I saw the ad on Facebook one evening and send a casual request for a call back. Few minutes later I got a text back from Orren. Orren was thorough and answered all my questions without being pushy. After texting back-and-forth I asked for a quote. He gave me a rough estimate but asked to see the job before committing to the price. We set an appointment to meet on a Saturday to accommodate my busy work schedule. Orren showed up exactly at the time we had planned. He was very nice yet to the point Without being pushy. He gave me all my options and give me some design ideas. I was convinced that this is the company I like to work with. He told me that they're extremely busy at this time and it might take up to 2 Weeks. I asked him to call me if anything came up. I didn't mind waiting. Few days after he called me to let me know that they had a open spot for installation the next day. . I jumped on the opportunity. The next day installation guys showed up on time. The job is done perfectly. Frankly better than I expected. I went home that evening and expected to see something to call him to complain about. However I was happily surprised as how nice the job was done. I still called him that evening to thank him for the job well done. I am constantly dealing with construction projects. These guys are the real deal. Fast, efficient, honest, no BS, no up-sell yet great results. These guys will be my turf company for my future projects. read more

If I could give this company 10 stars I would! They did a complete backyard remodel for me which included a wall and planter, turf, pavers, and a concrete slab for my pending swim spa. I had some existing pavers that they had to match, and they did! My backyard is the oasis I have been wanting for so long to have! Everyone that I met from this company was so wonderful, I could tell that they wanted to make sure I got what I wanted. To start off with Orren, who I signed the contract with was very complete in documenting what was to be done, so there was never any doubt about what had to be done, and I never encountered any hidden undisclosed fees or up sales along the way. And then there was the wonderful Yoshi! He coordinated the execution of the project, and whenever there was something we needed to talk through he would contact me. I travel for a living and often times throughout the project I was gone, but I knew I was int the best hands possible! Yoshi is so honest and real that I could tell from the beginning that I could trust Yoshi and he was just going to make sure I got the best backyard ever, and he did! Then there was Raul, he was there everyday coordinating the job, and you could tell that he was in contact with Yoshi every day. Raul, talked to me daily and gave me ideas to consider. The communication throughout this company is amazing! And then there was the crew, OMG! The hardest working crew I have ever seen! They did a full days job, and then some out in the terrible IE heat. stay away from this company it was good at first ,very fast to response to take on the job but not so friendly when it comes down to warranty. First time for warranty it wasn't there fault , it was the turf that had role crush nothing to do with installation. Took them about a month to come and redo the turf , the crew that they send out the 2nd time didn't seem to know what they were doing , left alot of flaws ...texted Orren with pictures and he never answered. A week later I get an email stating not to reach them by text any longer just by email....I made a ckaim thru the BBB till then I got a response from Joe the owner he was very pleasant at first. They came the thrid time to fix the issues wich im satisfied with some issues except that they laid down a new 5×7 pc of turf that was off color from the one that was already there ....I expressed my concern with Orren and he told me that it would blend in wich is not the case...A few days later I called forever green and Joe the owner answered the phone , I told him I wasnt 100% satisfied with the different color turf , the guy flew off the handle raising his voice and just being rude and the worst part right before I hing up he yelled at me "saying dont call us back " ....like I said before they're good to take your money but not so much to back up the warranty... read more

I have to say, I was skeptical as to how fast and well done our side yard could be done. Yet, this company has done an astonishing job. Our dogs love playing on the turf and it is perfect for their potty clean up. Not only was it done in a timely manner (1 day), but very well done.
