We picked up the laptop and brought it home. Several days later, we were contacted by the owner (Ilhan) who expressed concerns. He (Ilhan) had us take that laptop to another location to be shipped to his recommended technician in New Jersey. Spoke with the owner today and it seems we need some additional inspection. He has someone in New York who has more experience. I am impressed by the follow up. I will update.

I then went shopping for a new phone but what I found for under $500 were all pretty much what I already had. I looked online and decided to call Xtreme phone & computer repair on Brownsville Rd. The owner was fantastic and was able to locate a replacement screen, he did have to order it but the phone was repaired and ready to be picked up in 48 hours. The cost to repair was reasonable and my phone is working great now without any problems.

I was able purchase the service and equipment online and pick it up in the store before my appointment time. Best Buy made it a very simple online and in-store process which took me less than 15 minutes. For my appointment, Rob D. was knowledgeable and friendly. He figured out I purchased the wrong part and made it an easy exchange. Better yet, the installation (estimated at 1 hour) started on time and was completed in ~20 minutes and the audio works perfectly.
