For example, they placed blankets over my couches and folded things neatly. My penguin stuffed animal got put in a chair which was really cute. I'm so happy with the results. My house has dogs so there's fur everywhere and I'm impressed by how well they cleaned everything. They dusted areas that I never get to as well and everything was placed back where they belong. He did a great job with the carpet but due to the scuffs and damage he caused I had to rework some of the cleaning I had done earlier. I declined saying that I was not comfortable paying more than the original quoted price. Additionally the cleaners barely touched one of the rooms, I had to tell them to dust the shelves after they said they were "done" with the room. I also had to remop the floor after they left as it was smeared with footprints when they used the swiffer mop. Cleaners should be using an actual mop to clean, not swiffer mop. The final straw was after the cleaning they claimed I also owed a $10 service fee for payment, which was never disclosed at any point until after they collected payment. Stay away from these guys.

They were thorough, professional, polite, and made sure we were happy after each part of the job. They cleaned refrigerator, freezer, windows, and floors: everything is now spotless.
