You can sign up for fubotv 7 day free trail and then pay 57.00 for 2 months which increases to 74.00. What a way to pass the cost onto the customer, so pay my spectrum bill and fubotv, who I am sure Spectrum is getting a cut from to get a service that I signed up with them. An absolutely disgraceful company. Why are they so corrupt? Regardless of what plan you pick your bill will go up after one year! My plan that was 30$ is now 80$! That's more than double! I called them immediately because I kind of like food and I really don't want to stave. The so called "trained representatives" are only trained to squeeze every single small fortune out of you. First I tried to see if I could reduce my speed because I was tired of spending so much every month. They came back with a bunch of questions like how many devices do you have? How many people do you live with? And so on and so forth. I kind of regret answering these questions because after all that they came back after a 3 minute hold and they tried to make me spend 75$ per month plus on a phone line that I did not need for an extra 10$. So basically 85$! Come on guys! I just decided, "screw it let's cancel" so I did. Of course they wanted me to pay my remaining bill. But since I was canceling, they threatened to remove access to the app so now they wanted me to go to the spectrum store (the store I'm reviewing which should be common sense but you know um anyway) so that I can pay my bill. I was okay with this but now I'm wondering why would I need to go in person to pay a bill? What is this early 2000s? Just let me pay my last bill on the app and then cancel the service and access to the app. But after a 2 minute hold the representative started countering with more offers. Like 50$ per month but faster speed(?) or 55$ with a phone line. I have a few problems with this. First of all, what the frick? I already told you, I don't need a phone line. Also why are you offering a faster speed if I already told you I don't want a faster speed? And finally why do they increase the price to an insane 80$ if they are capable of offering better service at a better price? I suppose they just prey that people don't call to complain about this so that they can continue scamming the crap out of you. So corrupt. Anyway after much back and forth they gave me their "final offer" their slowest speed (which isn't really that slow) for about 40$ per month. It took almost an hour of back and forth to get that offer. I had no choice but to accept. I'm still mad because that is still more than what I was initially paying. Hands down this company can eat trash, why they double your bill after one year? I don't know, maybe it's because Spectrum likes cheating and corruption and inflicting pain and suffering on their customers? Questionable decision making. If you call them just try to cancel your service so that they panic and are forced to offer you some decent deals. read more

I stopped by the Titusville store to upgrade my phone. Told me I had to use the tablet to log in. Tablet didn't work. When I started tapping on it Lexi yelled at me. They said just ask for help. What a cluster. I wanted to upgrade my phone. Chris said they sold the last one last night. Said come back Tuesday. Not sure why this store has bad reviews. I switched over from T-mobile. I had some issues but they were not the cause of Spectrum or the employees at this store. All of the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. One of the times I went there were 5 people in front of my and I still got helped in 20 minutes. I went there on Wednesday, May 3, 2023. I checked the time it closed and it said Mondays through to Saturdays it closes at 8 pm. Now I know I was late getting there at exactly 7:55pm, and I know some persons watches, clocks and or phones may be a bit fast. The people closed up a whole five (5) minutes before closing time. Spectrum is junk I my opinion but the only game. My tv recorder is always 1 to 2 minutes different than the actual time so I lose the last 1 to 2 or more minutes of all shows I record. I disconnected Spectrum internet because they raised the monthly to $79 . They advertise $49 but since we're on Autopay and paying faithfully every month for at least 6 years they went and raised it to $79. My wife has been in the hospital for weeks and went and disconnected the service 5 or 6 days into and they still charged us $79.. what a scam! Nothing like over paying for something you're not using! SCAMMERS! And don't talk to the customer service reps , they don't know anything about anything except to collect your money! read more

