I have been a customer of XFINITY for almost a decade. Currently, I use only their cable and Internet. Their prices are high, but the cable and Internet have reliable connections. In the past, my husband called XFINITY's customer service department to change our plan so we could watch local sports teams, and the representative told us the wrong thing. We ended up calling them again and changing our plan back to the original one. Recently, I needed to have XFINITY mark the locations of their wires in my yard prior to a digging project. An XFINITY employee arrived on time and accurately marked the locations of the wires.

I got home at 4:12 from the hospital 3: no way to contact tech directly, everything is through AI bots and the only options are to reschedule your appointment when they notify you your tech has arrived 4: tech support is non existent. rep repeatedly muted himself during conversation unannounced for 5+ minutes. After another 30 mins of being passed around, and no resolution, other than it would be five days before the person would arrive, I decided to actually cancel and go to Verizon. I had forgotten how awful Comcast is. No one can truly take charge to deliver a resolution. I will not miss them.

The sales person asked me what phone did I want and I told her I dont have a preference Im interested in hearing what the deals are. She asked me for my ID and I said what do you need my ID for she said thats how it works here you have to show ID. I said ok but what do you need my ID for if Im asking for prices. She said we need to run your credit, I said for what we havent even spoke about anything. She said well if you dont qualify there's no point to tell you about the promotions. At which time I left the store. I was going to pay cash if we got to that point. One of the strangest exchanges Ive ever had in a place of business. Great customer service Verizon! AT&T here I come!
