Mikey came out and said that wasn't necessary, that he would charge $150/hr and could fix it in a couple of hours...6 days (most of which he showed up in the evening and staid until late into the night) and $3,450.00 later, this is what he left me with. He said he would come back and fix it, but after seeing the entirety of what he did, I don't want him back on my property to do more damage and leave more mess. The system not only looks crudely constructed, it doesn't work at all. I had the company installing my sod send their irrigation guy out to assess what would be needed to repair it properly, and yep, the whole job needs to be ripped out and re-done. I requested a full refund of what I paid as I now have to pay again for the labor and parts, but Mikey is unwilling to do that. I am asking Yelp to honor their $2,500 guarantee and will be filing suit in small claims court for the remaining $950. I can't reply to your reply, Michael, but as you are the 'contractor' and the person that did this work, you know that you have been telling me you would be out since July 27th, the day after you finished the work. It is not my job to tell you to come clean up the job site and fix the shoddy job, though I've been requesting such since August 12th.

Per attached documentation, I filed a complaint with the State of FL Dept of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Also attached are the Administrative Complaint and Stipulation and Settlement. It should be noted in the Administrative Complaint one of their employees did not have the required certification issued by the Department. I would not recommend this company and advise anyone thinking about hiring them to consider this: Per page 1 of the attached copy of the contract "property is inspected every visit by a trained property crew leader. This insures that pests or diseases do minimal damage to turf or plant material before the next scheduled service. The crew leader immediately reports any signs of concern and a Pest control tech is dispatched out for evaluation." Do not understand how this or Items on page 2 of the contract were done . Our yard continued to deteriorate and we were not told to water the lawn after applications. We were emailed that we would get 2 pallets of sod due to the dead and dying grass that occurred during the time Lawn Enforcment was treating our lawn. That never happened. We are in our 70's and believe we were taken advantage of. All we have ever wanted is to get our lawn back to the way it was prior to the time Lawn Enforcement started treating our lawn. We have not asked for any money back. We made a mistake in hiring Lawn Enforcement and sincerely hope no one else makes the same mistake. Including a couple of pics of portions of our lawn during time they were treating our lawn.

No one from their company has contacted me back.