Warning: Do not trust Charter Spectrum sales reps. We were badly misled by one this week. This guy intentionally lied about prices and options just to close a sale. It was a blatant bait and switch. If you are considering working with them, be sure to get everything in writing before installation. Their words mean nothing. I learned today that there is a big disconnect between their sales department and customer service department, which allows shady sales reps to lie and work in the grey area without evidence or consequences. On November 6th, we sat in their lobby on Cheney Hwy in Titusville for 45 minutes waiting to turn in equipment because the service has gotten so expensive it simply wasn't worth it anymore. The bill pay kiosk was down so everyone was sitting/standing around waiting. It was finally our turn. The guy on the end called us up, took our equipment, threw it in a box and said nothing else was needed. Weeks later we received a bill stating we owed over $200 because.....drum roll......the guy who took the equipment never signed it in. The customer service is lousy. The wait time is lousy. I received what I believe was a sales call from Spectrum last night at 8:38 pm. I learned it was Spectrum only after I asked the woman I. The other end of the line to speak more clearly. She began talking to me, but I honestly could NOT understand a word she was saying. She was mumbling so badly that I could not understand a word she was saying. Finally, after I explained to her that I couldn't understand her, she abruptly hung up. For a company notorious for their poor customer service, THIS call reached an even lower low. Worst cable co. Ever! Puts new policies in place, does not notify consumers. Customer Service is a joke. I was on li e with a rep for 45 mins. Most of it on hold I Scheduled an installation service for the following day for internet and phone service I asked how much my service will cost, the rep told me the tech would give me that info. After hanging up the phone I knew I had just been lied to. I called back and spoke to the second rep, advised him as to what just took place, he confirm my suspicion, there was no order for new service or a service call scheduled for the next day or any other day for that matter. Worst internet company ever. They have horrible customer service skills. I made an appointment online that i even have the screen shot showing what time my appointment was and i sat on the house for almost three hours waiting for them. I call them and they tell me they are coming tomorrow. I asked to speak to a supervisor a Vanessa was rather rude. Her voice was not that of a professional. I do not want spectrum but it's my only option in my apartment. I wasted my whole morning waiting on people to come and they didn't even tell me that my appointment changed. Vanessa was also rude when i explained that it gave me two time slot options for choosing a time. Beware ...... Spectrum is no longer prorating their monthly bill when you transfer or turn off your service. We spoke to 2 customer representatives in June about transferring service and this was never mentioned. Our service was to be transferred to a new location on July 2, the bill states our service is from July 2 to Aug 1. We are now being billed the full amount of $124.00 at the location we cancelled because we did not request our service to be canceled/transferred on July 1. Again the bill states our service is from July 2 to Aug 1. We are in a new location with Spectrum, new account, I asked if we cancel the new account when must I call to avoid being bill a full month. She stated three to four days prior to your bill service date and request a cancel date of the 30 or 31. But I'm paying for service to the 1st. Really! read more

I have spectrum at my condo in cocoa beach. Some how my line got split to my neighbor above me and spectrum is charging both of us full price for poor signal strength. If you surf the be the tv drops out. Spectrum refuses to fix the issue or reduce pricing for the poor service. Our building is currently doing a new contract and is out for quotes and I'll make sure that spectrum does not get my vote. Terrible, terrible. You can watch the service men seat in the vehicles for 30-60 minutes while you're waiting for your 8-12 scheduled appointment. No respect for the customers. Avoid at all cost. read more

Titusville Spectrum store - 728 Cheney Hwy - worst experience ever. I stopped in on April 16th mid afternoon and the young lady that I worked with was rude, dis-interested in what I had to say, and treated me as poorly as I ever remember being treated. Finally a co-worker stepped in and said they could not help me make a payment in the store - which the website says they can do. It was a terrible experience and a wasted trip and I had to call and wait on line to be helped with my bill payment - which was what I was trying to avoid in the first place. If I could give a 0 star, I would. I had 2 payments in 6 months for the first time in over 6 years, miss due to being paid late. Recieved 0 notifications of this even when I called to pay the bill. * WARNING* : If I could give Spectrum 0 starts I would! This company is horrible!! We received a call to change our services and what they "sold" us sounded very fair including the buyout from our current carrier. This was December 2016...we still have no received the buyout monies promised to us, account management has been a disaster, they changed the fees, and I still do not have the issues solved!! The entire affair has been beyond frustrating. They make promises they do NOT keep. My entire account has been a disaster and no one knows what is going on! Now they tell me my vacation hold amount will be $15.00/month instead of our agreed upon amount. That is for zero services while we are not there!! I called to request information on additional services but NEVER made the changes and my account indicated changes had been made. I had to go through many frustrating phone calls to get my bill fixed. The date to put my services on vacation was not made when requested so I had to fix that. And here I am 5 months later still fighting to receive my buyback which ends up does not cover all the charges as promised. I sit here on hold almost 30 mn. and again they tell me we have to reissue a check which takes another 4/6 weeks!! Also, almost $100 of charges from my previous carrier are not covered by Spectrum in the buyout but the sales rep. never mentions that when they make the initial call. EVERY time I call no one seems to know what is going on and I have spent hours trying to get back monies that are due me! AVOID THIS COMPANY!! read more

the Worst cable internet & phone provider around they where paid twice in one month Regions online bill pay error and refuse to refund the monies. it takes 3-5 business days is all you hear. started this 12-7-2017 still on going over $80.50 Region online banking 80% of problem they paid the bill twice on the 4th and 5th of the month. you would think that they would have noticed in the bill pay dept. it was already paid. on the 4th but let's just pay it again on the 5th. to make sure. so there's duplicates so call the bank(REGIONS) they give you the runaround and tell you that you have to deal with Spectrum. Call Spectrum on 12-7-2017 IT'S PEARL HARBOR ALL OVER AGAIN.
