Originally, I was very skeptical about purchasing artificial turf. I was concerned that my dogs would tear it up or it would not look natural. I was very wrong. My turf turf is approximately two months. With two big dogs and the California rains and storms, it is still beautiful and very much worth it. Gave ample time for a professional response but have heard nothing for weeks. They took their money and split. So I've been looking at putting artificial turf in half my back yard for my batting cage for a year or so. Looked at doing it myself, got some quotes and finally pulled the trigger. I called many companies to put turf in out tiny backyard Under 160 sq ft and all of them wanted to charge us ridiculous amounts of money or they refused to take on the job at all! Green forever said they would take on any job which I liked it made me feel like they cared and wanted to service anyone in need. Rick Rose was our salesman and he was wonderful. He came out right away, was very professional, personable and honest. After we placed the order, it took about a week for them to do the install and Rick was on top of the installers all the way. Reasonably priced, very fast turnaround, and quality work. I had removed the dying grass in our front yard about 6 months prior and was ready for turf and hardscaping. We got a quote for a mix of turf and gravel and shortly after had a time set for the work to start. Green Forever sent a team of about 6 guys and they cleared the front and side yard, graded the area, laid the base layer, installed the bender board, laid the gravel, installed the turf, and planted some succulents in about 6 hours! From the beginning Yoshi was on time, explained how the process works, came up with some design ideas we had concerns about, as well as answered all our questions regarding pets, grading, and construction of the grass. He was able to quickly measure out the space and provide an estimate to us. The day of install Yoshi introduced me to Dakota and the rest of the crew. They guys were polite, efficient, and worked extremely hard installing all the base. As I had questions they were more than happy to take the time and answer. We have a new pool and concrete areas installed recently and they were extremely careful to not damage any of the new concrete or disturbing the pool with infill. I have to say, I am very impressed and satisfied with how our yard came out looking! It looks absolutely amazing! The reason I gave 1 star, and I wish I could give you 0 is the fact that the workers, left all of their trash in my yard, not even in the trash can. Two giant trash bags, not to include water bottles left behind on the ground. If they planned on leaving everything and expected me to get rid of everything at the end I should have been notified in the beginning. This is absolutely unacceptable. Not only did they leave trash, they left A LOT of razor blades lying around in the turf. I have three dogs, and I want them to enjoy the green grass they have! Instead I found three razor blades on the ground while I went to go play with my dogs. The next day, I find ANOTHER ONE sticking up from the ground! Later on that day I see one of my dogs sniffing around and I go look, and what do you know, ANOTHER FREAKING RAZOR BLADE. This could have gone wrong 5 different times! Not only to mention my dogs could have been hurt, but as well as my husband and myself. We payed WAY TOO MUCH, to be cleaning after someone else for a job we payed for, and to find razor blades that could have caused damaged. read more

Let me start by saying - Im a person who does extensive research and gets multiple quotes. My family generally does all of our own DIY projects but for something on this scale I wanted to bring in a professional. We had a 500 sqft area in our backyard that used to be a lawn but because of our dogs and our lack of time to maintain had just become a dirt and weed garden. So I got about 4 quotes. Green Forever was not the cheapest and they weren't the most expensive. Working with Kris, their sales rep, was very easy, he came and measured and then we sat and talked over options. After some back and forth we agreed on a price and scope of work. I was back and forth on the putting green option, but as an avid golfer I could not say no. The team they sent was very polite and very professional. Our project manager Yoshi and I went over the scope of work in the early morning and then the Site Lead (Lucas) would check in with me periodically throughout the day. They are a extremely efficient and did all work to great success. We had some pet turf installed around the green and they even did an 8x10 slab of concrete. All this in one day plus the removal of all the old soil and weeds. The craftmans ship is stellar. The whole process was easy. I 100% recommend using this company.
