When they finished the yard at my house the owner pulled me aside and told me what a great deal I got on his services, implying that "this is it". Well weeks after he left, I found out that the irrigation wasn't working properly and several plants were not receiving water. Then I find out that all the Roses and other plants were just thrown in the dirt.. No fertilizer or grow mix. The lawn was not watering properly with the irrigation. This was something I told him would be a problem, but Diego said it would be ok ... He was wrong. Diego said he would come out and look at it he never did I still have several plants not receiving water the Roses all had to be replanted. I have to water several plants by hand. Also, the selection of plants he chose must have been the dregs of the nursery. most show little to no growth (possibly because no fertilizer was installed also) They are not what I asked for. In just one day, my wife noticed tree trimming work being done just a block from our home as she made her way back home after running a few errands. She stopped to question whether they could give an estimate of cutting down a couple of palm trees in our backyard when they finished up there. Within minutes of my wife's return home, Diego Dorado was at the house giving an estimate and stated that they would be able to do the work today. Diego responded promptly to my request and within an hour he had arrived at the property to assess how much it would cost to have a tree that was planted about 20 years ago removed and the stump ground down. The tree had grown ridiculously large, vertically some branches were more than twice the height of the house, horizontally the branches were coming close to power lines. Diego and his crew came down to the house and installed front and backyard green artificial gras which turned out amazing especially how the city doesn't allow us to water everyday so parts of our grass were dead, with patches of dirt throughout. After the new grass was installed they put rocks and pots and red wood chips in the planter areas and planted dessert plants so we just have to water once a week.
