pleasing us customers. The other day I came through and after getting out of the wash one of the workers she said her name was She'Vaughn came right up to my car with a big smile and was super polite, she made sure that I was happy with my wash and offered to help me with anything else that I needed. The respect and politeness is amazing and makes feel so happy and welcomed. I tried to offer her a tip, but in a very respectful polite way she said that wasn't necessary and did NOT try to sneak it in to her pocket. That to me shows that she has much respect for her job and us customers and isn't about being sneaky to make money... I work in Jacksonville during the week in the construction business. Dirty truck and all. I have been a member for maybe a year now. Very professional folks and met the owner one day, a Military gent. How he motivates the employees to be positive with customers is quite a complement on this business. As far as the car wash, it has soft brushes which I require on my new vehicle and it has always performed above satisfactory. Free vac, towels and windshield fluid after the wash. I take my rubber mats out and they spray those off too. What else is there to want for 30.00 a month, unlimited washes? No I do not even know their name, honest review here. I drove to my friend's house to show her how great my car looked when I realized I had forgotten one of my car mats. I drove back to the car wash and Daniel presented me with my car mat. Very friendly and helpful staff. I have a 2001 VW Passat, that sits outside under a pine tree and only gets washed when it rains. I have not washed it in YEARS. It had black mold on the hood and trunk. I was throughly impressed, once done. Even though, it was very busy, they took the time to explain how to use equipment (floor mat vacuum machine) and they have free micro hand towels to use. I had a membership to another car wash up the street but was not happy with the way it was washing and drying my truck, it was leaving soap all over it. I gave Green Clean a try and man what a difference, just a little bit of soap left in the bed and a much better finish with your buffer/drying wheels at the end of the wash. It's not easy to find a decent car wash in a small town, but the Yelp reviews are not misleading here. The customer service is excellent and the prices very reasonable. You do have to vacuum the car yourself, but there are free may cleaners, the vacuums never turn off, and they have finishing towels that are great for wiping down the interior or windows/mirrors. read more

This is by far the best car wash in Jacksonville! The prices are great and their month unlimited is worth the money. My car was as clean as the day I bought it and my rims and tires were shiny!!
