And it always seemed to have more issues or the problem never got resolved. They did an INCREDIBLE job finding exactly what was wrong and kept it until everything was fixed. I encountered a flat tire amongst my almost brand new tires. Darn nails everywhere in Jacksonville!! I called at 8:03am and was greeted by the friendliest, sweetest employee. She assured me they'd help me out asap so I coasted down the block to the facility. The technician and office staff could not have been more kind. I felt the "family vibe"!! In less than an hour, my tire was patched, oil changed, and I was assured by the mechanic that some of my pre-PCS long drive-type concerns were assessed in a FREE inspection. He reminded me of my own father at the hood of my SUV. I can say that feeling safe in your vehicle is priceless (especially as a gal who lacks all automotive comprehension). But since going to Piney Green Tire for a year now I never feel like they're trying to scam me or do anything but their best for me. The ladies you'll most likely talk to on the phone are friendly and helpful and the service workers are the same especially the couple that own and operate the shop. I had a nail in my tire and my neighbor had put a plug into it. The next morning I went to get in my car and my pressure was reading low at 18 so I went into piney green and stated that I had a neighbor plug my tire last night but it was reading low again so they stated me 28 to plug it so I gave them the key. After it was done I got in to drive away and the pressure was still at the same level low so I went into the office and they told me I would have to drive for it to reset itself, never offered to recheck it for peace of mind. So off I went and within an hour the pressure was starting to get even lower. Then my neighbor told me that they checked the pressure early in the morning on the tire that was plugged and it was perfect, I didn't realize he had done this. Come to find out my tpms sensors are switched reading wise on my passenger side so it was actually the front tire that was going low. So piney green didn't even test the pressure in my back tire that had the plug in, charged me to replug a tire that was actually fine and didn't know what they were talking about reguarding the tpms reseting itself. I will never go back there. read more

I went in just to have them put on one used tire I had bought some where else. I waited for one whole hour then the mechanic tells me I need a $60 tire pressure sensor the warning light will go off. The warning light wasn't on when I took it in though. They told me it was because I had used Fix a Flat. I had used it but about two weeks prior, & it didn't car cause my tire pressure light to come on. I don't like confrontation so I didn't argue with them. Then when I was leaving I noticed where I'm assuming the mechanic had left a greasy palm print in the front driver seat of my car. This was my first and last visit to this place for anything. I wouldn't trust them to even put air in my tires much less anything more. read more

Just got charged out the butt for an oil change. Diesel owners beware because they'll try to charge you $70 for 10 Quarts of oil and $45 for half an hour of their time. Can't speak on anything else but seriously $140 for an oil change is ridiculous. Then for us to be told that that's the cheapest price around town is a joke. read more
