This was a bit of a stressful experience but it all worked out in the end. We hired 2 people to clean the house but only one showed up and then when it wasn't done to our ideal, they were generous an brought 2 people to re-do the job. Service was ok. Just one person came to clean the house instead of the typical two people with other cleaning companies. The owner of the company has people working for them. The person cleaning the house ended up using the rough side of a scotch brite sponge on my stainless steel sink, leaving deep scratches on a spotless sink. They did come by to try and remove the scratches but of course it did not work. I am greatly disappointed because I take pride in my house and they learned the lesson at my expense. I didn't think I needed to let a professional cleaning company know to use a soft sponge on stainless steel. The owner did reach out to try and fix it or give me a small concession. It's a high end sink, a small discount on a future cleaning is neither fair nor will it fix my sink. I will not be using their service again. read more

This review is for a service request. I was unable to get a timely response to schedule a cleaning. I had requested a move-out clean 6 days before my move-out date. They were initially responsive but had left me on read when I tried to confirm and book. They messaged the night before my requested date (2 days after being ghosted) saying that they were going to just show up at my house. I'm very overdue for this review (2 years), but I wanted to make sure I fulfilled my promise. I received a cleaning from Kelly's Cleaning Service with her sister to come clean my apartment in Daly City. Isabel is a fantastic cleaner, extremely courteous, and very thorough. She went above and beyond to clean the apartment, spending the required amount of effort and time to ensure everything was tidy as best as possible. I compensated her for the extra time spent, even though she not ask for compensation. I'm hoping that Kelly is doing well, as mentioned earlier in her commentary to a negative review, she was injured from a random stray shooting that left her unable to work for some time. I'd say I have a pretty good judgement of character, and based off of my interaction with Isabel, she loves her sister and extended family that she was continuing to keep the family business operational, as this was one, if not, her primary source of income for her family. Unfortunately, at the time when Isabelle told me this story, they were still struggling. I'm hoping they are still in business, as I would like to continue using their services. I'm hoping the previous 1-star review will be overloooked. I did my research on the shooting after Isabelle had let me know and made an extra effort to put in a donation along with the cleaning services paid. They are hard-working Americans just trying to get by, hit by very unfortunate circumstances. Let's bring them more business! read more

Kelly and Jenivaldo have been cleaning my apartment and my office for the past 10 years. They are not just cleaners but they have become my friends, we have even thrown brazilian parties together for my business and they cook amazing brazilian churrasco and fejoada. They are very clean and honest people you can trust and become friends with. They don't speak English too much, but I learned Brazilian Portuguese with them as well. They are extremely hard working and they leave my apartment shining clean like a hotel room when you first enter, it makes you happy. I also have a few dogs who shed white hair allover the place, but you will not find a single hair anywhere after they clean! If you want trustworthy, honest, nice and kind people to help you clean your space, do not hesitate to hire Kelly and Jenivaldo and their crew. Cleaning the kitchen very thoroughly as well as the rest of the apartment! They are very detailed oriented and are such hard workers. She provided me with a great price estimation and time estimation for job completion. I set up an appointment for the next day. Kelly arrived early and performed an amazing job! I've only had one other deep cleaning performed years prior. My house was in a poor state of affairs and the deep cleaning took almost an extra two hours over her estimation to clean (total 5.5 hours). My house was the cleanest I've seen it in years!
