I am in the process of getting the old insulation removed and having TAP insulation blown into my attic. I have had several different companies come out, look at everything, and give me suggestions and bids on different aspects of the jobs I need done. One suggestion that kept coming up was to have my ductwork sealed, as my house was built in 1961, my Air Conditioner has a manufacture date of August 1998, and my ductwork is most likely at least that old. The house had a non-functional Evaporative Cooler on the roof when I bought it in 2002, which I discarded and capped off the attachment duct. I called Green ID and left a voicemail that I was interested in getting my ducts sealed. David Byrnes sent me a text message the next morning that he got my voicemail & asked me to give him a call. After speaking with David, I had set up an appointment for him to come on Monday, May 19th, to look at my system, as I often work from home on Mondays. The next day, I found out that I had to go into my office that Monday, so I sent David a text that we would have to reschedule, which he had no problem with. The following Friday, May 23rd, I had decided to work from home, because another Tech was coming to do some work for me. I sent David a text around 10:00 am letting him know I was home and asking if he might be able to come take a look. He was very accommodating, said he could stop by, and would send me a text with an ETA when he knew. David arrived around 11:00 to look at the air handler in my house, the AC unit in the back yard, and the ducts in my attic. My house has a very shallow-pitched roof, making the attic space very tight. The access is in my three-sided carport on the opposite end of the house from where the Evaporative Cooler had been hooked into the ductwork, and is a combination of sheet metal and flex duct. David climbed all the way to where that ductwork had hooked to the Evaporative Cooler to check the sheet metal ductwork for possible rust. That is Dedication to doing Good Work, because it was already really hot up there! David assured me that no evidence of rust was in the sheet metal, and my ductwork was a good candidate for sealing. He collected the fee for the estimate and said he would contact me about scheduling when he got back to the office. He later texted me that they had a cancellation for the next day, and could be at my house between 06:30 & 07:30 to perform the Aeroseal. I told him that I had another tech coming that day at around 09:30 to 10:00, and since I had contracted with him first, I wanted to be sure his people would be done by then, so as not to be in his way. He assured me they would be done by then. The next morning, right at 06:30, two of his techs showed up to do the Aerosealing job. They were both very friendly, cordial, and understanding. They went about their work, setting everything up and getting going. While they were there, we had some nice conversations about various things; an old car I have in my carport, what kind of work I do, etc. I also asked them about the Aeroseal process, and the tech that was monitoring the computer showed me what he was looking at, and explained the process very patiently and thoroughly. Both of them were very nice guys and a pleasure to speak with! As the techs were wrapping things up, they told me that David would send me a full report on the Aeroseal job and an invoice the next week, as it was a Saturday. Yesterday, I received an email from David with a report on the Aeroseal results and an invoice for the balance owed. The tests showed that before the Aeroseal process, my duct system had 212.6 Cubic Feet per Minute (CFM) of leakage equivalent to a 40.2 inch square hole in my house or 18% of the system's capacity of 1200.00 CFM. After the Aeroseal was completed, it showed the ducts had only 19.7 CFM of leakage equivalent to a 3.7-inch square hole, or 1.6% of the system capacity. Pretty Impressive! I am very happy with David, his Technicians, the job Green ID did, and the cost came in between 28% and 22% less than the other bids I received to have my ducts sealed! I have used this company on 2 occasions. The first time was in 2021 when I had a different AC company leave me high and dry when installing a new Carrier AC unit and Bryant blower/furnace. One of the GreenID techs showed up first thing, inspected the outside AC unit, then went up in the attic and fixed everything the other installer should have done. I found the price to be very reasonable. Should've gone with GreenID from the start. Lesson learned. The second time I called GreenID, my capacitor went out in 2023 in the middle of the summer. Frustrated that it was a fairly new unit, David calmed me down and said capacitor failures are hard to predict, no matter the age of the unit. Sensing my panic, he came over that night after working a full day with a flashlight on his head and tools in hand, saving me from having to go to a hotel. This service is what separates David and his team from the others. David is patient, professional, and a complete gentleman. (Not from these guys, but the auditor recommended them for my repairs) however I wasn't gonna use them at first because I wanted to see what my home warranty would say. Of course they didn't want to fix my duct work so I called a different ac company. He confirmed what needed to be fixed but said he was very booked so if I could get it done sooner than he can to go ahead and do that. He also told me that the ac unit itself had to lift up to get to the area in question. So I decide to call these guys and it turned out they can fix the issue within a week. Perfect. I asked David if he needed to