Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. Amazing Cleaning Team presented itself as a San Francisco cleaning company, but I was told the crew assigned to my appointment was coming from an hour away. Despite having a scheduled appointment, they informed me the cleaners would arrive 30-40 minutes late. I had already been quoted $300-$400 for cleaning a small unit that had been left in clean condition. The company scheduled the appointment for Saturday, but then began telling me about cleaners charging overtime on weekends--as though their own scheduling decisions and staffing costs were somehow my responsibility. When I pointed out that their crew was late and that they were wasting my time, the company responded by canceling my appointment altogether. No meaningful apology, no attempt to make the situation right--just a cancellation after I objected to their poor scheduling and lack of professionalism. I cannot comment on the quality of their cleaning because they never showed up. Based on their unreliable scheduling, misleading presentation, and terrible customer service, I would strongly recommend finding another cleaning company. read more

Let's start off with over 30 loads of laundry, followed by a 3 year deep cleaning of my Aunt's apartment which was needed for sure. The level of detail was wild, they literally flipped a house just by cleaning it. They moved furniture, rugs, got behind things to get any dust or debris. She was able to come in for an estimate within a couple days of me reaching out and then scheduled our first cleaning for a couple days after. The deep clean done on my three bedroom apartment was outstanding. All dust has been removed from the top of the door and window frames to under the couch and beds. Gisele has been cleaning for us for about one year. When we first hired her and her team, we had just finished a cross-country move and had a lot of dirt and debris tracked in from the moving van and the unpacking process.
