[[HIGHLIGHT]]I am absolutely addicted to their mangonada smoothie![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]If you need a refreshing and healthy meal or drink- look no further.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I highly recommend if you're taking a trip to Rino

This was incredible! Just landed in Denver for work, and found ourselves at this cool food hall. The healthy vibes of Green Seed spoke to me, and I'm glad they did. The highlight was this phenomenal dish: bacon-friend rice, topped with egg, mushrooms, leeks, and gochujang sauce. It completely hit. Everything was so flavorful, and they made it fresh. Friendly service, too. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I also got a smoothie, the Health Nut, and it was tasty too.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They all looked good so I did sort of a dart throw. I can't remember everything that was in it but it tasted great. There are a lot of good spots in this food hall, but I'm glad I ended up choosing this one. Major win!

A salad and bowl and smoothie place inside of Denver Central market. The staff is friendly. Everything seems very fresh. The price is a bit pricey though, and the portions are not bad. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The smoothie I got is pretty good.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I forgot what the name is. The bowl I got is a warm bowl called a Buddha bowl with tofu, different veggies, and quinoa rice. All in all, not bad. Not something I would be dying to go back to, but definitely a good option.

If you're looking for something healthy but still tastes amazing, green Seed inside Denver Central Market is the move. They're technically a produce shop... but with a twist -- they put their produce right on your plate. It's not just a salad bar, it's a full-on veggie-forward restaurant that makes you forget you're eating healthy food. I tried the Pumpkin Chai Smoothie, Blueberry Basil Smoothie, Autumn Squash Soup, Harvest Salad, and the Tortilla Soup -- and honestly, everything was yummy. Every single bite felt fresh, thoughtful, and balanced. You'll leave feeling full, happy, and maybe even a little smug about your healthy choices.

Came in after a nice walk around Rino and was looking for something delicious and healthy. I stumbled upon the green seed market because of the eye-catching farmers market - esk stand. I did ask for a few changes to the green goddess and the gentleman taking my order was super nice and accommodating. The make the salad and cooked the shrimped right in front of me. It took around 10 minutes to get my food which felt like the right amount of time. I have come to Denver Central Market a lot and love how much seating they have. I decided to eat outside on the patio and what a lovely time. The salad was amazing and I already can't wait to come back. Overall 10/10

The food here was fantastic. I did not expect the yellow curry soup to be served with a dollop of rice--that was a nice surprise. The miso ginger salad was the perfect complement to the soup. I probably should have ordered more food, sinceI split the soup and salad with my plus-one and then had to sneak some fries from a friend when he wasn't looking. Next time I will get my own salad or bowl!

Kale Yeah Mother Brussel was an incredible salad. We tried 3 stalls in Denver Central Station, and this one was not disappointing!

Bacon fried rice was exactly what I wanted. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Berry smoothie with lemon curd was refreshing on a hot day.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Finding a table here was a challenge, but stay patient. I love how bustling it was and how many different types of food vendors are here.

This food is soooo flavorful, unique, and delicious, I've been craving it ever since I went! Located inside Denver central market. Everything is vegetarian and my boyfriend (who eats meat basically every meal) even loved it!

Prices are extremely reasonable $13 for chilled soba dish considering how much ingredients they put into a dish! I was sooo happily surprised when they topped off my takeout bowl with a whole half of an avocado. It's so generous! There is definitely a type of peanut sauce to their dipping sauce so be aware if you have allergy sensitivities.

    Green Machine

Ordered the green machine, which was served probably in a ~12oz plastic cup. On one hand it was delicious. On the other, it did hurt a bit spending roughly $14 including tip on what felt like a relatively small serving. They did include a lot of great ingredients, so I don't feel like it was money wasted, but I would've loved to have a little more. Service was good - it was basically just ordering at a smoothie bar experience, so not too much interaction to judge off of.

As a bacon lover, this sandwich felt like home. I was really pleased they opt for a savory tofu as the protein option on this sandwich, as I prefer tofu to tempeh for all reasons. Each food item on their vegetarian and plant-forward menu comes with a side salad dressed in this incredible, light vinaigrette. I dream of that dressing. Top it off with delicious beverage options, and a welcoming and sunlight-drenched interior, ugh! Love this spot. I'll be back soon!

I had the Thai peanut salad, which was incredibly bland. The sauce/dressing was scanty and barely tasted like anything -- I didn't taste peanuts really and definitely no hint of curry/spice like I expected. There was a section of sliced jalapeno but I didn't want to eat raw jalapeno with my salad, I wanted a zestier dressing. The "crispy" tofu was tofu that was completely fried so it had a texture like a crunchy zwiebach cracker/rusk -- I had been envisioning something with some softness and a chewy exterior. My beverage was a lavender Palmer that was a pint jar of lemonade with some lavender tea on top. For those two items it was $27. I have some oral allergy issues and after eating, I had a "burned" mouth feeling like I get from tahini, walnut or eggplant. I don't think any of these ingredients would have been in the salad, but I do not have an issue with peanuts (eat them all the time). I called to ask if the dressing had tahini in it and was told no, but it still concerned me.

It took a little longer than expected for anyone to greet us--likely because the staff seemed short-handed and were juggling a steady line of customers. We tried the ginger snap bites from the display case on the counter. I'm not sure we knew what we were getting because the labeling wasn't very clear. The texture was unexpectedly mushy and not very ginger flavored so we wondered if we were given the snickerdoodle balls instead as the labels were on top of each other. The Med Salad had good flavors overall but the croutons were so hard they were almost inedible and there was an overwhelming amount of anise in it which caught me off guard. The bone broth was the biggest disappointment; it lacked depth and tasted more like an old bouillon cube than a fresh and rich broth. On a positive note, my friend's chopped peanut salad looked fresh and well-composed, so there are definitely bright spots on the menu. In the end, it wasn't a terrible experience--just not one that stood out in the way we hoped. With some tweaks in execution and clearer communication on menu items, it could easily be much better. Will plan to try a smoothy or avocado toast next time.