come out to verify everything since he was only quoting me a price based on what the auditor said. I even told him more than once that the ac needed to move. He said not to worry and his price won't change. So then he had a opening pop up even sooner and said he was gonna come fix everything. Well he did come. But not only did he not bring all the equipment he was supposed to. He also came un prepared to move the ac unit. He only brought himself. No help whatsoever. He then tells me he can't find any damage the author mentioned. I looked out my window a few min later and he was gone. I called the auditor just to see if he knew anything. He called me back and said he told David where the damage was and that David would call me back on Monday. Well Monday came and went. And nothing. Needless to say I called a different AC company who gave me a whole new unit and fixed all damage the very next day. I would never recommend this company to anyone. read more

Dampener connections is leaking cold air. Installed 2 yrs ago. No longer under warranty because i adjusted air flow. Dont buy from them. Melvin is better. David... you contacted me today. You said my negative comment voided my warranty. Best of luck. Reference my az bbb, and az roc complaint. Leaking ducts are not correlated with insulation installation you were selling (which i didn't). David...so the dampener should never be adjusted? Good to know... maybe you should have told me when you sold me product. And...again...insulation and poor connection are 2 different items. So... let's look at the logic. Yes, the dampener cooled the room in summer. Too hot air flow in winter because it added too much hot air. So, did you plan to adjust winter and summer air flows every year? Doesn't add up? Am, i too blame or aggresive sales and far reaching promises? Caveat emptor! My bad. You were a good salesman. I'll post pictures of duct tape fix at a later date. Great deal! Great Audit done! I have not finalized the repairs yet. Michael showed up on time on the day before Thanks Giving with a 3:30 hour short notice! Yes I called at 9AM and he was there at 12:30. It took him 6 hours to go through the house with a fine tooth comb, he did a great job. I have not proceeded with the repairs yet, but I would recommend using Green ID at least for your Energy Audit. It is technically Free for the amount of work. I used a Yelp Coupon too. I love these guys and I love this service. I never heard of a home energy audit before. My bills are crazy high for how big our house is. They showed me several ways to save money. some of the recommendations cost me money, like blowing in additional insulation. We are going to have them do some more work for us in the fall but for now I took their free tips. The cool thing is my bedroom is cooler now. It was annoying that my kids rooms were so cold and my room never did get as cool before. The adjustment was a minor one but made a huge difference. read more

Skeptical at first because there were no real reviews on them. When I think it was Scott who came in, who was very friendly and professional. He gave us an energy assessment. Showed us what needed to be done. He didn't recommend anything or try to up sell on items, even when I asked him about adding a 2nd A/C unit to the house or an upgrade in insulation which he said it really wouldn't be worth it. All the workers came in, acted professional and did a good job. I had a energy audit done to my home in Payson. David's team did a great audit, then David met with me to review the proposal. I found the entire process very professional and informative. I then validated the information with others and via the web, and found it all excellent. I did decide to upgrade the level of insulation over what he recommended, and paid a little more as a result. I believe I paid $3500 for all the work that was recommended, and now a year later, the savings generated from all the work performed, is looking like a 3 year payback period, which is very amazing. Everything they recommend COULD be done by other specialty vendors. But the bottom line is these guys will do it with greater attention to detail, the right way, the energy efficient way. And I think that it's worth paying a slight premium over having to find 5 individual vendors, coordinate them, and deal with lower quality. All the workers were great. David was great. They delivered what they promised. I'm very happy that I ended up calling Green ID and having them do the work they did. I think almost any home older than 10 years should have this done, and would highly recommend proceeding with what they propose, as long as you plan to be in the home for at least 3-4 years. At least, that's how I would do it if I bought another home. I ended up recommending Green ID to my father and sister, and I don't recommend vendors to my family unless I'm pretty sure of them. read more

