I will never be a fan of direct TV. If you use their services, good luck & do not let you let their employee into an aging/impressionable parents home unsupervised.

Then they charged me the full $90 for service from 4/29-5/28. They said it's their policy to charge for a full month and not prorate. But they are the ones who cancelled my service. Why am I paying for service for the dates 5/11-5/28 for something they stopped providing?
