Preface- I wear suit and tie 5x a week for work. I send 5-10 articles a week to this place. Not including the Mrs. Lastly, I gave the suit and pants to them with no issues. I get it back, un wrap it, and there's an issue. As I went in to rectify this, before I could say this was the shop's fault, she said "No. Not us". Not wanting to argue, I told her we would find a new place. Funny, I live walking distance and I will now drive out of my way to avoid you. All you had to do was just fix it, no harm no foul. But you didn't. You choose to not stand by your work and lose a very high paying customer. Not a savvy business move. So, maddam, explain this to me: how is it that I could give you the articles of clothing in perfect condition and receive them back in not perfect condition? I'm really disappointed with my experience here. I had 3 jackets cleaned. 1 came out well, 1 still has a little bit of the smell I brought it in for but passable, and 1 shrunk significantly to the point it is no longer wearable. The arms shrunk about 6 inches to my mid forearm and the zipper visibly doesn't sit straight because the body shrunk so much. This jacket is older, didn't have a label, and I wasn't sure the fabric content, so I completely understand that mistakes can happen without all the information. What really bothered me was the worker's response when I brought the issue to her. As soon as I said it shrunk, she told me "dry cleaning can't shrink clothes" and "I don't know how this would be possible" and "you never showed me how it fit when you brought it in", I guess implying I was lying and it was already like this? (I wore this the morning right before I took it in and it was not like this). When I emphasized that it happened here, she changed her argument to "there was no label and you told us to clean it, so we cleaned it" and "we are not responsible for this" and "it's cheap china fabric" (???) and "it doesn't stretch so we can't fix it". This went on for several minutes without me saying a word. In fact, I probably said 4 sentences total during this entire 10 minute conversation. She was really nice when I dropped off and picked up my clothes, so the change in attitude was jarring. Once again, I understand mistakes can happen, and if I were offered a refund on the clean for the one jacket or they put in the smallest effort to try and correct it (even if it didn't work!), I would've been disappointed but fully let it go. Getting borderline called a liar and having my jacket insulted when I brought up an issue was just a really disheartening experience on top of the ruined jacket. read more

Super friendly service, reasonable prices. I've been coming here for years now. They are reliable, have never messaged up an item. I have uniforms and dress clothing cleaned here. The woman that works the front is always the same, no matter what time you come in. I swear she is always there, what a hard worker. She recognizes me by name. Requested 1 pr pants and 2 dresses be pressed only. Prepaid $20.68. When I came to pick them up, pants were pressed. Dresses more wrinkled than they were initially. Manager said write a note that you want a repress and come back in 2 days. I came back and one dress was ok. The other still had wrinkles. Refused to give me a refund for that dress. Wanted me to drive to their other store where the presser was located! Don't go here. read more

Came to this location due to the lack of dry cleaners in the area. Online their hours are 8am-8pm. I came within those hours and discovered they were closed. Their "actual" hours are 8:30am-6pm. Turnaround time for a simple dry clean of a uniform is 5 days and more expensive then competitors. Makes it well worth it to drive to Tide or even Al-Philips. read more

First time I have used this location. (I normally use one a few blocks down cheyanne) I was desperate for my uniform to be hemmed and tailored in less than 2 days.(chef pants) I already knew I couldn't use the cleaners down the street because they will not measure you after 10 a.m. and it takes forever for them to get anything back to you after they tailor. WELL NOT GREEN CLEANERS. THEY ARE AWESOME!! I explained my situation and( I think it was Ann.) She quickly had me put my chef pants on and pinned them up. She was very friendly!! And professional !!. She told me to come back next day (wed) after 4 and they would be ready!! I arrived on the 20th a little after 4 p.m, Ann saw me and knew right away who I was and what I was picking up. :) She quickly grabbed my chef pants for me. They are perfect. The nw near the 215 does not have a lot of cleaners options, so if you live in this area or even close !! It is worth the trip. Fast! Professional, and honest. I was surprised to see how poorly the reviews are. I've been here many times, and my husband has been coming for years, and we've never had a problem. In fact, our clothes are usually done early! Only a few hours, but still. I like getting the text that the clothes are ready at noon, rather than after 5pm. I did need a button put on a pair of jeans and it was pricey but I just figured all places are. Or you get what you pay for. I had a beautiful comforter completely ruined by another dry cleaner, and they weren't cheap either. read more

I've had very good experiences here. They preserved my wedding dress for me and they have done alterations and cleanings for me. The alterations were exactly what I wanted. The only downside is the timeframe for cleaning clothes is kind of lengthy sometimes, but I wasn't in a hurry so they might be able to push it up if you ask. Been using this dry cleaner for a few years. It has gone downhill since it changed hands. They don't seem to clean anything properly. The shirts were still dirty just ironed and put in a bag. Will not be using them again. The collars were still dirty and some food stains still on the shirt. When asked why it wasn't cleaned properly. Was told that "middle eastern" men sweat more and the shorts get more dirty. I guess all people that look middle eastern are from there. That was no racist comment there coming from a Korean dry cleaning lady. On top of that, she accused me of planting the stains on the shirt. Really? Some people have nothing better to do. The whole point of taking it to a dry cleaners is to get the clothes clean!!!??? Rude and racist. Businesses like this do not deserve support!!! read more

Almost double the price of cleaners in the area and not impressed with the work. Had them sew a button on a pair of jeans and they used a black blazer type button. It looks ridiculous and it won't last. If I wanted that poor of work, I would've done it myself. read more

I'm surprised at the horrible reviews that this place has. My wife and I came in this morning to drop off some dry cleaning since half of the place we went to had some people saying that they can't wash it because if it breaks they're not liable for this and that... This place on the other hand accepted it no questions asked, she even gave us 20% off on our dry cleaning. The lady running the place seems concerned about our neighborhood and is very nice and explained that she gives everyone 20% off cause of how everything is with the economy. This will be our main place to go because she knew how to take care of her customers regardless of the price. I rather pay extra to have someone give me great customer service rather than some cheap place who has too much complaints. read more

I'm surprised by bad reviews. Anna is the nicest lady and gives meticulous care to my clothes. I've never had a bad experience and she has got things clean that other cleaners refused to do. This is my one and only cleaners in Las Vegas. It is a little more expensive than a cleaners on Hualapai and Cheyenne but WAY better customer service and cleaning. read more

This cleaners is terribly overpriced. It's also double the price of other cleaners in the area!! I took in 6 dresses (not formal, not unique material) just a few DVF and Banana Republic short dresses...and my cost at the end $75.00. No alterations, no stains, just cleaning!!! And there's no rush...you'll get them back in 5-7 days. Not sure how they're still in business. read more
