What a waste of time! Don't waste yours! I called on Tues. and left a message, and he called back soon after, saying he missed a call. I needed an estimate for my front and back yard maintenance and/or landscaping needs. He immediately referred to the reviews, saying the other people never sent him their address and that's why he was unreliable, and he asked me to send the address, which I did immediately. We made an appointment for Friday 11am. He asked ME to send HIM a reminder, which right there is already suspect. I sent him the reminder on Thursday evening and he replied "Sounds good, thank you for the reminder." My husband and I recently purchased a new construction home and were in need of backyard landscaping. We received quotes from a number of different landscaping companies but we decided to go with Julio and his team at Green Leaf for a number of reasons. When we first met Julio, we could tell how dedicated and passionate he was about his work from the way he described how he would transform our yard. Not only was he so very detailed about what he planned to do with our yard, he brought (and also sent, in a timely manner) photos of what he envisioned our yard to be. Julio also brought all of his tools that he needed to provide us with an accurate estimate, which he was able to provide to us on the spot. The other landscaping companies we met with weren't very detailed, didn't seem as passionate as Julio, and also weren't prepared to provide us with an estimate on the same day. After our first meeting, my husband and I decided to go with Julio due to all of the mentioned points (plus his professionalism) listed above and cancelled the remaining estimates we had scheduled with other landscaping companies. The total amount of time that Julio took to transform our 2000 sq. Ft yard was three weeks. Not only was Julio extremely pleasant and professional with us, the team that he brought were also exceptional. They worked so very hard in the extreme heat to give us a really great backyard in a timely manner. My husband and I also aren't professionals and don't know much about landscaping, but the materials that Julio and his team used were top-notch and high quality and we loved that Julio himself was very involved in the project from start to finish. He came by whenever he could to check up, picked the plants we wanted planted himself, and always checked with us and provided us with updates without us having to ask.
