I had a extract ion done and was told to take otc mediciation for pain relief. i spent this past weekend in excruciating pain and called the office on Monday Am to see if i could have something else to help relieve the pain only to be told that Dr J would be out until Thursday and i would have to wait until then. Unacceptable! !! I am so upset that they would allow one of their patients to be in horrible dental pain and not offer any other solution. I will be finding a new dentist.

I would avoid seeing Dr. Schubert, though. Dr. Schubert is incredibly condescending, rude, and unfair. If you have dental issues, she explains them to you like you are a moron, or a five-year-old child. Also, if you struggle to get time away from work on a week day, drive 1/2 an hour one way to see a good dentist, miss your exit, and still arrive within the 15-minute grace period of your appointment time (even if it is a 3 hour, important appointment, and the last appointment of the work day.) Dr. Schubert will send you away. She would rather cost one client hours of their work day, and hundreds of dollars, than leave work even one minute past the hour. She seems power driven. I like the other doctors who seem to genuinely care about their patients and their practice. I highly recommend this office as long as you avoid Dr. Schubert.

I quickly changed insurance and went right back to Sadona- they cleaned my teeth gently, no pain. They x-rayed my teeth with no pain. How did these simple procedures cause me so much pain at the other place? Simply because the people at Sadona take the time to care. They know what they're doing and they know what's comfortable for people. They ask how you're doing and ask about preferences. They take the time to know you, adjust to you, and recommend specific things just for you. I've loved all my hygienists, and have been working with Ginny most consistently, love her. I've been seeing Dr. Park since I was a kid. I've referred my mom here, and dad goes here also. I wouldn't let the people I love go anywhere else. I had a cavity and it felt like it took a painless 10 minutes. I have some other more invasive procedures coming up and I wouldn't trust anyone else but Sadona to do them.

It's now been a few years and I've been very happy with my choice. I've had a good amount of work done there. Fillings, crowns, and regular cleanings. In all cases the experience and the results have left me happy. I finally decided to write this long overdue revue after the significant "project" of fixing and improving the look of my front teeth. This was a big decision and I'm extremely pleased with the result. I won't claim that a dentist chair is the greatest place on earth. That said, I highly recommend Legacy Ridge Dentistry. Everyone from dentist, to hygienists, to front desk staff has been friendly and awesome.

It's true, as another reviewer mentioned, that you might come in and then have to make extra appointments. I think that depends on the staff available and what other patients need, and perhaps if one's appointment is on a weekend (I was there this time on Saturday and will come back for my fillings in 2 weeks). I went in last year, however, and needed molar extraction, which they did on the spot -- painlessly, I might add! They also have a great credit partner in Cherry Credit, so that was a real plus as well. Along those same lines of finances, I find them to be the most non-pushy dental office I've been to, offering the various options of treatment, and then respecting the patient's decisions on that. All in all, all staff---front desk to hygienists to the DDS staff--are exceptional, and I never dread going to the dentist now. I already left a review on Google a year or so ago, so thought I'd leave one on Yelp this time after seeing them for my biannual cleaning. PS: A bright and airy office and good tunes too!

My first visit was in August 2025 with Dr Bottoms…read more I had a crown that failed and they ground it down,made the crown that day, but that is when I do not know what happened. The girl (Dr Bottoms daughter) that worked on me finished up and then something went wrong. She attempted to take the"temporary" crown off and pulled, pried, and used a block of something they put in boiling water, then stuck it on your teeth! Well, she pulled and poked and tried to get it loose and it would not budge She finally gave up and said, "we will let nature take its course!" I was having total shoulder surgery and the dr really impressed on me the dentistry could cause an infection to the arm. I worried about this from that first day until this past week! Constantly on my mind all those months! When, after months, I went in to put the real crown on, they questioned if I didn't like the color. I said,"This is a temporary", so they took an XRay. Imagine my shock and upset when he told me it was a permanent replaced tooth! I worried and was afraid for 7 months because this was to be replaced when I was healed enough from shoulder surgery to do so. Dr Bottoms called after I left a message, nothing apologetic about any of the mistakes. $2000.+ for a huge aggravation!

I have been on a search for a couple of years for a new dentist. I was no longer able to get to my…read morelong term dentist as it is a difficult location for me to now access and he will be retiring soon. I tried one that was close by that I could access on my own by bus, but after having a great first visit with the younger dentist there, I returned to discover that he had left when the practice was sold. I had really wanted a multi dentist practice so that if needed on short notice there would be someone available. My long time dentist was a solo practitioner and did not work full time. Through all of this, I had a recommendation for North Boulder Dental which only missed in the self transportation factor and in taking my insurance. After talking to them on the phone, I was assured that they would process my insurance claim but I would pay at point of service and the reimbursement from the insurance would come directly to me. It was close enough to my home that I was sure I could get a ride as the bus I normally use does not go that way. It was a wonderful decision. I don't think in my whole life I had ever had such a wonderful experience in a dental office. I chose a dentist that a friend recommended from their team of 4-6 dentists on staff. They are open 5 days a week which none of the previous offices I had used, did. They had been 4 or under. I was able to get a date and time that worked easily for me. They had me pre-register on their website so that they could save time on arrival, know my dental and medical history and gather my previous dental records from the previous practice. They sent gentle reminders for arrival. When I arrived, I found a clean, attractive and comfortable waiting area, better than any previous situation. Staff greeted me immediately. I was taken on time. I met the dentist, Dr. Nielsen and her assistant, we chatted a little to get familiar with expectations and they went right to work on an initial exam. Most of my teeth were fine, just a few gum issues to address. No cavities, no infections. As I have a serious chronic disease, these are critical assessments. I then proceeded to the hygienist who performed the most thorough but gentle cleaning in my life. This is important as I bleed easily because of my medical condition. Before leaving, I made my appointment for my next cleaning in 6 months. I paid and left, confident it was the right choice.