I am very pleased with the results from David and his crew. I have had bad experiences with a/c updates in the past (a-hybrid homes and now Advanced Insulation were BAD) but they were professional and didn't leave until the job was done and done right. I saw the owner , David Byrnes, on a morning show, promoting his company, Green ID. At first, it seemed like another company that just wanted your money. But Mr. Byrnes was different. He got my attention with his knowledge and his sincerity and the offer was free. He didn't seem "slick". When I called, he answered. On the phone it was the same. He was knowledgeable and he seemed sincere. What I don't like about these companies is once they get into your house, they pressure you to sign up. That was not the case at all with Green ID. They did their 4 hour audit of my attic and home for leaks and opportunities to save energy and then presented the report to me. The auditor guy left. It was all basically free. I paid them 99 bucks and they gave me a 100 dollar visa and they gave me a bunch of light bulbs and a shower head. It was a great deal! After about a week, the "sales" dude showed up and presented the "package". It was expensive as an a la carte deal but if you get the whole package it is discounted and then you get some rebates and then a gets a bit cheaper. I am going to stay away from the pricing stuff but let's just say I paid about $1.75 per square foot after all the rebates...net, net. The pool motor was expensive but very effective in lowering the kilowatts. I did almost everything they recommended and I couldn't be happier. The results have been EXCELLENT and I expect them to be even better as it gets hotter and I have data to support it. I sealed the attic, I replaced my pool motor, sealed my ductwork, and they sealed all the areas that the builder left vacant of insulation (which is common) and I brought all my insulation up to today's code. My home is now considered "energy efficient" and it is 17 years old. I had 3 bedrooms that were hot and cold and now they are beautifully perfect!. I used to run my air at 76 all the time and now I run it at 78. I love my house to be cold. I freeze now more than before. Now the good news. I had this work done March 5. March of 2013 Kw was 1031. March 2014 was 790. April 2013 was 1308 and April 2014 was 949. I had the ac on all of April. I don't remember if I had it on last year. So far in May, I have not had a day over 35 Kw which means I may end up somewhere around 1200 Kw for May. Last year in May we used 1980 Kw. That is a reduction of over 35% if it comes true. I expect to have at least a 30% reduction in Kw this summer. Folks, this program works. It will costs some bucks but it will reduce your Kw and your monthly bills, especially in the summer months. My pool runs more hours and costs me less. My house is colder and costs me less. My house is worth more than my neighbors and my home can be sold as an energy efficient home. The investment is worth it. I have a 2300 square foot home. I have gas hot water heater, gas heat, gas stove and a pool. My current equal pay with APS is $182. I expect it to drop to below $140 next year.,,,maybe lower. Not bad for Phoenix. Also, all of their work is verified and checked by an independent third party and backed by APS. Its all good. David Byrnes and Green ID are to be trusted. I am not a relative or was I paid to write this. I am just a very happy customer who will benefit from this program. Its a no-brainer! There is one big disclaimer I must add to this in all fairness and I strongly recommend. I replaced all my windows in 2013. Be aware that green id is no longer a participating contractor in the srp energy audits. We recently had green id out to perform an energy audit and then found they are an approved contractor for duct and sunshade rebates only. The person who did the audit seemed knowledgeable however the report we received was very poor. We were given 5 pages that contained only lists of numbers and an estimate. There were no pictures or explanations. We had to have a second energy audit done by another company to qualify for the srp insulation rebate. Update: After posting this review the company reached out to address my concerns. They seemed receptive to feedback. I hope they use it to improve their audit reports. The audit report we received from another company was much more thorough with 20 pages of pictures of our home and explanations in plain English. I give the company 3 stars for their follow up to customer concerns. Ultimately we did not use this company to perform any work and cannot rate or comment on their quality of work. Second update: Green id conducted our energy audit in June and processed the payment in October. Not the greatest business practice to take almost 4 months to process charges. read more

Had work done on our house with GreenID back in Nov of last year. We wanted to just improve the efficiency of our cooling, but they also presented us with an airflow issue with our master bedroom. We took their recommendation, and we are glad that we did. The master bedroom is much cooler now than before. They did a great job. Only negative was a bit of miss communication. It was our understanding from our sales rep that they would come out during the following summer (now) to make adjustments to the air flow to make sure we met the goal of getting the temp down in the master bedroom and office. These adjustments would be at no cost to us for the first year as it would be trial and error and there'd be no way for them to work with us in Nov as temperatures already cooled down enough where we didn't need to run the AC. We did receive one visit for free, but upon following up for a second, we were informed that there would be a charges per visit from here on. The explanation was that it is a trial and error and they need to recoup the expense of coming out. This left us feeling like we were "in the wrong". We didn't have anything in writing to prove what we thought was covered under the original work order purchase. Despite this miss understanding, GreenID did come out a second time for free to make adjustments to the airflow. They also gave us recommendations to further improve cooling in our home which was super awesome. We are happy with the results and will pursue the other options to try and make further adjustments on our own. Thanks GreenID for all the work. We are definitely pleased with the results. UPDATE-reply: Thanks for your reply. You do bring up a good point about the new AC system installs.  But, we talked about that during your last visit and you assured us that the work you observed met your standards and there was no need to reach out to Parker and Sons to see if they can return the work back to it's original quality which your team provided. read more

