Quick response, he could tell I was stressed about the leakage. He arrived on time, very professional plooked at valves and saw that the pipe was busted, after testing the water. The water was not draining on the sidewalk so he cleaned up the mud and rinsed down the sidewalk. He will be returning tomorrow to change out the valves! I feel so much better. The owner was so kind and refused to accept payment for him coming out. He also had noticed the top of one sprinkler needed to be replaced and he checked his tool box and happened to have the correct piece on hand and fixed it as well for free. A couple weeks ago I paid this company $400 to remove the ivy and blackberry thorn bushes from my backyard along with one tree removal and two minor tree trimmings, I was assured they'd not come back. Today I look out in my backyard and not only are there little thorn bushes sprouting all over, but ivy is everywhere. They did the job I could pay the neighbor kid to do for $20 with a weedeater. I'm having to go through and pull all the vines, and deal with all the thorns with my poor health because these men didn't do the job I paid them for. Not only that but it was included in my package that they clean up my yard, which they did not do. There were pieces of branches and wood and all that laying all over my yard when I went out to deal with the problem. I've been working for hours and haven't even gotten halfway done. I am NOT happy with the services they provided. This is not acceptable in my eyes, I made sure to tell them my main concern were the ivy and blackberry vines - That I wanted them GONE. Not cut down so they can grow back. I went up from one star to three because I've contacted them and they're coming out a few times more to try and get my thorn vines gone, so they're trying to work with me to get stuff fixed, which is great. read more

Called this business and left a voice mail requesting a quote. Bernard quickly called me back and we discussed my needs. He had a friendly and honest demeanor and wasn't trying to up-sell me on anything unnecessary. His crew came out on time and Bernard showed up soon after to see what kind of work needed to be done. Oh, did I mention that the tenants had destroyed my house and hadn't cut the yard in forever? And that the weeds were knee-high? Yes, they did. He gave me a very reasonable quote and went to work. An hour later, my yard looked brand new again. I was amazed. Moreover, they came out a couple of days later to perform some more touch up and detail work which was unexpected. Additionally, he even came out the day after that and hauled away some yard-waste that I created, not him. Talk about great service. Lastly, I'd like to add that his crew and business is very professional. The team wears the proper safety equipment, fleet vehicles are new, the crew are professional and seem to take pride in their work, and the company is licensed and insured. Also, the site sends out an email reminder with your appointment date/time--very well run business. Anyways, I plan on using GreenQuest for periodic maintenance until my house sells. Although their site is a bit quirky when trying to sign up for recurring service, it does allow payment via PayPal, which is a plus. Also, Bernard is working with me to set up the recurring service. I don't understand how this company has so many 5 star reviews. I called them last Monday during business hours, no one answered so I left a message. I was called back on Tuesday, we discussed what I was looking to have done, and I was told they would come out on Wednesday after 3pm. No one showed up, no one even called me to tell me no one was coming. I got a call on Thursday from the same person I spoke with on Tuesday, acting like that was the first time we had spoken. I told him he no showed on me the day before, he didn't know what I was talking about. But when I reminded him of the landscape job I needed done, he remembered talking to me. The whole experience was weird. Long story short, if I can't trust a company to keep an appointment or even remember they spoke to me, I wouldn't trust them to do an expensive landscaping job. read more

Green Quest met and exceeded my expectations. Right away after the initial phone call, they came over to inspect our needs and provided a reasonable quote. We scheduled the work to be completed, and they were prompt and tidy and executed excellent work. When I went to inspect the work, I noticed that they forgot to complete one small task but found that it was so tiny that I wasn't going to complain about it. The owner came to inspect the work and notified me (without any prompting) that he noticed the incomplete work and had his employees return to finish the job. I was BLOWN AWAY. I didn't even expect him to inspect the work and was even more impressed that he followed through with his initial promises. Oftentimes, it's hard to find a business you can trust to provide quality work--which sucks!!! Because companies SHOULD be ethical. But they're often not. I Have dealt with Bernard from Green Quest three times within the last year. He first replaced three sprinkler controller in my rear yard . He did a very professional job at a very reasonable price. I called on him again in June to give me an estimate on a project I was considering with landscaping in my rear yard. I had already received a bid for $1200.00. He said that he could do it for $750.00 But he Questioned whether the project should be done at all gave me suggestions on how to take care of the problem. I ended up spending a couple of hours of my own time and was very pleased with the result. I again called Bernard again to work on the controllers in my front yard . What he showed me was a tangled mess of spliced wires that were left by a person who did the job the easy way. Not happy with the window of service time they give a 5 hour window and show up several hours before there appointment time. I emailed the owner about this and he said he cannot control when his landscapers arrive on my property. He then cancelled my service because he said i was unhappy because I wanted a more accurate 2 hour window, his landscapers also did not know my wife was home and did a fly by 2 minute landscaping job. Once we had a plan, we agreed on a very reasonable price package and he went to work. The payments process is done through PayPal, which made me very comfortable as opposed to personal Check or cash. The team did such a good job on my lawn that I utilized their services for a tree removal as well, which was done with great attention to detail and all cleanup was immaculate.
