    My husband and I have been coming to Crown for years to dry clean our comforter and blankets for $22. Usually, my husband will drop off/pick up and for the past few months I have been picking up & paying. Today, I was dressed casually running errands and looked very different and I dropped off the comforters for a change. The owner did not recognize me at all and she asked me for my phone and assumed it was a (702) area code, but i corrected her by giving my Los Angeles (213) mobile number. She then decided to charge me the price of $25. I noticed the price difference and commented "Oh, its not $22 any more." She said the $22 is for laundry and $25 is for dry cleaning. So, basically, we've been having our blankets in the laundry this entire time. I could've put it in my laundry at home and done it myself. Then, she said her price for dry cleaning increased to $25 since the beginning of the year. I told her that my husband dropped off blankets at the end of Feb and i picked up and paid $22 for it (photo attached). When confronting her with this, she said I was being too pushy and to take my blankets to be cleaned elsewhere. I was completely shocked because she was sweet to me in the past. It's obvious she doesn't remember me and reacted badly when I caught her trying to overcharge. After reading the other negative reviews, I found out that the owner tends to change pricing as she pleases. My advice to her is to have a set menu pricing to avoid discrimination against customers. Very disappointed!

    I've been using Crown Cleaners for years and have found that they under promise and over deliver with each visit.

Well, we were going to a black-tie wedding, so, with no time left, we had to purchase a brand new suit, at almost $800. Two days later, while on our trip, (and you cannot make this up), my husband gets a text saying, "your suit is ready." He immediately called, and they said, yep, they found the suit. Fast forward to today, he picks up the suit, and tells them the expense they left us with. The girl says, "well, bring your cleaning here, and I'll give you a discount...." My husband says, we will NEVER use them, again. Can you imagine? They cost us that kind of money, and just flippantly disregarded the hardship, for us. Thankfully, we had the discretionary income, and were able to purchase a suit, which should NOT have even been necessary! Ridiculous. I would give ZERO STARS, if that were an option. Shame on you, Fazio Cleaners!

Unfortunately this is the last time We will EVER use their services. My daughter's brand new dress that still had the tags on it and NEVER worn and cost $159.99 before tax was ruined. Dropped the dress of to be cleaned after the fitting from the amazing #1 tailor Europin Tailor Alteration & Bridal Sewing & Alteration * The Lakes, Las Vegas. This dress was the last one in my daughter's size and the color. The dress is for a wedding that is on 3/30/2024. So there is no time to even replace nor repair anything. The owner greeted me when I came to pick up my daughter's dress. As I said I have been coming for years. He even asked me to leave another review because his stars are higher than the other Mom and Pops location. My daughter and I returned back to the cleaners after seeing this burn mark. We are told there is nothing that they will do except a store credit for the dress amount. Which is NOT what we expected to hear. We asked for the owner to come in and discuss this with us. Unfortunately he refused. He had the manager on duty to relay all his messages. Keep in mind him and I were just having a nice conversation when I picked up the dress. They have you sign a store policy about removing stains and marks on items. Saying they are not responsible for any damage connected to the removal of them. They removed the oil stains that got on the silk fabric during the fitting of the dress. However, they created a burn mark in a whole different area of the dress. Only offering to give a store cleaning credit for the dress cost. All this is COMPLETELY unacceptable. To have the owner stand in my face and NOT say one word about the new damage of the dress that they caused. Neither have their manager on duty either say anything. Then to have his laugh and talk with me and ask me to leave a review as I always do for him. Is crazy !!! They have received thousands of dollars from me from repeated visits and I have sent people to this location. I ALWAYS give 5 star reviews on behalf of the owner and this business location. Just to have him treat me/us like nobody's and NOT refund the cost of the dress that they COMPLETELY RUINED !! I have sent this review to BBB and made a complaint with them as well. For this is HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE! I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend coming to this Mom and Pop location for your next cleaning. There is another cleaners up the road that is your best option.

No wonder Mom and Pop's has such great reviews…read more I'm maid of honor in a wedding in 3 days and I just noticed a stain on my dress yesterday. Not sure how it happened, but I tried to watch a tutorial on how to get a stain out of satin and made it so much worse with a water spot. I brought it to Mary and she was able to dry clean it and fix the mess in under 24 hours as well as giving it a beautiful steam. I am so grateful! And so glad that I now have a trusted dry cleaner. Thank you Mary!

    Pros: friendly staff to drop clothes off with and several convenient locations…read more Cons: high probability that your nice clothes will come back with lint, tears and random ink spots all over. Pro-tip: Their motto per employee Jessica is "accidents happen" and their manager Lori chalks up their incompetence as regular wear and tear for your brand new clothes. Summary: Avoid unless you are into dry cleaning services that charge you to ruin your clothes. Recommendation: go elsewhere. Overview: on two separate occasions this year, after dropping off our dry cleaning we received our clothes back from Al Philip's damaged. (Dropped off with no spots or holes but picked up after cleaning with ink spots and holes) First was 2 months ago. My wife took her newly cleaned dress out for dinner only to see ink spots on the front, and sides of her $700 dress. She took it back, and the staff apologized and said that they missed a pen in a recent load (nice quality control!). Thankfully they were able to get their ink explosion gift out of her dress after multiple tries. We figured it was an anomaly and took another batch of clothes to them for dry cleaning. Big mistake. My wife took her newly cleaned $400 jacket that has been worn all of 5 times out of the plastic and hanger to only find multiple ink spots again and torn fabric. She took it back and after waiting 3 weeks they removed the ink spots but said the tears they caused should be considered by us as just normal wear and tear... We have never in the history of dry cleaning ever experienced this level of utter incompetence, and irresponsibility masquerading as a "service". This business gets 0 stars if I could give it.

    I am beyond disappointed in Al Phillips. Let's face it, there are plenty of cheaper options to…read morechoose from. I patronized this business because the quality was good and the Customer Service was even better. Sadly, the customer service has taken a nose dive in recent months. I dropped off clothes on Monday and triple confirmed that the items would be returned on Wednesday. I needed a specific dress for a business trip on Thursday morning and I wanted to ensure it would be back in time. I arrived for pick up on Wednesday evening and was given two of the three I'd dropped off. There was absolutely no mention of the third item. I showed the employee my claim ticket, which showed three items, and asked where the dress was. Another employee looked in the system and said "Oh. Looks like that one is delayed." That's it. No additional details, no explanation as to why, and zero indication of when the item would be returned. When I complained, she went into challenges with a new software system. I proceeded to pay more than $30 for the two items that were ready and requested a call from the manager. This is only the latest disappointment with this location. Until recently, the large sign overhead read "next day service." Next day service hasn't been available for months. Similarly, they used to text when items were ready - no more. Customers should not pay a premium for subpar service. Once I receive the "delayed" item, I will be finding another dry cleaners.