I received multiple letters from APS stating I was using more energy than my neighbors and suggesting an energy audit to reduce my electricity costs. I contacted Green ID, one of the companies on APS's list. They were very friendly, and I enjoyed my interactions with them. The auditor found the areas of my house that were extra hot (some close to 100 degrees), and I shared my concerns about my electricity bill and comfort levels in the home. To do everything that was suggested by Green ID costs right about $3,000 -- basically my entire savings account -- but I was assured the money I would save would be worth it, and I would feel much more comfortable in my home. The auditors had earned my trust (although the door they removed to do their test was never put back on correctly and still doesn't latch until I lock the deadbolt), but they were not the ones to install the insulation. The installers worked hard -- it was hot out! -- but they did leave quite a mess. There was insulation in closets, my storage room, covering my water heater, and in my vents. They used my vacuum cleaner to clean up some of it, but it was broken after they used it. Right away, I noticed a difference in the house. My A/C seemed to run more often. I started timing it and found that it was running 30 minutes of every hour. The hot areas of my house were still hot, and my electricity bill had not decreased. I gave it some time, I called several times (something I don't love doing) and withheld my last payment for some time. Several times a representative from Green ID came out to the house to check into my concerns. He climbed up in the attic and said the insulation was there, he fixed my vacuum, he was very polite, but nothing changed as far as the A/C was concerned. It has been almost a year since the work was done. The hottest areas in my house are still incredibly hot (even with the A/C running), my energy bill shows I'm using MORE energy each month than I did each month last year, and I just received a (another) letter from APS saying I'm still using more electricity than my neighbors. Not only do I feel that I wasted my savings, but as soon as I sent in the final check, Green ID stopped returning my calls. I understand that things might not work correctly the first time (or the first couple of times), but I guess I trusted that the company would make things right so that the two things they said would happen actually did (a more comfortable house and the use of less electricity). I am very disappointed in how this all played out. It's honestly enough to frustrate me incredibly -- even after all these months -- each time I get an energy bill or think about the $3000 I could still have in my bank account. An APS auditor came out and asked where the written contract was. No where in the written contract did it state what had been told to me verbally -- that my energy cost would decrease and that my home would be cooler. I realize now that this something I should have insisted on, and it is a life lesson I have had to learn the hard way. read more

I met David several years ago at the local home improvement event in the community center. I asked him questions on energy saving project ideas, and he was very patience answer each of them honestly and professionally. Well...I can't speak for everyone, but for me a good general Q & A session is kind of like tasting fine wine...there is the initial impression, the way it tastes while drinking, and the feeling you're left with afterward. In early September, I purchased my first house. I immediately thought David and his company to help me run an energy audit. I had used another local energy audit company for my parents' house before that recommended from a popular Saturday morning radio host talk show, but the experience was not satisfy as I need. I familiar the energy audit concept and it process. Yet I decided to use different company and have David and his company for fresh ideas. David and his crew did not let me down. His inspector Mike arrived on time. He gave me 10 compact-fluorescent lightbulbs, a low-flow showerhead and faucet aerators, worth about $50, as part of energy audit deal. He climbed up to the roof and checked my rooftop A/C manufactory date and model number. He walked around my house, measured its circumference, drew out the basic floor plan, label the windows, doors, and vents location. He also performed a blower door test and checked each room air pressures. Mike took a lot of notes, examined every corner, and looked for improvements. The whole energy audit took over 6 hours. Few days later, David e-mail me 10 pages custom energy checkup report along with recommend improvement projects pricing. On the checkup report, I can see David had spent lots of time to prepare it. It is not a so-so generic report and my previous energy audit company was not prepare something as details as David does. It has pictures, charts, tables and graphs in color. It includes my home annual energy-use pie chart, APS before and after installed CFL lightbulbs, low-flow showerhead and faucet aerators bar charts, recommendation projects with cost & saving table, side by side comparison of the estimated annual energy costs of my home, and