Brian explained to me the process and techniques he uses as well as the chemicals involved. He was very transparent with our interactions from initial phone call to completing the job. They arrived on time and were meticulous and efficient. I had three bedrooms cleaned. His partner Steve was very detailed. The pair works really well together. With a recent visit, I was astounded by how clean the floors, countertops, and bathrooms turned out. They were also surprisingly thorough in also cleaning outdoor spaces, appliance interiors, doors, light fixtures, and other nooks and crannies that it never would have occurred to me to request they cover. Every M&M colleague is friendly and pleasant. They are a true joy to have in our home, and we are grateful for all they do. I look forward to working with them again whenever we have cleaning needs.

Three cleaners came. Two handled the bathrooms and one handled the kitchen. The ones who cleaned the bathroom did a great job. However, the bathroom smelled deep of chemicals afterwards. The one who cleaned the kitchen did not do a good job. The inside of the fridge (which was requested) was not done at all. The counter were wiped down but were not clean at all. The cleaner did do a decent job on the stove though. They also arrived early, which most of the time would not be an issue. However, I wasn't able to sequester my cats before they arrived, and they freaked my cats out. The heavy chemical smell did not help them. Unfortunately, I don't think I will hire their services for a deep clean of my kitchen again. I may decide to give them another chance when I need a deep clean of the bathrooms.

I had two major issues that prevent me from using this company again. First, a serious safety oversight occurred: one of the cleaners accidentally turned on my stove dial while wiping it down and left it on. I left for the weekend right after they finished and came home days later to an apartment filled with propane. Second, dealing with the owner was uncomfortable. They were overly pushy about locking in consistent cleaning schedules and flatly refused to give me $20 in change during payment. I appreciate the hard work of the cleaners, but the safety risk and management style are major red flags.