the definition and reasons for each energy improvement project. After reading the report with many counter questions regarding the recommendation list, I decided to have a R 38 insulation, duct sealing, air sealing, and install jump ducts in master bedroom for room pressure relief to circulate air back to the return when the door is closed. His contractors also arrived on time and spent over 7.5 hours complete all the recommendation projects. They did not leave me any trash and dusts for me to clean up. The whole job was completed so professionally, I highly recommend David. They were about the same price as anybody else so it's good. The best part is I asked David for a cash pay discount option and he accommodate my request and understand college student's need to save me money. I'll use David and his company again if my family got another house that needed insulation. Overall, he was very pleasant to work with and did a great job! read more

My wife and I had set aside a specific amount of money intended to be used for the home we purchased last spring as first time buyers. While there are two exterior projects that are important to us, we decided that investing in improving the level of comfort inside our home as this is of course where we spend the majority of our time. Our home energy audit was done by Kevin who was great. He was professional, thorough, detail oriented, and demonstrated a high degree of knowledge as I asked him questions taking a genuine interest in his work and his findings. Independently of me disclosing the full extent of where I'd observed hot spots, low air flow, and poor circulation over the duration of the previous summer, Kevin corroborated my concerns with his procedures and diagnostic equipment. I was thoroughly impressed with his methodical approach and overall conscientiousness. Furthermore, he set clear and accurate expectations as to what would come next. Todd served as our system designer and carefully navigated us through the audit results. Yet again, I was highly impressed with Todd's knowledge and professionalism. He was very patient with questions that were asked and sound in the solutions he offered.Furthermore, he was respectful of our budget and helped us to stay within it providing clear rationale for the recommendations he offered us. My wife and I were mutually impressed following our consultation with Todd and were confident in our decision to move forward with Green ID. The work being done was a two day job. The installation team was hard working and professional.They cleaned up thoroughly and left no trace of being there after wrapping up in the late afternoon of the first day. A substantial amount of insulation was installed in our historic home which started off with next to none. Cleanup was excellent again when the job was finished on the second day. Communication and expectations were clear throughout. Not long after, we received a call from Danny who had wanted to check on whether we had any outstanding questions and also that we were satisfied with the final results and our experience at large. April of 2016 marked our first opportunity to compare our year over year electricity usage. Despite that April of this year was 9 degrees warmer than April of 2015, our electricity bill was only marginally higher. Comparing May of 2015 to May of 2016, our bill was reduced by $71.05. Our electricity use and charges decreased in all categories despite that the month was 4 degrees warmer than it was the previous year. Perhaps more importantly, we're spending more time sleeping at night and less time sweating while tossing and turning uncomfortably. Our master bedroom still seems to be the warmest room in the house, That said, we're satisfied to be able to sleep well throughout the night and are eagerly awaiting the benefits of a new AC unit within the next year or two. I would like to add that Green ID was one of three APS contractors I inquired to. Reading other reviews and educating myself as much as possible, I anticipated that Green ID would exceed expectations. The Green ID staff we interacted with inspired much more confidence than the competition and we were satisfied with the cost. David and his team performed an energy audit in early 2013. David prepared a list of recomended improvements to my 2 story, 2 AC unit house. Pricing was straight-forward, along with rebates available. The team returned in early May and performed 2 days worth of work. We rerouted AC ducts, upgraded air returns, sealed lines and added insulation. His crew ensured things were put back in order when they left. We immediately noticed the effectiveness of the upgrades. The air ran less, the house didn't feel drafty or have as many hot spots. We really noticed a difference in heat loss during the winter. Fast forward to this summer, we continue to be happy with the upgrades performed. We use SRP and have gotten recognized as being in the top 10% most efficient houses in the valley. Our summer energy bills are about $220 during June-August. Previous summer bills were $400-$500. Additionally, when the air does run, it cools the house off quick. I would recommend David and Green ID to anyone looking to save on utility bills and make their house feel better. We had another AC company, lets call them "Moble Air" do some work on our units. Just had an energy audit completed today....FANTASTIC!! what more can I say. I originally called GreenId because of their great ratings and the detailed reviews others have left, and I thought I would give it a go. I have had other companies do energy audits on other homes, but GreenId and their representatives go above and beyond. The Home Performance Specialist I had was Mike Denilauler, and he explained everything completely and listened to some of my horror stories with A/C contractors I have had in the past. Their prices for HVAC units and service are quite reasonable and definitely below the big companies you see advertised on TV, mailings and newspapers. The installation team for the new heat pump I purchased were great. They did a quality job, were professional and friendly and cleaned up everything when they were done. I was very surprised to learn how much can be saved by applying some smart techniques to your home heating/cooling system, window coverings, etc. David's completed an energy audit that resulted in a easy to understand report highlighting areas of opportunity. I'd write a 5 star except that there is a $400 rebate that SRP made to THE HOMEOWNER, that wasn't presented to me. Their service provided was exemplary.. From what they were sent out to perform, performed changes on the fly, which can happen (and did). Todd performed the after audit (which will happen) & is very thorough but make sure you KNOW about that $400 rebate if you go through with SRP. I found out about this program at a home show one weekend. I am generally pretty skeptical, but David, who was at the booth walked me through the process they use to evaluate the home, make improvements, and then re-evaluate. Additionally, I am an an engineer, so I really do understand the numbers behind my electric usage, R-factors, etc. I set up an appointment and someone came out and did several air pressure measurements, walked throughout my attic, etc. He then gave me a few quick side tips beyond the energy evaluation. One, he told me to update my pipe insulation around my air-conditioning lines as they were falling apart. I went to Home Depot, spent $8 on some pipe insulation and "good stuff" to fix that issue. With the left over insulation, I was able to cover my water heater piping coming from the heater (was really hot). Going to a government website, they estimate the water pipe insulation itself may save $8 a year. Anyway, then came the salesperson. I am an engineer, as I said, and I do not usually get along with sales people. However, this guy had a comprehensive list of all potential improvements that could be made. He did not pressure me in any way. We spent a lot of time discussing them and I chose only a subset that I felt would give me the best "bang for the buck". This included upping my attic insulation, correcting and sealing ductwork, and adjustments to A/C intake. When the time came to get the work done, everything went smoothly and was completed in one, long day. I have two, two-stage 16 SEER air conditioners that are now running as they were designed to run and not like an asthmatic in a dust factory. While I have not seen the electric usage impact yet, the immediate feedback so far is a much more consistent temperature when walking around my two story home. Additionally, the entire house seems much quieter since the A/C is running less frequently (and seems quieter when running too). I was very pleased with the benefits so far and look forward to saving the money on the electric bills going forward. Very positive experience from a company that proves its benefits with real data, not empty promises. read more

Had a new split system unit installed yesterday on a home I purchased a few months ago. Couldn't be happier w the service and quality of work. Green ID definitely went above and beyond. I had to leave my girlfriend home while they were doing the install, and at first was a little hesitant to not be around to check on the work. When I got home and looked everything over I was impressed! These guys definitely know what they are doing, and not like many other contractors I've worked with they left the place cleaner then when they got here!!! Would highly recommend. read more

I read a lot of reviews, but don't write many unless product or service compeles me too. I've had green design perform work on our home on two different occasions. My initial goal was to improve efficiency of our 30 yr old house. I installed cfl bulbs, programmable thermostat, eliminated some "vampire" loads and sealed leaks around windows, outlets etc.. We then had David's crew replace some bad duct work, AC tune up and tint windows after two years in the house. There was a noticeable improvement  in the comfort of our home and a small decrease on electric usage. About a year later we got remaining duct work sealed and replaced, fixed damaged/fallen insulation and added attic insulation to a level of R38. We have again noticed a marked improvement in the comfort level of our home, heat pump runs less, temperature is more uniform throughout house. In the last year my wife has started working at home w/several children, and we have still noticed a decrease in our electric bill. The install crew showed up on time, were friendly and did a good job w/no damage then cleaned up when done. I have recommended them to others and would be happy to have them back. read more

I am not an HVAC expert, but if you read...even a little bit online, you will find that the quality of installation will make or break your installation. It affects everything...from air quality, to how quickly the air in your home can be conditioned, to the life span of the equipment. Now that the work in my home is completed, I can confidently say Green ID takes a great deal of care to ensure that their work is done to ensure the greatest performance of the home possible. I had a lot of duct replaced...the new ducts were installed in a way to minimize any kinks.
